A vehicle departure control method by remote parking, the vehicle departure control method comprising: confirming that vehicle departure is vehicle departure from a mechanical multistory parking lot; determining whether a vehicle that is to depart is being moved; prohibiting the vehicle from moving by autonomous driving of the remote parking in response to determining that the vehicle is being moved; and permitting the vehicle to move by autonomous driving of the remote parking in response to determining that the vehicle is not being moved and that the vehicle is in a departure preparation position, wherein when a satellite positioning device mounted on the vehicle determines that a height of the vehicle is a height of the departure preparation position and when an elapsed time from a time point of determining that the vehicle is no longer moved is equal to or larger than a reference value, the vehicle is determined to be in the departure preparation position.
