Technical Abstract

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a touch sensing element comprising a plurality of touch sensing units and a touch display device. The touch sensing unit comprises a plurality of first touch sensing subunits at least capable of receiving a driving signal and comprising an electrode block array. In the electrode block array of the first touch sensing subunit, any two adjacent electrode blocks in the row direction or in the column direction are connected to each other. The touch sensing element can be applied in a display device for realizing touch control, which increases the aperture ratio of pixels of the display device and facilitates improvement of the image quality and the visual effect of the display device.
