1

1. A light-emitting device, comprising: a carrier comprising a mirror reflection surface and a bottom surface opposite to the mirror reflection surface; a light-emitting unit on the mirror reflection surface; a reflective layer on the light-emitting unit and having a top surface and a side surface; and a first optical structure surrounding the light-emitting unit and the reflective layer, wherein the first optical structure comprises a topmost end higher than the light-emitting unit and lower than the top surface.

2

2. The light-emitting device according to claim 1 , further comprising a second optical structure on and directly connected to the light-emitting unit.

3

3. The light-emitting device according to claim 2 , wherein the first optical structure has a refractive index different from that of the second optical structure.

4

4. The light-emitting device according to claim 1 , wherein the first optical structure is directly connected to the side surface.

5

5. The light-emitting device according to claim 1 , wherein the first optical structure comprises a protruded surface.

6

6. The light-emitting device according to claim 1 , further comprising an electrode on the bottom surface.

7

7. The light-emitting device according to claim 1 , further comprising an angle smaller than 90° formed between the first optical structure and the mirror reflection surface.

8

8. The light-emitting device according to claim 1 , wherein the first optical structure is formed on the carrier symmetrically.

9

9. The light-emitting device according to claim 1 , further comprising a virtual center line passing through the light-emitting device, and a light intensity of the light-emitting device having a distribution being substantially symmetrical with the virtual center line.

10

10. The light-emitting device according to claim 9 , wherein the light intensity of light-emitting device has a maximum value on two sides within an angle range between 40° and 60° with respect to the virtual center line.

11

11. A light-emitting device, comprising: a carrier comprising a mirror reflection surface and a bottom surface opposite to the mirror reflection surface; a light-emitting unit on the mirror reflection surface; a reflective layer on the light-emitting unit and having a top surface and a side surface; a first optical structure surrounding the light-emitting unit and the reflective layer; and a virtual center line passing through the light-emitting device, wherein a light intensity of the light-emitting device has a distribution being substantially symmetrical with the virtual center line, and wherein the light intensity of light-emitting device has a maximum value on two sides within an angle range between 40° and 60° with respect to the virtual center line.

12

12. The light-emitting device according to claim 11 , further comprising a second optical structure on and directly connected to the light-emitting unit.

13

13. The light-emitting device according to claim 12 , wherein the first optical structure has a refractive index different from that of the second optical structure.

14

14. The light-emitting device according to claim 11 , wherein the first optical structure is directly connected to the side surface.

15

15. The light-emitting device according to claim 11 , wherein the first optical structure comprises a protruded surface.

16

16. The light-emitting device according to claim 11 , further comprising an electrode on the bottom surface.

17

17. The light-emitting device according to claim 11 , further comprising an angle smaller than 90° formed between the first optical structure and the mirror reflection surface.

18

18. The light-emitting device according to claim 11 , wherein the first optical structure is formed on the carrier symmetrically.
