Technical Abstract

In a process by user equipment (UE) to determine a control channel resource, the UE detects a downlink control from a base station. The downlink control channel carries scheduling information of a downlink data channel and comprises multiple control channel logical elements that correspond to the UE and are mapped to one demodulation reference signal (DMRS) antenna port. The UE acquires antenna port information of the DMRS antenna port, an offset, and sequence number information of the control channel logical elements corresponding to the UE, and determines, according to the acquired information, a first control channel resource for sending acknowledgment (ACK)/non-acknowledgment (NACK) information with respect to the downlink data channel corresponding to the downlink control channel.

1. A method performed by user equipment (UE) for determining a control channel resource, comprising: detecting a downlink control channel from a base station, the downlink control channel carrying scheduling information of a downlink data channel corresponding to the downlink control channel and being formed by control channel logical elements including multiple control channel logical elements corresponding to the UE, wherein all of the multiple control channel logical elements corresponding to the UE are mapped to one demodulation reference signal (DMRS) antenna port; acquiring antenna port information of the DMRS antenna port, an offset, and sequence number information of the control channel logical elements corresponding to the UE, wherein the offset is user equipment specific and semi-static; and determining a first control channel resource according to the sequence number information, the antenna port information, and the offset, wherein the first control channel resource is for sending acknowledgment (ACK)/non-acknowledgment (NACK) information with respect to the downlink data channel corresponding to the downlink control channel.

2

2. The method according to claim 1 , wherein the sequence number information comprises a sequence number of a first control channel logical element of the multiple control channel logical elements.

3

3. The method according to claim 1 , wherein the antenna port information comprises a sequence number of the DMRS antenna port.

4

4. The method according to claim 1 , wherein the multiple control channel logical elements corresponding to the UE are mapped to a physical resource block in the antenna port; and the step of acquiring acquires the sequence number information according to a pre-defined or notified mapping relationship between the multiple control channel logical elements and the physical resource block, and acquires the antenna port information according to a pre-defined or notified mapping relationship between the multiple control channel logical elements and the physical resource block.

5

5. User equipment (UE) for determining a control channel resource, comprising: a receiver, a transmitter; a processor configured to: detect via the receiver a downlink control channel from a base station, the downlink control channel carrying scheduling information of a downlink data channel corresponding to the downlink control channel and being formed by control channel logical elements including multiple control channel logical elements corresponding to the UE, wherein all of the multiple control channel logical elements corresponding to the UE are mapped to one demodulation reference signal (DMRS) antenna port; acquire antenna port information of the DMRS antenna port, an offset, and sequence number information of the multiple control channel logical elements corresponding to the UE, wherein the offset is user equipment specific and semi-static; and determine a first control channel resource according to the sequence number information, the antenna port information, and the offset, wherein the first control channel resource is for sending acknowledgment (ACK)/non-acknowledgment (NACK) information with respect to the downlink data channel corresponding to the downlink control channel.

6

6. The user equipment according to claim 5 , wherein the sequence number information comprises a sequence number of a first control channel logical element of the multiple control channel logical elements.

7

7. The user equipment according to claim 5 , wherein the antenna port information comprises a sequence number of the DMRS antenna port.

8

8. The user equipment according to claim 5 , wherein the multiple control channel logical elements are mapped to a physical resource block in the DMRS antenna port; and the processor is configured to acquire the sequence number information according to a pre-defined or notified mapping relationship between the multiple control channel logical elements and the physical resource block, and acquire the antenna port information according to a pre-defined or notified mapping relationship between the multiple control channel logical elements and the physical resource block.

9

9. A non-transitory computer readable medium, having stored thereon executable instructions that when executed by a processor of user equipment (UE), causes the processor to execute operations comprising: detecting, a downlink control channel from a base station, the downlink control channel carrying scheduling information of a downlink data channel corresponding to the downlink control channel and being formed by control channel logical elements including multiple control channel logical elements corresponding to the UE, wherein all of the multiple control channel logical elements corresponding to the UE are mapped to one demodulation reference signal (DMRS) antenna port; acquiring, antenna port information of the DMRS antenna port, an offset, and sequence number information of the control channel logical elements corresponding to the UE, wherein the offset is user equipment specific and semi-static; and determining, a first control channel resource according to the sequence number information, the antenna port information and the offset, wherein the first control channel resource is for sending acknowledgment (ACK)/non-acknowledgment (NACK) information with respect to the downlink data channel corresponding to the downlink control channel.

10

10. The non-transitory computer readable medium according to claim 9 , wherein the sequence number information comprises a sequence number of a first control channel logical element of the multiple control channel logical elements.

11

11. The non-transitory computer readable medium according to claim 9 , wherein the antenna port information comprises a sequence number of the DMRS antenna port.

12

12. The non-transitory computer readable medium according to claim 9 , wherein the multiple control channel logical elements corresponding to the UE are mapped to a physical resource block in the antenna port; and the operation of acquiring acquires the sequence number information according to a pre-defined or notified mapping relationship between the multiple control channel logical elements and the physical resource block, and acquires the antenna port information according to a pre-defined or notified mapping relationship between the multiple control channel logical elements and the physical resource block.
