A security dominion owner associated with the security dominion owner token is initially set to a first entity.

17. The method of claim 16, wherein managing storage of the first key further comprises managing keys stored by a key manager of the management controller.
18. The method of claim 17, wherein the firmware update package is to update a firmware of the management controller, and the method further comprises storing the physical owner token in the secure storage.
