An apparatus and method for generating user guidance on a decentralized platform are described. The apparatus includes at least a processor and a memory communicatively coupled to the at least a processor. The memory includes instructions configuring the at least a processor to receive a user profile comprising user data and user interaction data associated with a user, determine at least one user specific deficiency based on the user profile and the user interaction data indicating user's interaction with decentralized platform, generate at least one user guidance based on the at least one user specific deficiency, and output the at least one user guidance.

2. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the memory comprises further instructions configuring the at least a processor to detect a user development pattern based on the user profile.
3. The apparatus of claim 2, wherein detecting the user development pattern comprises detecting at least one user engagement preference.
4. The apparatus of claim 3, wherein the memory comprises further instructions configuring the at least a processor to modify the at least one user guidance based on user engagement preference.
5. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the memory further comprises instructions configuring the at least a processor to modify the at least one user guidance based on a plurality of user specific deficiencies.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the method further comprises detecting, by the at least a processor, a user development pattern based on the user profile.
11. The method of claim 10, wherein detecting the user development pattern comprises detecting, by the at least a processor, a user engagement preference.
12. The method of claim 11, wherein the method further comprises modifying, by the at least a processor, the at least one user guidance based on user engagement preference.
13. The method of claim 9, wherein the method further comprises modifying, by the at least a processor, the at least one user guidance based on a plurality of user specific deficiencies.
