A heating device for a camera module comprises: a resistance heating film formed on a lens through which external light is introduced for generating heat by electric current; a power applying member for supplying the electric current to the resistance heating film; and a connecting member for electrically connecting the resistance heating film and the power applying member in close contact with each other.
Legal claims defining the scope of protection, as filed with the USPTO.
1. A heating device for a camera module comprising: a resistance heating film formed on a lens through which external light is introduced that generates heat by electric current; a power applying member that supplies the electric current to the resistance heating film; and a connecting member that electrically connects the resistance heating film and the power applying member in close contact with each other, wherein the connecting member includes a conductive double-sided adhesive tape interposed between the resistance heating film and the power applying member.
2. The heating device of claim 1 , wherein the resistance heating film includes an ITO (Indium Tin Oxide) film formed in the shape of a film on an inner surface facing an outside surface contacting an outside air of a lens.
3. The heating device of claim 1 , wherein the power applying member includes wirings and a flexible PCB (Printed Circuit Board) including flexible insulation members wrapping the wirings and formed with an opening at an area contacting the resistance heating film.
4. The heating device of claim 3 , wherein the wirings are exposed by the opening and are formed with a terminal part electrically contacting the resistance heating film.
5. A heating device for a camera module comprising: a resistance heating film formed on a lens through which external light is introduced that generates heat by electric current; a power applying member that supplies the electric current to the resistance heating film; and a connecting member that electrically connects the resistance heating film and the power applying member in close contact with each other, wherein the connecting member includes a sheet member disposed at a bottom surface facing an upper surface of the power applying member facing the resistance heating film and having an elasticity closely connecting the power applying member to the resistance heating film.
6. A heating device for a camera module comprising: a resistance heating film formed on a lens through which external light is introduced that generates heat by electric current; a power applying member that supplies the electric current to the resistance heating film; and a connecting member that electrically connects the resistance heating film and the power applying member in close contact with each other, wherein the connecting member includes an elastic member disposed at a bottom surface facing an upper surface of the power applying member facing the resistance heating film and closely connecting the power applying member to the resistance heating film.
7. The heating device of claim 6 , wherein the elastic member includes a spring including any one of a leaf spring and a coil spring.
8. A camera module, comprising: a lens barrel including a lens; a lens holder supporting the lens; a PCB coupled with the lens barrel; an image sensor coupled with the PCB; a heating apparatus including a resistance heating film formed on the lens and generating a heat by a current, a power applying member disposed at the lens holder to provide the current to the resistance heating film, and a connecting member electrically connecting the resistance heating film and the power applying member by closely connecting the resistance heating film and the power applying member; and a housing coupled to the lens barrel, wherein the connecting member includes a conductive doubled-sided adhesive tape interposed between the resistance heating film and the power applying member.
9. The camera module of claim 8 , wherein the resistance heating film includes an ITO film.
10. The camera module of claim 8 , wherein the lens barrel comprises a reception groove formed at an upper surface of the lens barrel, wherein the power applying member comprises a first power applying part disposed below the resistance heating film and having the upper surface in direct physical contact with the connecting member, and wherein the first power applying part is disposed on the reception groove.
11. The camera module of claim 10 , wherein the lens barrel comprises a flat part formed at an outside surface thereof, wherein the power applying member comprises a connecting part extending downwardly from the first power applying part, and wherein the connecting part is disposed on the flat part.
12. The camera module of claim 11 , wherein the power applying member comprises a second power applying part extending from the connecting part, and wherein the second power applying part faces with the PCB.
13. The camera module of claim 12 , wherein the first power applying part and the second power applying part are formed in a circular strip shape.
14. The camera module of claim 12 , wherein the second power applying part is electrically connected to the PCB.
15. The camera module of claim 11 , wherein the flat part is formed in an ‘I’ shape.
16. The camera module of claim 11 , wherein the connect part comprises at least one bent portion.
17. The camera module of claim 10 , wherein the connecting member is disposed between the first power applying part and the reception groove.
