2. The solar-powered lamp of claim 1, wherein the cap comprises a peripheral edge sized to form the seal as a circumferential seal with one or more corresponding matching edge surfaces of the flange to protect the one or more ports.

3

3. The solar-powered lamp of claim 2, wherein the cap is connected to the solar-powered lamp by a connector.

4

4. The solar-powered lamp of claim 3, wherein the connector is a narrow tab extending from a surface of the enclosure or an external surface of the flange to the peripheral edge of the cap.

5

5. The solar-powered lamp of claim 3, wherein the connector is a hinge.

6

6. The solar-powered lamp of claim 5, wherein the hinge allows the cap to be opened and closed to expose the one or more ports in the aperture.

7

7. The solar-powered lamp of claim 3, wherein the connector is a first threading on an interior or exterior surface of the flange and a second threading on an interior or exterior surface of the cap, wherein the second threading is complementary to the first threading.

9

9. The solar-powered lamp of claim 8, wherein the electric connector is configured to provide electric power to an external device through the one or more ports.

10

10. The solar-powered lamp of claim 1, wherein the one or more ports comprises at least one USB port, the at least one USB port configured for operation in a power input and a power output mode.

11

11. The solar-powered lamp of claim 10, wherein the at least one USB port is configured for operation in a data input mode.

12

12. The solar-powered lamp of claim 1, wherein at least one port of the one or more ports is arranged to be perpendicular to the printed circuit board.

13

13. The solar-powered lamp of claim 1, wherein at least one port of the one or more ports is arranged to be parallel with the printed circuit board and immediately adjacent to a side of the printed circuit board.

15

15. The solar-powered lamp of claim 14, wherein the wireless communications from the external device received at the antenna comprise an instruction to change a color of the one or more LEDs, change a color temperature of the one or more LEDs, turn the solar-powered lamp on, turn the solar-powered lamp off, or set a programmed behavior of the one or more LEDs.

16

16. The solar-powered lamp of claim 15, wherein the wireless communications are received at the antenna over a Wi-Fi connection or Bluetooth connection.

19

19. The solar-powered lamp of claim 18, wherein the magnetic surface or the magnetic coil is positioned in the enclosure.
