The present disclosure relates to a technical field of sofas, and in particular to an assembly structure of a sofa base.

Sofas are one kind of furniture may be usually seen in daily life for providing comfortable places for sitting and resting, therefore, stability of the sofas is very important, and the stability of the sofas determines a usage duration of the sofas and provides comfort to people.

Currently, most of the sofas need to be assembled, a sofa base and a backrest are first assembled to form an assembled frame, and then a sponge block is mounted on the assembled frame, so as to manufacture a sofa.

However, when assembling the sofa base, plates of the sofa base are fixedly connected through bolts, and using the bolts not only needs an external machine for help, but also needs to be drilled holes in advance, which increases process and wastes time, so that the present disclosure provides an assembly structure of a sofa base to solve above problems.

The present disclosure provides an assembly structure of a sofa base, including a mounting frame, a backrest, and an assembly mechanism. The backrest is disposed on an upper surface of the mounting frame. The assembly mechanism includes supporting legs, supporting plates, and connecting blocks The supporting legs are fixedly connected to a side surface of the mounting frame through bolts, blocking sheets are fixedly connected to ends of the mounting frame, and the blocking sheets are welded to the supporting legs. The supporting plates are welded to an inner side of the mounting frame, a connecting rod is fixedly disposed at a side surface of each of the supporting legs, and a side surface of the connecting rod is in close contact with one end of each of the supporting plates. The connecting blocks are clamped at one end of the mounting frame. The connecting blocks are fixedly connected to the backrest. The connecting blocks include two connecting blocks, the two connecting blocks are disposed at two ends of a bottom of the backrest, and a positioning component is clamped with the interior of each of the two connecting blocks.

In one embodiment, the supporting plates include a plurality of the supporting plates, the plurality of the supporting plates are uniformly disposed on the inner side of the mounting frame, and lengths of the plurality of the supporting plates are the same.

In one embodiment, a threaded hole is defined at a bottom of each of the supporting legs, a threaded column is threadedly connected with an interior of the threaded hole, a bottom of the threaded column is fixedly connected to a leveling plate.

In order to prevent the connecting blocksfrom sliding on the one end of the mounting frame, the positioning componentis clamped inside each of the connecting blocks, so that the connecting blocksare positioned at the one end of the mounting frame, the connecting blocksis not capable of moving, thereby stably using the backrest.
