Detailed Description

Complete technical specification and implementation details from the patent document.

The present disclosure is directed to footwear. More specifically, the present disclosure is related to shoes.

Generally speaking, a shoe is an item of footwear intended to protect and comfort the human foot. Though the human foot can adapt to varied terrains and climate conditions, it is vulnerable, and shoes provide protection. Shoes have often evolved into many different designs, such as high heels, which are most commonly worn by women during fancy occasions. Contemporary footwear varies vastly in style, complexity and cost. Basic sandals may consist of only a thin sole and simple strap and be sold for a low cost. High fashion shoes made by famous designers may be made of expensive materials, use complex construction and sell for large sums of money. Some shoes are designed for specific purposes, such as boots designed specifically for mountaineering or skiing, while others have more generalized usage such as sneakers which have transformed from a special purpose sport shoe into a general use shoe. The instant disclosure may be directed to such sneakers or generalized use shoes. Traditionally, such sneaker shoes have been made from leather or canvas, but are increasingly being made from rubber, plastics, and other petrochemical-derived materials.

The form of the shoe was originally tied to function, but over time, and especially over the last several years, shoes, also became fashion items, especially sneaker type shoes. Fashion and trends are always calling for new and innovative sneaker shoes and designs. As such, there is clearly a need to provide for a new and innovative shoe design.

The instant disclosure may be designed to address at least certain aspects of the problems or needs discussed above by providing a bread winner shoe.

The present disclosure may solve the aforementioned limitations of the currently available sneaker shoes, by providing a bread winner shoe. The bread winner shoe may comprise at least one bread winner design. The at least one bread winner design may be positioned on a tongue of the shoe, on a heel of the shoe, on an outside side of the shoe, on a tread of the shoe, the like, or a combination thereof. Each of the at least one bread winner designs may include an outer shape sized and configured to resemble a piece of bread, and inscription on the inside including a wording “Bread W” or just a letter “W”.

In select embodiments, the breadwinner shoe may include a bread winner design on the tongue of the shoe. The bread winner design on the tongue of the shoe may include the wording “Bread W”.

In select embodiments, the breadwinner shoe may include a bread winner design on the heel of the shoe. The bread winner design on the heel of the shoe may include the wording “Bread W”.

In select embodiments, the breadwinner shoe may include a plurality of the bread winner design on the outside side of the shoe. Each of the plurality of the bread winner designs on the outside side of the shoe may include the letter “W”. The bottom row of the right-side-up versions of the bread winner designs may include six (6) of the right-side-up versions of the bread winner designs lined up in a straight line along a midsole of the shoe. The top row of the upside-down versions of the bread winner designs may include three (3) of the upside-down versions of the bread winner designs lined up in a curved configuration along an ankle collar of the shoe.

In select embodiments, the breadwinner shoe may include at least one of the bread winner designs on the tread of the shoe. The at least one bread winner design on the tread of the shoe may include the wording “Bread W”. Wherein the at least one bread winner design on the tread of the shoe may be positioned around an arch of the shoe or may be positioned in a ball area of the shoe.

In select possibly preferred embodiments, the breadwinner shoe may include: a bread winner design on the tongue of the shoe, wherein the bread winner design on the tongue of the shoe may include the wording “Bread W”; a bread winner design on the heel of the shoe, wherein the bread winner design on the heel of the shoe may include the wording “Bread W”; a plurality of the bread winner design on the outside side of the shoe, wherein each of the plurality of the bread winner designs on the outside side of the shoe may include the letter “W”, wherein the plurality of the bread winner designs on the outside side of the shoe may include: a bottom row of right-side-up versions of the bread winner designs, the bottom row of the right-side-up versions of the bread winner designs may include six (6) of the right-side-up versions of the bread winner designs lined up in a straight line along a midsole of the shoe; and a top row of upside-down versions of the bread winner designs, the top row of the upside-down versions of the bread winner designs may include three (3) of the upside-down versions of the bread winner designs lined up in a curved configuration along an ankle collar of the shoe; and at least one of the bread winner designs on the tread of the shoe, wherein the at least one bread winner design on the tread of the shoe may include the wording “Bread W”, and wherein the at least one bread winner design on the tread of the shoe may be positioned around an arch of the shoe or may be positioned in a ball area of the shoe.
