Assembly Structure Of Sofa Base

The present disclosure relates to a technical field of sofas, and in particular to an assembly structure of a sofa base.

Sofas are one kind of furniture may be usually seen in daily life for providing comfortable places for sitting and resting, therefore, stability of the sofas is very important, and the stability of the sofas determines a usage duration of the sofas and provides comfort to people.

Currently, most of the sofas need to be assembled, a sofa base and a backrest are first assembled to form an assembled frame, and then a sponge block is mounted on the assembled frame, so as to manufacture a sofa.

However, when assembling the sofa base, plates of the sofa base are fixedly connected through bolts, and using the bolts not only needs an external machine for help, but also needs to be drilled holes in advance, which increases process and wastes time, so that the present disclosure provides an assembly structure of a sofa base to solve above problems.

In order to solve above problems, the present disclosure provides an assembly structure of a sofa base for overcoming the above problem or at least partially solving the above problems.

The present disclosure is achieved as following.

The present disclosure provides an assembly structure of a sofa base, including a mounting frame, a backrest, and an assembly mechanism. The backrest is disposed on an upper surface of the mounting frame. The assembly mechanism includes supporting legs, supporting plates, and connecting blocks The supporting legs are fixedly connected to a side surface of the mounting frame through bolts, blocking sheets are fixedly connected to ends of the mounting frame, and the blocking sheets are welded to the supporting legs. The supporting plates are welded to an inner side of the mounting frame, a connecting rod is fixedly disposed at a side surface of each of the supporting legs, and a side surface of the connecting rod is in close contact with one end of each of the supporting plates. The connecting blocks are clamped at one end of the mounting frame. The connecting blocks are fixedly connected to the backrest. The connecting blocks include two connecting blocks, the two connecting blocks are disposed at two ends of a bottom of the backrest, and a positioning component is clamped with the interior of each of the two connecting blocks.

In one embodiment, the supporting plates include a plurality of the supporting plates, the plurality of the supporting plates are uniformly disposed on the inner side of the mounting frame, and lengths of the plurality of the supporting plates are the same.

In one embodiment, a threaded hole is defined at a bottom of each of the supporting legs, a threaded column is threadedly connected with an interior of the threaded hole, a bottom of the threaded column is fixedly connected to a leveling plate.

In one embodiment, the supporting legs include four supporting legs, and the four supporting legs are uniformly disposed at a periphery of the mounting frame. An anti-skid pattern is disposed at the bottom of each of the supporting legs.

In one embodiment, an interior of each of the connecting blocks is hollow, an opening is defined on a side surface of each of the connecting blocks, and the positioning component is clamped with the interior of each of the connecting blocks.

The present disclosure provides the assembly structure of the sofa base having following beneficial effects.

First, the present disclosure fixes the mounting frame and the supporting legs through the bolts, which is capable of fixedly connecting the mounting frame with the supporting legs to form a whole. Meanwhile, the supporting plates are welded to the interior of the mounting frame to be in close contact with the connecting rod, and the connecting rod limits the supporting plates to be stably disposed on the inner side of the mounting frame, which is convenient for assembling. Moreover, a bolt fixing mode for fixing the supporting plates is effectively replaced, which is very rapid and convenient in installation.

Second, the threaded column is rotatable and is disposed at the bottom of each of the supporting legs, and the leveling plate is fixedly disposed at a bottom of the threaded column, so that the assembly structure of the sofa base may be placed in any ground for assembling, which effectively solves a problem that the sofa base is placed on uneven ground and meets requirements of users.

An anti-skid patternis disposed at the bottom of each of the supporting legs. For improving placement stability of the sofa, the four supporting legsare fixedly disposed on the sofa base, and the sofa is supported by the four supporting legs, so as to stably place the sofa on the ground. Meanwhile, for preventing the sofa from sliding on the ground, the anti-ski pattern is disposed at a bottom of each of the four supporting legs, so as to increase a friction force between the four supporting legsand the ground, which is convenient for stable use of the sofa.

In the present disclosure, the backrestis also assembled on the mounting frame, for ensuring that the backrestis stably disposed on the mounting frame, a positioning componentis disposed in each of the connecting blocks. In actual use, the supporting platesare welded to the inner side of the mounting frame, for limiting the supporting plates, a connecting rodis fixedly disposed at a side surface of each of the supporting legs, a side surface of the connecting rodis in close contact with one end of each of the supporting plates. The connecting rodand one side surface of the mounting frameare fixedly mounted, so as to limit the supporting plates, and the sofa may be stably used.

For conveniently mounting and using the supporting legsand the connecting rod, blocking sheetsare fixedly connected to ends of the mounting frame, and the blocking sheetsare fixedly connected to the supporting legsthrough the bolts, and the supporting legsand the connecting rodare respectively and fixedly connected to the blocking sheetsthrough the bolts, so that the supporting legsand the connecting rodmay be respectively and fixedly connected and used with the mounting frame.

Specifically, a working process or a working principle are as following.

For improving working efficiency, the supporting platesare directly clamped in the mounting frame, and two ends of each of the supporting plates respectively abut against an inner side surface of the connecting rod. In the present disclosure, the supporting plateshave a certain toughness, so that the supporting platesmay be slightly bent, so as to clamp the supporting platesat the inner side of the mounting frame.

The supporting plates include a plurality of the supporting plates, as above mentioned, the plurality of the supporting platesare disposed at the inner side of the mounting frame, and at this time, the sofa base may be shaped, and then the connecting blocksare fixedly connected to the backrest, and the connecting blocksare clamped at the one end of the mounting frame. In order to prevent the connecting blocksfrom sliding on the one end of the mounting frame, the positioning componentis clamped inside each of the connecting blocks, so that the connecting blocksare positioned at the one end of the mounting frame, the connecting blocksis not capable of moving, thereby stably using the backrest.
