A survey data processing device includes a panoramic image data receiving unit, a point cloud data receiving unit, a similar part designation receiving unit, and a correspondence relationship determining unit. The panoramic image data receiving unit receives first and second panoramic images that are respectively obtained at a first point of view and a second point of view. The point cloud data receiving unit receives first point cloud data that is obtained by a first laser scanner and receives second point cloud data that is obtained by a second laser scanner. The similar part designation receiving unit receives designation of a part that is the same or similar between the first and second panoramic images. The correspondence relationship determining unit determines a correspondence relationship between the first and second point cloud data on the basis of the first and second point cloud data corresponding to the same or similar part.

A survey data processing device comprising a processor or circuitry, the processor or circuitry configured to: receive image data of a first panoramic image obtained at a first point of view and image data of a second panoramic image obtained at a second point of view; receive first point cloud data and second point cloud data, the first point cloud data being obtained by a first laser scanner in which a positional relationship and an attitude relationship relative to a first device for obtaining the first panoramic image are known, and the second point cloud data being obtained by a second laser scanner in which a positional relationship and an attitude relationship relative to a second device for obtaining the second panoramic image are known; receive designation of the same or a similar part that is the same or similar between the first panoramic image and the second panoramic image; determine a correspondence relationship between the first point cloud data and the second point cloud data on a basis of the first point cloud data corresponding to the same or similar part and the second point cloud data corresponding to the same or similar part; and in a case in which a specific part is designated in the first panoramic image, display an assisting indication showing a horizontal angle position at the specific part in the second panoramic image, on a basis of an azimuth in a horizontal direction of the first device at the time of obtaining the first panoramic image and an azimuth in a horizontal direction of the second device at the time of obtaining the second panoramic image.
2. The survey data processing device according to claim 1 , wherein at least two points are designated as the same or similar parts.
3. The survey data processing device according to claim 1 , wherein at least one point is designated as the same or similar part, and the correspondence relationship between the first point cloud data and the second point cloud data is determined on a basis of coordinates of the at least one point of the first point cloud data, coordinates of the at least one point of the second point cloud data, direction of the first device at the time of obtaining the first panoramic image, and direction of the second device at the time of obtaining the second panoramic image.
4. The survey data processing device according to claim 3 , wherein the direction of the first device is the azimuth in the horizontal direction of the first device, and the direction of the second device is the azimuth in the horizontal direction of the second device.
5. The survey data processing device according to claim 1 , wherein the assisting indication shows an angle of a horizontal azimuth.
6. The survey data processing device according to claim 1 , wherein the horizontal azimuths of the first panoramic image and the second panoramic image are aligned to display the assisting indication.
7. The survey data processing device according to claim 1 , wherein the same or similar part is a line segment or a plane.
8. A survey data processing device comprising a processor or circuitry, the processor or circuitry configured to: receive image data of a first panoramic image obtained at a first point of view and image data of a second panoramic image obtained at a second point of view; receive first point cloud data and second point cloud data, the first point cloud data being obtained by a first laser scanner in which a positional relationship and an attitude relationship relative to a first device for obtaining the first panoramic image are known, and the second point cloud data being obtained by a second laser scanner in which a positional relationship and an attitude relationship relative to a second device for obtaining the second panoramic image are known; receive designation of the same or a similar part that is the same or similar between the first panoramic image and the second panoramic image; determine a correspondence relationship between the first point cloud data and the second point cloud data on a basis of the first point cloud data corresponding to the same or similar part and the second point cloud data corresponding to the same or similar part; generate a first three-dimensional model based on the first point cloud data and a second three-dimensional model based on the second point cloud data; extract a second line that constitutes the second three-dimensional model and that corresponds to a first line constituting the first three-dimensional model; and highlight the first line and the second line.
9. A survey data processing device comprising a processor or circuitry, the processor or circuitry configured to: receive image data of a first panoramic image obtained at a first point of view and image data of a second panoramic image obtained at a second point of view; receive first point cloud data and second point cloud data, the first point cloud data being obtained by a first laser scanner in which a positional relationship and an attitude relationship relative to a first device for obtaining the first panoramic image are known, and the second point cloud data being obtained by a second laser scanner in which a positional relationship and an attitude relationship relative to a second device for obtaining the second panoramic image are known; receive designation of the same or a similar part that is the same or similar between the first panoramic image and the second panoramic image; and determine a correspondence relationship between the first point cloud data and the second point cloud data on a basis of the first point cloud data corresponding to the same or similar part and the second point cloud data corresponding to the same or similar part; generate a first three-dimensional model based on the first point cloud data and a second three-dimensional model based on the second point cloud data; extract a second plane that constitutes the second three-dimensional model and that corresponds to a first plane constituting the first three-dimensional model; and highlight the first plane and the second plane.
