A method of selecting an uplink transmission resource, which is selected transmitting a signal by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless access system device supporting an unlicensed band a sidelink communication, the method comprising: receiving, from an evolved NodeB (eNB) a base station (BS), first information related to a resource selection area and second information on a reservation resource configuration for the unlicensed band configuration information including information regarding a resource pool, information regarding a device autonomous resource selection configuration for the resource pool, and a parameter for determining a signal transmission power value of the device; selecting an uplink transmission performing a resource among resources of the unlicensed band in a time interval selection for multiple sidelink data transmissions, based on the resource selection area pool; and transmitting a signal via based on channel sensing for multiple resources selection from the performed resource selection, performing the multiple sidelink data transmissions with the signal transmission power value determined based on the selected uplink transmission resource parameter, wherein the multiple resources for the multiple sidelink data transmissions are selected by the device based on a time interval for the resource selection, wherein the time interval for the resource selection area is determined based on a reservation resource reservation period (RRP), wherein the RRP is determined based on the reservation resource configuration, and used for an eNB-scheduling based signal transmission configuration information received from the BS, and wherein, for the multiple sidelink data transmissions, the uplink transmission resource is selected from the resource selection area without receiving an uplink grant from the eNB resource selection of the multiple resources is performed autonomously by the device based on the resource pool, wherein the multiple resources selected for the multiple sidelink data transmissions are apart from each other in a time domain, and wherein a range of a random backoff counter configured in the device for the channel sensing is wider than a range of a random backoff counter configured in the BS.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the time interval for the resource selection area is a prescribed time interval within the RRP.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the time interval for the resource selection area is a prescribed time interval other than the RRP.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the time interval for the resource selection area starts at t+a and ends at t+b, wherein a and b are predetermined values configured by a value equal to or greater than 0, and wherein t is a timing that the RRP ends.
5. The method of claim 3 1, wherein the signal is transmitted according to configuration information further includes information regarding a sidelink synchronization obtained from the eNB reference.
6. The method of claim 3, wherein the signal is transmitted based on a parameter transmitted from the eNB.
7. The method of claim 3, further comprising: performing carrier sensing on the resource selection area; and when a specific resource is in an idle state in the resource selection area, selecting the specific resource as the uplink transmission resource.
8. The method of claim 7, further comprising: repeating the carrier sensing for selecting the specific resource as many as a first backoff counter, wherein when the idle state is repeated as many as the first backoff counter, the specific resource is determined as being in the idle state.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the specific resource is configured based on carrier sensing of the eNB.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the carrier sensing of the eNB for the specific resource is repeated as many as a second backoff counter, and wherein the second backoff counter has a value smaller than a value of the first backoff counter.
11. A User Equipment (UE) selecting an uplink transmission resource in a wireless access system supporting an unlicensed band a sidelink communication, the UE comprising: a transmitter; a receiver a transceiver; and a processor coupled to the transmitter and the receiver transceiver, the processor configured to: control the receiver transceiver to receive, from an evolved NodeB (eNB) a base station (BS), first information related to a resource section area and second information on a reservation resource configuration for the unlicensed band configuration information including information regarding a resource pool, information regarding a UE autonomous resource selection configuration for the resource pool, and a parameter for determining a signal transmission power value of the UE; select an uplink transmission perform a resource selection among resources of the unlicensed band in a time interval for multiple sidelink data transmissions, based on the resource selection area pool; and based on a channel sensing for multiple resources selected from the performed resource selection, control the transmitter transceiver to transmit a signal via the selected uplink transmission resource perform the multiple sidelink data transmissions with the signal transmission power value determined based on the parameter, wherein the multiple resources for the multiple sidelink data transmissions are selected by the UE based on a time interval for the resource selection, wherein the time interval for the resource selection area is determined based on a reservation resource reservation period (RRP), wherein the RRP is determined based on the reservation resource configuration, and used for an eNB-scheduling based signal transmission configuration information received from the BS, and wherein, for the multiple sidelink data transmissions, the uplink transmission resource is selected from the resource selection area without receiving an uplink grant from the eNB resource selection of the multiple resources is performed autonomously by the UE based on the resource pool, wherein the multiple resources selected for the multiple sidelink data transmissions are apart from each other in a time domain, and wherein a range of a random backoff counter configured in the UE for the channel sensing is wider than a range of a random backoff counter configured in the BS.
12. The method of claim 1, wherein the UE performs the channel sensing for the resource selection, based on that the time interval for the resource selection is within the RRP.
13. The method of claim 12, wherein performing the resource selection comprises: selecting each resource not exceeding a sensing threshold configured in the device through the configuration information as a result of the channel sensing.
14. The method of claim 12, wherein the time interval for the resource selection relates to a specific subframe, a specific slot, or a specific sub-slot in the RRP.
15. A non-transitory medium that is readable by a processor and storing instructions that cause the processor to: receive, from a base station (BS), configuration information including information regarding a resource pool, information regarding an autonomous resource selection configuration for the resource pool, and a parameter for determining a signal transmission power value of a device; perform a resource selection for multiple sidelink data transmissions, based on the resource pool; and based on channel sensing for multiple resources selected from the performed resource selection, perform the multiple sidelink data transmissions with the signal transmission power value determined based on the parameter, wherein the multiple resources for the multiple sidelink data transmissions are selected by the processor based on a time interval for the resource selection, wherein the time interval for the resource selection is determined based on a resource reservation period (RRP), wherein the RRP is determined based on the configuration information received from the BS, wherein, for the multiple sidelink data transmissions, the resource selection of the multiple resources is performed autonomously by the processor based on the resource pool, wherein the multiple resources selected for the multiple sidelink data transmissions are apart from each other in a time domain, and wherein a range of a random backoff counter configured in the device for the channel sensing is wider than a range of a random backoff counter configured in the BS.

A device supporting a sidelink communication, the device comprising: a memory to store instructions; and a processor to perform operations by executing the instructions, wherein the operations comprise: receiving, from a base station (BS), configuration information including information regarding a resource pool, information regarding a device autonomous resource selection configuration for the resource pool, and a parameter for determining a signal transmission power value of the device; performing a resource selection for multiple sidelink data transmissions, based on the resource pool; and based on channel sensing for multiple resources selected from the performed resource selection, performing the multiple sidelink data transmissions with the signal transmission power value determined based on the parameter, wherein the multiple resources for the multiple sidelink data transmissions are selected by the device based on a time interval for the resource selection, wherein the time interval for the resource selection is determined based on a resource reservation period (RRP), wherein the RRP is determined based on the configuration information received from the BS, wherein, for the multiple sidelink data transmissions, the resource selection of the multiple resources is performed autonomously by the processor based on the resource pool, wherein the multiple resources selected for the multiple sidelink data transmissions are apart from each other in a time domain, and wherein a range of a random backoff counter configured in the device for the channel sensing is wider than a range of a random backoff counter configured in the BS.
