Technical Abstract

One embodiment relates to a method for performing an operation for a first terminal in a wireless communication system, comprising the steps of: receiving a signal for allocating a plurality of first retransmission resources from a base station; retransmitting a sidelink signal to a second terminal by using one or more first retransmission resources of the plurality of first retransmission resources; transmitting, to the base station, a retransmission resource use ratio, which is a ratio of one or more first retransmission resources to the plurality of first retransmission resources; and receiving, from the base station, a resource substitution instruction on the basis of the retransmission resource use ratio, wherein the resource substitution instruction instructs the substitution of an uplink resource for some of the plurality of second retransmission resources and use of same.
