The apparatus includes an user equipment which is configured to measure Minimization of Drive Tests (MDT) metrics, to measure Quality of Experience (QoE) metrics, to generate correlation information of at least one of the MDT metrics and at least one of the QoE metrics, and to report the correlation information.
