A base station may transmit a DCI comprising a HARQ process number field, comprising first bit(s), and an RV field comprising second bit(s). The base station may receive a TB in response to validation of the DCI. The validation may be based on the second bit(s). The validation may be based on comparing the first bit(s) with a first sequence of bit(s), determined using a first configuration parameter, in response to the first bit(s) not indicating a configuration index and the DCI having a first format. The validation may not be based on comparing the first bit(s) with the first sequence in response to the DCI having a second format.
Legal claims defining the scope of protection, as filed with the USPTO.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising transmitting configured grant configuration parameters of an uplink configured grant configuration, wherein the DCI indicates activation of the configured grant configuration.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein a plurality of resources are activated in response to the validation.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the DCI is associated with a configured scheduling radio network temporary identifier.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the first configuration parameter indicates a first number of bits in the first sequence of the one or more bits.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the first sequence of one or more bits are all zeros.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein the validation is based on comparing the one or more second bits with a second sequence of one or more bits determined using a second configuration parameter.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the second configuration parameter indicates a second number of bits in the second sequence of the one or more bits.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the second sequence of one or more bits are all zeros.
12. The base station of claim 11, wherein the instructions, when executed by the one or more processors, further cause the base station to transmit configured grant configuration parameters of an uplink configured grant configuration, wherein the DCI indicates activation of the configured grant configuration.
13. The base station of claim 11, wherein a plurality of resources are activated in response to transmitting the DCI.
14. The base station of claim 11, wherein the DCI is associated with a configured scheduling radio network temporary identifier.
16. The base station of claim 11, wherein the first sequence of one or more bits are all zeros.
17. The base station of claim 11, wherein the second sequence is based on a second configuration parameter.
18. The base station of claim 17, wherein the second configuration parameter indicates a second number of bits in the second sequence of one or more bits.
19. The base station of claim 18, wherein the second sequence of one or more bits are all zeros.
