The present disclosure relates to the field of furniture, and specifically relates to a multifunctional case and a use thereof.

Integrating a foldable table function into storage furniture like packing cases, trolley cases, or camping cases reduces a need for users to carry additional items when going out, making it convenient for users to place items or to work in various scenarios. This is one of the popular research directions for luggage products.

Existing trolley case foldable tables, such as described in CN220141054U, incorporate a foldable table function on the case body. However, the table panels forming the case body are not tightly connected, which imposes certain limitations on the items stored inside the case. Moreover, implementing this foldable table function requires adding multiple rods and connectors to the trolley case, resulting in a complex structure, inconvenient assembly, and increased weight.

One of objects of the present disclosure is to overcome the shortcomings of the existing techniques and provide a multifunctional case.

Another one of objects of the present disclosure is to provide a use of the multifunctional case for a camping case, a suitcase, or a packing case.

Another one of objects of the present disclosure is to provide a combination of a table and a chair.

A technical solution of the present disclosure is as follows.

A multifunctional case comprises a case body and a case lid configured to cover the case body. The case body is detachably connected to the case lid, and an end surface of the case lid defines a panel. A pair of foldable supporting frames are pivotally connected to the case lid. When the pair of foldable supporting frames are in an unfolded state, the pair of foldable supporting frames supports the case lid to define a table. When the pair of foldable supporting frames are in a folded state, the pair of foldable supporting frames are folded to be stored in the case lid.

In a possible implementation, the case lid comprises two lid sides opposite to each other, and each of the two lid sides comprises two pivoting points. Each of the two lid sides comprises two position-limiting protrusions disposed between the two pivoting points, and pivoting ends of each foldable supporting frame of the pair of foldable supporting frames are bent to form position-limiting members which are arc-shaped or zigzag-shaped. Distal ends of the position-limiting members are pivotally connected to the two pivoting points of the two lid sides, and the two position-limiting protrusions abut the position-limiting members when the pair of foldable supporting frames are unfolded, so that the pair of foldable supporting frames are inhibited from rotating outward.

In a possible implementation, each foldable supporting frame of the pair of foldable supporting frames comprises two supporting arms parallel to each other and a connecting arm. First ends of the two supporting arms defines the pivoting ends, and the connecting arm is connected to second ends of the two supporting arms relative to the pivoting ends.

In a possible implementation, one of the two pivoting points on a first one of the two lid sides and one of the two pivoting points on a second one of the two lid sides that are disposed on a same side of the case body are respectively connected to the pivoting ends of a corresponding one of the pair of foldable supporting frames.

In a possible implementation, the pair of foldable supporting frames are made of metal tubes.

In a possible implementation, the case body comprises a pulling rod and two rollers.

The pulling rod is fixedly connected to a rear surface of the case body, and the two rollers are rotatably connected to a rear of two sides of the case body.

In a possible implementation, the case body comprises one or more position-stopping protrusions disposed on a lower surface of the case body, and a height of the one or more position-stopping protrusions is equal to a height between a lowermost edge of the two rollers and the lower surface of the case body.

In a possible implementation, two outer side walls of the case body opposite to each other are pivotally disposed with two buckles, and the case lid comprises two buckling grooves corresponding to positions of the two buckles and configured to be buckled to the two buckles.

A use of the multifunctional case is for a camping case, a suitcase, or a packing case.

The present disclosure provides the multifunctional case with the integrated folding table function. The present disclosure designs the case lid as a folding table. Compared with the existing multifunctional cases with similar functions, there is no need to assemble a plurality of table boards. There is no connection structure, such as telescopic rods, used in a structure of the folding table. Only the pair of foldable supporting frames are provided in the case lid. During use, the pair of foldable supporting frames only need to be unfolded to form a table, which has the advantages of a simple structure and convenient use.

Obviously, the described embodiments are only a portion of the embodiments of the present disclosure, and not all of the embodiments. Based on the embodiments of the present disclosure, all other embodiments obtained by those of ordinary skill in the art without creative work fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure.

It should be noted that when an element is referred to as being “fixedly connected to” another element, it can be directly fixedly connected to the other element or the element can be indirectly fixedly connected to the other element via one or more intermediate elements. When an element is referred to as being “directly connected to” another element, it can be directly connected to the other element or the element can be indirectly connected to the other element via one or more intermediate elements. In the description of the present disclosure, it should be noted that the terms “upper”, “lower”, “bottom”, “rear”, “side”, etc. indicate the orientation or positional relationship based on the orientation shown in the drawings. The positional relationship is only for the convenience of describing the present disclosure and simplifying the description, rather than indicating or implying that the referenced device or element must have a specific orientation, be constructed, and be operated in a specific orientation. Therefore, the positional relationship should not be understood as a limitation of the present disclosure.

The present embodiment provides a multifunctional case with an integrated folding table function, comprising a case lidand a case bodyas shown in. The case bodycomprises two buckles, and the case lidcomprises two buckling grooves, as shown in, configured to correspond to the two buckles. As shown in, the two buckling groovesand the two bucklesare configured to be buckled to each other to achieve opening and closing of the case bodyand the case lid. A connection method between the case lidand the case bodyis not a main technical feature of the present disclosure. It is only an illustrative explanation. In other possible implementations, those skilled in the art can use any existing detachable connection method to open and close the case lidand case body.

Referring to, a structure of the case lidis shown. Specifically, an end surface of the case liddefines a panel, a pair of foldable supporting framesare pivotally connected to the case lid, and an outer side of the case lidcomprises the buckling grooves. Specifically, referring to, the case lidcomprises two lid sidesopposite to each other, and each of the two lid sidescomprises two pivoting points. Each of the two lid sidescomprises two position-limiting protrusionsdisposed between the two pivoting points. The two pivoting pointsare pivotally connected to pivoting ends of the pair of foldable supporting frames, and the two position-limiting protrusionsare configured to limit a rotating angle of the pair of foldable supporting framesto limit an unfolding degree of the pair of foldable supporting frames.

Further, as shown in, in this embodiment, each foldable supporting frame of the pair of foldable supporting framesis substantially U-shaped, and each foldable supporting frame of the pair of foldable supporting framescomprises two supporting armsparallel to each other. First ends of the two supporting armsare connected together by a connecting arm. Second ends of the two supporting armsaway from the connecting armdefine the pivoting ends. The pivoting ends of each foldable supporting frame of the pair of foldable supporting framesare bent to form position-limiting members.

In this embodiment, each foldable supporting frame of the pair of foldable supporting framescomprises two pivoting ends of the pivoting ends. The two pivoting ends are respectively pivotally connected to one of the two pivoting pointson a first one of the two lid sidesand one of the two pivoting pointson a second one of the two lid sidesthat are disposed on a same side of the case body. In other possible implementations, the two pivoting ends can be respectively pivotally connected to the two pivoting pointson a corresponding one of the two lid sides, or the two pivoting ends can be pivotally connected to one of the two pivoting pointson the first one of the two lid sidesand one of the two pivoting pointson the second one of the two lid sidesthat are disposed on different sides of the case body.

In this embodiment, the pair of foldable supporting framesare U-shaped. When the pair of foldable supporting framesare unfolded, the connecting armhas a larger contact area with ground, so the pair of foldable supporting framesare more stable. Compared with four linear support frames, the connecting armcan also limit a relative position between the two supporting armsconnected to the connecting arm, further increasing stability of the pair of foldable supporting frames. According to the above technical concept, in other possible implementations, each of the pair of foldable supporting framescomprises two supporting armsand a connecting armconnected to the two supporting arms. The two supporting armsand the connecting armcan be arc-shaped, zigzag-shaped, or wave-shaped. Suboptimally, the connecting armdoes not need to be in contact with the ground when the pair of foldable supporting framesare unfolded, and the connecting armcan be connected to the first ends of the two supporting arms, middles of the two supporting arms, or the first end of one of the two supporting armsand the middle of a second one of the two supporting arms.

A cooperative relationship between the pair of foldable supporting framesand the case lidwill be described below. The pivoting ends of each foldable support frame of the pair of foldable supporting framesare bent to form the position-limiting members, and distal ends of the position-limiting membersare movably pivotally connected to the two pivoting points. When the pair of foldable supporting framesare in a folded state, a structure of the case lidis as shown in. The pair of foldable supporting framesare completely stored in the case lid. Referring to, at this time, the position-limiting membersare not in contact with the two position-limiting protrusions. Afterwards, the pair of foldable supporting framesare rotated around the two pivoting pointsin a direction away from the paneluntil the pair of foldable supporting framesreach an unfolded state as shown in. At this time, the pair of foldable supporting framessupport the case lidto define a table. As shown in, the position-limiting membersare in contact with the two position-limiting protrusionsso that the pair of foldable supporting framescannot be rotated outward.

Furthermore, in this embodiment, the pair of foldable supporting framesare made of a hard metal tube, which has good supporting capacity and is small in size and light in weight. When the pair of foldable supporting framesare unfolded, the pair of foldable supporting framescan better support the case lid. When the pair of foldable supporting framesare folded and stored in the case lid, the pair of foldable supporting framesrequire less space and are light in weight, making the multifunctional case easy to carry.

In addition, the multifunctional case provided by the present embodiment is also a trolley case with two rollersand a stop structure (i.e., position-stopping protrusions). Referring to, in the present embodiment, the two rollersare opposite to each other and disposed on a rear of two sides of the case body. An outer tube of a pulling rodis fixedly connected to a rear surface of the case body. The pulling rodis located between the two rollers, and the position-stopping protrusionsare disposed on a side of a lower surface of the case bodyaway from the pulling rodand the two rollers. A height of the position-stopping protrusionsis equal to a height between a lowermost edge of the two rollersand the lower surface of the case body. When the multifunctional case needs to be moved, the pulling rodis pulled to tilt the case bodybackward and the position-stopping protrusionsleave the ground. When the multifunctional case needs to be stopped from moving, the case bodyis laid flat. At this time, the position-stopping protrusionsare in contact with the ground to prevent the two rollersfrom moving unintentionally.
