An apparatus includes a first acquisition unit configured to acquire an image, an analysis unit configured to perform an analysis process on the acquired image, a second acquisition unit configured to acquire a parameter for use in the analysis process on the image, a third acquisition unit configured to acquire superimposition information superimposed on the acquired image, an identification unit configured to, based on the acquired parameter, identify superimposition information that influences the analysis process on the image, and a processing unit configured to perform a process regarding drawing of the identified superimposition information.

2. The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the instructions cause the computer to provide, as the process regarding drawing of the identified superimposition information, a notification regarding the identified superimposition information.

The apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the instructions cause the computer to (a) perform a process to delete the identified superimposition information on the image, (b) perform a process to change a position of the superimposition information on the image, or (c) change a device which performs a superimposition process for superimposing the superimposition information on the image, based on user instruction after the notification is provided.
4. The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the instructions cause the computer to, as the process regarding drawing of the identified superimposition information, perform a process to delete the identified superimposition information on the image.
5. The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the instructions cause the computer to, as the process regarding drawing of the identified superimposition information, perform a process to change a display position of the identified superimposition information on the image.
7. The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the superimposition information is a predetermined text.
8. The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the instructions cause the computer to perform the image analysis process for the image.
9. The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the image analysis process is corresponding to a moving detection, a person detection, a face authentication, or the tracking of a detected detection target.
11. The method according to claim 10, further comprising providing, as the process regarding drawing of the identified superimposition information, a notification regarding the identified superimposition information.
13. The method according to claim 10, wherein the process regarding drawing of the identified superimposition information includes performing a process to delete the identified superimposition information on the image.
14. The method according to claim 10, wherein the process regarding drawing of the identified superimposition information includes performing a process to change a display position of the identified superimposition information on the image.
16. The method according to claim 10, wherein the superimposition information is a predetermined text.
17. The method according to claim 10, further comprising performing the image analysis process for the image.
18. The method according to claim 10, wherein the image analysis process is corresponding to a moving detection, a person detection, a face authentication, or the tracking of a detected detection target.
