1

1. A display device comprising: a first transistor, a second transistor, and a light emitting element; a first wiring directly connected to one of source and drain of the first transistor and electrically connected to the light emitting element; a second wiring directly connected to the other of source and drain of the first transistor; a third wiring directly connected to one of source and drain of the second transistor and electrically connected to the light emitting element; a fourth wiring directly connected to the other of source and drain of the second transistor; a fifth wiring electrically connected to the second wiring; and a sixth wiring electrically connected to the fourth wiring, wherein each of the first wiring, the second wiring, the third wiring and the fourth wiring has a narrower region than other region thereof.

2

2. The display device according to claim 1 , wherein the fifth wiring and the sixth wiring are connected to different power supplies.

3

3. The display device according to claim 1 , wherein each of the first transistor and the second transistor is a p-channel transistor.

4

4. The display device according to claim 1 , wherein the narrower region is configured to be cut off by laser irradiation.

5

5. The display device according to claim 1 , wherein the display device is incorporated in one selected from the group consisting of a television set, a video camera, a digital camera, a navigation system, an audio reproducing device, a computer, a game machine, a portable information terminal, a mobile phone, an electronic book, and an image reproducing device.

6

6. A display device comprising: a first transistor, a second transistor, a third transistor, and a light emitting element; a first wiring electrically connected to one of source and drain of the first transistor and to the light emitting element; a second wiring electrically connected to the other of source and drain of the first transistor and to one of source and drain of the second transistor; a third wiring electrically connected to the other of source and drain of the second transistor; a fourth wiring electrically connected to one of source and drain of the third transistor and to the light emitting element; a fifth wiring electrically connected to the other of source and drain of the third transistor; a sixth wiring electrically connected to the third wiring; and a seventh wiring electrically connected to the fifth wiring, wherein each of the first wiring, the second wiring, the third wiring, the fourth wiring and the fifth wiring has a narrower region than other region thereof.

7

7. The display device according to claim 6 , wherein the sixth wiring and the seventh wiring are connected to different power supplies.

8

8. The display device according to claim 6 , wherein each of the first transistor, the second transistor and the third transistor is a p-channel transistor.

9

9. The display device according to claim 6 , wherein the narrower region is configured to be cut off by laser irradiation.

10

10. The display device according to claim 6 , wherein the display device is incorporated in one selected from the group consisting of a television set, a video camera, a digital camera, a navigation system, an audio reproducing device, a computer, a game machine, a portable information terminal, a mobile phone, an electronic book, and an image reproducing device.
