1. A liquid crystal display (LCD) device, comprising: a plurality of gate lines and data lines cross-arranged on a lower substrate to define a plurality of pixels; a pixel electrode in each of the pixels; a plurality of common electrode blocks pattern-formed that generate an electric field with the pixel electrode and sensing a touch of a user; a plurality of sensing lines, wherein when the sensing lines are electrically connected to one of the common electrode blocks, the sensing lines are electrically insulated from the other common electrode blocks; a plurality of pad parts arranged to be separated from each other at predetermined intervals along a corresponding sensing line, and having a line width thicker than the sensing line; and a contact part disposed between a corresponding pad part and a corresponding common electrode block, and electrically connecting a corresponding sensing line and the common electrode block, wherein the contact part is formed to contact at least one or more of a plurality of the pad parts comprised in a corresponding sensing line which is electrically connected to one of the common electrode blocks.
2. The LCD device of claim 1, wherein a pad part disposed in a corresponding sensing line is arranged at a position symmetric with a pad part formed in a sensing line adjacent to the corresponding sensing line.
3. The LCD device of claim 1, wherein each of the sensing lines overlaps a corresponding data line or a corresponding gate line.
4. The LCD device of claim 1, wherein each of the sensing lines is disposed in a direction parallel to a corresponding data line or a direction parallel to a corresponding gate line.
5. The LCD device of claim 1, wherein each of the pad parts has a constant line width irrespective of whether each pad part is electrically connected to the contact part.
6. The LCD device of claim 1, wherein the contact part is disposed in a non-transmissive area, for preventing a reduction in an aperture ratio.
7. The LCD device of claim 1, wherein the common electrode blocks are disposed on the pixel electrode with a second protective layer therebetween, and comprises at least one slit.
8. The LCD device of claim 1, wherein the pixel electrode is disposed on the common electrode block with a second protective layer therebetween, and comprises at least one slit.
9. The LCD device of claim 1, wherein a multiplexer is connected to a distal end of each of the sensing lines.
10. A method of manufacturing a liquid crystal display (LCD) device, comprising: sequentially forming a gate electrode, a gate dielectric, a semiconductor layer, a source electrode, a drain electrode, and a first protective layer on a lower substrate; and forming a pixel electrode electrically connected to the drain electrode, a plurality of common electrode blocks pattern-formed for generating an electric field with the pixel electrode and sensing a touch of a user, a plurality of sensing lines, a plurality of pad parts formed to be separated from each other at predetermined intervals along a corresponding sensing line and having a line width thicker than the sensing line, and a contact part formed between a corresponding pad part and a corresponding common electrode block and electrically connecting a corresponding sensing line and the common electrode block, wherein when the sensing lines are electrically connected to one of the common electrode blocks, the sensing lines are electrically insulated from the other common electrode blocks, wherein the contact part is formed to contact at least one or more of a plurality of the pad parts that are formed in an area overlapping a corresponding common electrode block and a corresponding sensing line are electrically connected.
11. A display device, comprising: a plurality of sensing electrodes on a substrate with a plurality of pixels, the sensing electrodes including a first sensing electrode and a second sensing electrode; and a plurality of sensing lines over the substrate, including a first sensing line electrically connected to the first sensing electrode, the first sensing line overlapping with the second sensing electrode, wherein the first sensing electrode overlaps at least two of the plurality of pixels, wherein the first sensing line includes at least one first pad part overlapping with the first sensing electrode, wherein the at least one first pad part is electrically connected to the first sensing electrode, and wherein the at least one first pad part is wider than other parts of the first sensing line.
12. The display device of claim 11, wherein one or more pixels among the plurality of pixels overlap with the second sensing electrode.
13. The display device of claim 11, wherein the first sensing line is electrically insulated from the second sensing electrode over an area of the substrate overlapping with the second sensing electrode.
14. The display device of claim 11, further comprising at least one first contact part electrically connected between the at least one first pad part and the first sensing electrode.
15. The display device of claim 11, further comprising a plurality of first contact parts to electrically connect the first sensing line to the first sensing electrode, wherein the at least one first pad part includes a plurality of first pad parts overlapping with the first sensing electrode, and wherein each of the plurality of first contact parts is electrically connected between a corresponding one of the plurality of first pad parts and the first sensing electrode.
16. The display device of claim 15, wherein the plurality of first pad parts are separated from each other and are disposed at predetermined intervals along a length direction of the first sensing line.
17. The display device of claim 11, wherein the plurality of sensing lines further include a second sensing line electrically connected to the second sensing electrode and overlapping with the first sensing electrode, and wherein the first sensing line and the second sensing line extend along a first direction.
18. The display device of claim 17, wherein the second sensing line is electrically insulated from the first sensing electrode over an area of the substrate overlapping with the first sensing electrode.
19. The display device of claim 17, wherein the second sensing line includes at least one second pad part overlapping with the second sensing electrode, wherein the at least one second pad part is electrically connected to the second sensing electrode, and wherein the at least one second pad part is wider than other parts of the second sensing line.
20. The display device of claim 19, wherein the at least one first pad part of the first sensing line and the at least one second pad part of the second sensing line are disposed on a straight line along a direction vertical to the first direction.
21. The display device of claim 19, further comprising at least one second contact part electrically connected between the at least one second pad part and the second sensing electrode.
22. The display device of claim 19, further comprising a plurality of second contact parts to electrically connect the second sensing line to the second sensing electrode, wherein the at least one second pad part includes a plurality of second pad parts overlapping with the second sensing electrode, and wherein each of the plurality of second contact parts is electrically connected between a corresponding one of the plurality of second pad parts and the second sensing electrode.
23. The display device of claim 22, wherein the plurality of second pad parts are separated from each other and are disposed at predetermined intervals along a length direction of the second sensing line.
24. A display device, comprising: a plurality of sensing electrodes on a substrate, the sensing electrodes including a first sensing electrode and a second sensing electrode; and a plurality of sensing lines over the substrate, including a first sensing line electrically connected to the first sensing electrode, the first sensing line overlapping with the second sensing electrode, wherein the first sensing line includes at least one first pad part overlapping with the first sensing electrode, wherein the at least one first pad part is electrically connected to the first sensing electrode, wherein the at least one first pad part is wider than other parts of the first sensing line, wherein the first sensing line further includes at least one second pad part overlapping with the second sensing electrode, and wherein the at least one second pad part is electrically connected to the first sensing electrode.
25. The display device of claim 24, wherein a width of the at least one second pad part is identical to a width of the at least one first pad part.
26. The display device of claim 11, further comprising: an insulating protective layer between the plurality of sensing electrodes and the plurality of sensing lines, wherein the at least one first pad part is electrically connected to the first sensing electrode via at least one first contact hole through the insulating protective layer.
