Baby Swaddle Blanket

The application claims priority to Chinese patent application No. 202420626501.X, filed on Mar. 28, 2024, the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.

The present disclosure relates to baby products, and in particular to a baby swaddle blanket.

Swaddling products in the existing market have the following problems and shortcomings:

1. a front brim has the same straight line pattern as the chest width of the swaddle, resulting in an oversized opening, so that the cold cannot be effectively blocked, a good warm-keeping effect is provided, and the risk of suffocation of a baby with the mouth and nose covered by clothes due to the wide design is increased; or the cap is made by cutting cloth pieces with a complete ratio of 1:1 according to the shape of the head of the back body sheet, and this planar cutting method cannot naturally form a three-dimensional structure that adapts to the head curve of the baby, so that the finished product cap lacks necessary space and elasticity to fit and warp the head of the baby.

2. The swaddle wrapping the lower limbs of the baby is usually connected integrally, the activity of the baby with one leg is limited by the whole body, the leg shape of the baby is not met, and the shape of the foot and the trouser leg extend linearly, which does not meet the external characteristic of the foot.

3. The abdomen-shielding cloth of the swaddle in the prior art only partially extends to the abdomen and is not fixedly connected; and the baby tends to kick out the abdomen-shielding cloth when moving the legs, and the abdomen and trunk of the baby are usually completely exposed when the flank part is opened, which is not favorable for warm keeping of the baby.

An objective of the present disclosure is to provide a baby swaddle blanket, so as to solve at least one of the problems.

To achieve the above objective, the present disclosure provides the following technical solution: a baby swaddle blanket includes a cap for wrapping the head of a baby and with an opening for exposing the respiratory organ of the baby, and further includes: a main body sheet, including a back body area, where an upper part of the back body area is connected to a back cap body of the cap, a first flank area and a second flank area respectively extend towards left and right directions of the back body area, and a lower part of the back body area is further provided with a first back panel and a second back panel extending downwards; and an abdomen panel, including an abdomen-shielding area, and a first front panel and a second front panel extending downwards from the abdomen-shielding area, wherein the abdomen-shielding area is capable of partially or completely covering the front body of the trunk of the baby, the first back panel and the first front panel, and the second back panel and the second front panel respectively form two trouser legs capable of wrapping lower limbs of the baby and a crotch part connecting the two trouser legs, an opening for putting a baby is formed between the abdomen-shielding area and the main body sheet, and

Further, left and right ends of a front brim of the cap are respectively connected to a first flank area top edge of the first flank area and a second flank area top edge of the second flank area; and when the first flank area and the second side flank area are wrapped inwards, the front brim of the cap, the first flank area top edge and the second flank area top edge form a continuous three-dimensional edge capable of surrounding the face of the baby, and the cap and the main body sheet form second wrapping space for wrapping the head, upper limbs and trunk of the baby.

Further, the abdomen panel further includes shoulder straps connected to the abdomen-shielding area and extending upwards, and upper parts of the shoulder straps are detachably connected to the main body sheet.

Further, two trouser feet are respectively arranged at lower parts of the corresponding trouser legs, where shapes of the trouser legs fit shapes of the feet of the baby, and two pieces of independent accommodating spaces capable of accommodating the feet of the baby are formed; and the two trouser feet respectively communicate with the corresponding trouser legs integrally or detachably.

Further, openings capable of replacing diapers are formed at an inner trouser seam or/and a crotch part of the trouser legs, and closing devices are mounted at the openings.

Further, the abdomen panel is provided with a closing connection piece, and the closing connection piece is capable of extending to the crotch part or the trouser legs or the trouser feet from a top edge or a side edge of the abdomen-shielding area as a starting point.

Further, longitudinal heights of the first flank area and the second flank area extend to the trouser legs from a lower edge of the cap, and connecting points between lower parts of the first flank area and the second flank area and the trouser legs are lower than the highest point of the crotch part; or connecting points between lower parts of the first flank area and the second flank area and the trouser legs are higher than the crotch part; or connecting points between lower parts of the first flank area and the second flank area and the trouser legs are at the same height as the crotch part.

Further, the first flank area and the second flank area are respectively provided with connectable connection structures at overlapped coplanar positions thereof.

Further, closing connection pieces connected to the main body sheet are arranged at outer sides of the trouser legs at the overlapped areas between the first front panel or/and the second front panel and the main body sheet; and an area of the opening between the abdomen-shielding area and the main body sheet can be increased when the closing connection pieces are open, and diaper change or wear is facilitated for the baby when the abdomen-shielding panel and part of the trouser legs are turned down.

Further, a back cap body of the cap is of a circular arch capable of covering the top and back of the head of the baby.

Further, the shoulder straps are provided with detachable connection assemblies.

According to the analysis, the present disclosure discloses a baby swaddle blanket, with the following beneficial effects:

Second, the crotch part is designed with the closing devices capable of disassembling the openings, which is convenient for wearing and changing diapers. Due to the crotch part opening design, it is unnecessary to completely unfasten the swaddle blanket when diapers are changed. The operation can be performed only by unfastening the closing devices. The closing devices can select snap fasteners or zippers, thereby greatly improving the convenience and sanitation.

Third, compared with the traditional swaddle blanket, the suspender trouser design will not restrict the activity range of the baby. In particular, at the stage when the baby begins to learn to turn over and crawl, this design is more flexible and is favorable for the baby to move freely and not to break loose.

Fourth, the back piece of the cap adopts a circular arch design matched with the head of the baby and can tightly fit the head contour of the baby, thereby ensuring that the cap is stably and comfortably worn on the head of the baby and avoiding slipping. After being formed, the cap presents a three-dimensional and full shape to ensure that there is sufficient space to accommodate the head and face of the baby, so that the appearance is attractive, more importantly, the degree of freedom and comfortable sensation of the head movement of the baby are ensured.

Fifth, the front brim of the cap is designed to surround the face of the baby, which considers the face feature of the baby and avoids the breathing difficulty caused by the cap being too tight or covering the face too much, so that the potential risk of suffocation of the baby due to improper cap design is effectively eliminated. The front brim and the top edges on the two flanks have a continuous three-dimensional edge capable of surrounding the face of the baby, thereby keeping the neck of the baby warm and preventing from catching a cold.

Various examples are provided by way of interpretation of the present disclosure and are not intended to limit the present disclosure. Indeed, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that modifications and variations may be made in the present disclosure without departing from the scope or spirit of the present disclosure. For example, features shown or described as part of one embodiment may be used in another embodiment to produce yet another embodiment. Therefore, it is desirable that the present disclosure includes such modifications and variations falling within the scope of the appended claims and their equivalents.

As shown into, according to the embodiments of the present disclosure, a baby swaddle blanket is provided and includes a capfor wrapping the head of a baby and with an opening for exposing the respiratory organ of the baby, and a main body sheet; the main body sheetincludes a back body area, and an upper part of the back body areais connected to a back cap bodyof the cap; and a first flank areaand a second flank arearespectively extend towards left and right directions of the back body area, and a lower part of the back body areais further provided with a first back paneland a second back panelextending downwards.

The baby swaddle blanket further includes an abdomen panel, including an abdomen-shielding area, and a first front paneland a second front panelextending downwards from the abdomen-shielding area; and the abdomen-shielding areacan partially or completely cover the back body area. The abdomen panelfurther includes a first shoulder strapand a second shoulder strap; the first shoulder strapand the second shoulder strapare respectively connected to the abdomen-shielding areaand extend upwards to a connection line of the back body areaand a back cap body of the cap; upper parts of the first shoulder strapand the second shoulder strapare provided with a first buckle assemblyand a second buckle assembly; and the first shoulder strapand the second shoulder strapare detachably connected to the main body sheetrespectively through the first buckle assemblyand the second buckle assembly.

The first back paneland the first front panelare respectively connected on left and right sides thereof to form a left trouser leg, the second back paneland the second front panelare respectively connected on left and right sides thereof to form a right trouser leg, and a crotch partis continuously formed between the left trouser legand the right trouser leg. The left trouser legand the right trouser legare provided with openings capable of replacing diapers at the position of the crotch partwhere the left trouser leg and the right trouser leg are overlapped at the inner trouser seam, and closing devicesare mounted at the openings. The closing device, the closing connection piece, the connection assembly, the connection piece and the connection structure described in the present application belong to existing products in the field of clothing accessories or accessories, and are not limited to devices for closing the opening of clothes or connecting wrapping connection, such as a zipper, a snap fastener, a button, a hook buckle, a magnetic snap, a hook and loop fastener and a rope lacing device.

An opening for putting a baby is formed between the abdomen-shielding areaand the main body sheet. When the first flank areaand the second flank areaare unfolded outwards, the abdomen paneland the main body sheetform first wrapping space for wrapping the lower limits and trunk of the baby. The first wrapping space forms a suspender trouser shape for shielding the abdomen, legs and feet of the baby, so that the warm-keeping property can be enhanced. The abdomen and legs of the baby are sensitive to temperature and easy to catch a cold, so good wrapping can effectively prevent body temperature loss.

Left and right ends of a front brimof the capare respectively connected to a first flank area top edgeof the first flank areaand a second flank area top edgeof the second flank area; and when the first flank areaand the second side flank areaare wrapped inwards, the front brimof the cap, the first flank area top edgeand the second flank area top edgeform a continuous three-dimensional edge capable of surrounding the face of the baby, and the capand the main body sheetform second wrapping space for wrapping the head, upper limbs and trunk of the baby. The front brim, and the first flank area top edgeand the second flank area top edgeof the two flank parts form a continuous three-dimensional edge capable of surrounding the face of the baby, thereby enhancing the wrapping property of face and neck areas of the baby and more completely protecting the baby from being invaded by cold wind. Since the edge is continuous and three-dimensional, cold air can be effectively prevented from entering from the head and neck, the warm-keeping effect is improved, and the baby can be prevented from catching a cold, particularly in cold seasons or air-conditioned environment. The design can be naturally adapted according to the head shape of the baby so as to ensure that the cap will not be too tight to affect the blood circulation nor too loose to achieve the ideal warm-keeping effect, thereby improving the overall wearing comfortability.

A left trouser footand a right trouser footare respectively arranged on lower parts of the corresponding left trouser legand right trouser leg, and the shapes of the left trouser footand the right trouser footfit the shapes of the feet of the baby, and two pieces of independent accommodating spaces capable of accommodating the feet of the baby are formed. The left trouser footand the right trouser footare respectively connected to the corresponding left trouser legand the right trouser legintegrally or are connected detachably through a zipper, a buckle or other connection pieces.

The abdomen panelis provided with a first closing connection piece, and the first closing connection piececan extend to the crotch partfrom the top edge or side edge of the abdomen-shielding areaas the opening start position of the closing connection piece, or extend to the left trouser legand the right trouser leg, or extend to the left trouser footand the right trouser foot.

A second closing connection pieceand a third closing connection piecemay be arranged at the overlapped areas of the first front panelor/and the second front paneland the main body sheetoutside the left trouser legor/and the right trouser leg. The second closing connection pieceand the third closing connection pieceare respectively arranged at the left trouser legand the right trouser leg. When the second closing connection pieceand the third closing connection pieceare opened, an area of the opening between the abdomen-shielding areaand the main body sheetcan be increased. When the abdomen panel, part of the left trouser legand part of the right trouser legare turned down, it is more convenient for the baby to replace diapers or wear. The second closing connection pieceand the third closing connection piececan be rapidly opened and closed, so that it is more convenient for the baby to wear the swaddle blanket or replace the diapers, and unnecessary troubles and disturbance to the baby can be reduced. With the growth and development of the baby, the body size will change, and the design of the closing connection piece can flexibly adapt to these changes, thereby prolonging the service life of products.

Longitudinal heights of the first flank areaand the second flank areaextend to the left trouser legand the right trouser legfrom a lower edge of the cap, and the connection point of the lower parts of the first flank areaand the second flank areaand the left trouser legand the right trouser legis lower than the highest point of the crotch part. Increasing the wrapping property can wrap the second closing connection pieceand the third closing connection pieceoutside the left trouser legor/and the right trouser legin the first flank areaand the second flank area, thereby effectively preventing cold air from entering from the opening when the closing connection piece is not effectively closed, and improving the warm-keeping property of the whole swaddle blanket, particularly in cold seasons, and maintaining the stable body temperature of the baby. The connection point of the lower parts of the first flank areaand the second flank areaand the trouser legsandis higher than the crotch part. According to this connection mode, in a case that the baby is wrapped in the first flank areaand the second flank area, the baby can be lifted easily from the side part or the crotch part for replacing diapers or paper diapers without completely unfastening the swaddle blanket or sleeping bag, thereby greatly simplifying the diaper changing process and reducing the operation difficulty of parents or nursing personnel. Therefore, the fact that it is necessary to expose the whole body of the baby every time the diaper is changed is avoided, and it is beneficial to keep the body temperature of the baby. In particular, when the temperature is low, the possibility of the baby catching cold can be reduced, and the comfortability during use can be improved. The baby swaddle blanket can adapt to babies of different ages and weight ranges no matter the babies are newborns or slightly older children, thereby providing a good sense of wrapping and safety for the babies while conveniently changing the diapers. Since the diaper changing convenience is enhanced, the number of times that the babies are disturbed when they are asleep can be effectively reduced, and it is helpful to keep the sleep quality and healthy growth of the babies.

Or the connection point of the lower parts of the first flank areaand the second flank areaand the trouser legsandare at the same height as the crotch part. At the same height, the heights are consistent, so that the overall structure of the swaddle blanket or the sleeping bag is flatter and more integrated, and the wrapping property and stability during wearing are enhanced. Therefore, the babies feel more comfortable when they are moving or sleeping, without the protruded or uneven discomfort. The crotch part is flush with the flank areas, so that the pressure on the hip and thighs of the baby can be dispersed better. The baby swaddle blanket will not generate additional pressure to the legs of the baby when being worn, thereby being beneficial to the development of the limbs and the comfort of the baby.

The first flank areaand the second flank areaare respectively provided with connectable connection structures at overlapped coplanar positions thereof. The connection structure shown in the figure is the hook and loop fastener, and the distribution area of the hook and loop fastener is increased. With the growth and development of the baby, the body size will change, the large-area hook and loop fastener design can flexibly adapt to these changes, thereby prolonging the service life of products. The hook and loop fastener includes a magic hook surfaceand a magic fiber surfacewhich are respectively arranged at the coplanar position of the first flank areaand the second flank areaand used to connect the first flank areaand the second flank area, so that the first flank areaand the second flank areacan be wrapped or opened conveniently and rapidly, which is more harmonious and unified with the appearance of the whole swaddle blanket and is helpful to improve the overall texture and use experience of the products.

A back cap bodyof the capis of a circular arch capable of covering the top and back of the head of the baby. The cappresents a three-dimensional and full shape to ensure that there is sufficient space to accommodate the head and face of the baby, so that the appearance is attractive, more importantly, the degree of freedom and comfortable sensation of the head movement of the baby are ensured. A front brimadopts a clothing making, cutting and discharging method to properly lengthen the line, thereby adapting to the radian of the face of the baby and the movement requirement. Then, the brim line is properly tightened by an elastic wrapping process, so that the tightness of the cap is ensured, but the cap is not too tight, thereby improving the wearing comfort and adaptability of the baby. The design of the capnot only considers the physiological characteristic and comfort requirement of the baby, but also ensures the safety and practicability of the cap through technological innovation and humanized design.
