Technical Abstract

Disclosed in the present invention is a cable tie. The cable tie includes a locking head and a tie body, where one end of the tie body is fixedly connected to an outer wall of one end of the locking head close to an extend-in opening, tie teeth are fixedly arranged on outer walls of two sides of the tie body, locking teeth are mounted on inner walls of two sides of the locking head, the locking teeth are matched with the tie teeth, and an extend-out head is integrally formed at one end of the tie body away from the locking head. Engagement on the two sides can prevent the teeth from being reversed when the tie body is pulled. The stress of the locking teeth on the two sides is reduced, resulting in the concentrated force on individual tooth, thereby preventing the teeth from being broken.

A cable tie, comprising a locking head and a tie body, wherein two ends of an inner cavity of the locking head respectively form an extend-in opening and a pull-out opening, one end of the tie body is fixedly connected to an outer wall of one end of the locking head close to the extend-in opening, tie teeth are fixedly arranged on outer walls of two sides of the tie body, tooth surfaces of the tie teeth on the two sides of the tie body at the same section partially overlap in a thickness direction of the tie body, locking teeth are mounted on inner walls of two sides of the locking head, the locking teeth are matched with the tie teeth, and an extend-out head is integrally formed at one end of the tie body away from the locking head; and

The cable tie according to, wherein the tie teeth comprise convex teeth, a plurality of convex teeth are integrally formed on an outer wall of one side of the tie body close to the pull-out opening, the groove is located at the other side of the tie body away from the convex teeth, a plurality of inner teeth are fixedly mounted on an inner wall of the groove, the convex teeth and the inner teeth are all matched with the locking teeth, the convex teeth and the inner teeth are of asymmetric structures along the two sides of the tie body, and tooth surfaces of the convex teeth and the inner teeth at the same section partially overlap in the thickness direction of the tie body.

The cable tie according to, wherein the convex teeth and the inner teeth are uniformly distributed in a length direction of the tie body, the length of the outer platform is the same as that of the inner flat groove, the outer platform faces the inner flat groove, the outer guide surface overlaps with the inner stop surfaces on two sides of the inner platform and the tooth surface at the inner guide surface, and the outer flat groove overlaps with the tooth surface of the inner guide surface close to one end of the inner flat groove.

The cable tie according to, wherein the locking teeth comprise fixed teeth and an elastic block, the fixed teeth are fixedly arranged on an inner wall of one side of the locking head away from the tie body, the fixed teeth are engaged and matched with the convex teeth, an inner wall of one side of the locking head close to the tie body is fixedly connected to one end of the elastic block, one side of the elastic block close to the fixed teeth is fixedly provided with a plurality of movable teeth, and the movable teeth are engaged and matched with the inner teeth.

The cable tie according to, wherein the width of the elastic block is equal to that of the groove, one end of the elastic block close to the extend-in opening is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the locking head, and the fixed teeth are close to the inner wall of the locking head at the pull-out opening.

This application is a Continuation in part of the U.S. application Ser, No. 18621359 filed on Mar. 29, 2024, and entitled “CABLE TIE WITH TWO TOOTH SHAPED SIDES HAVING ENHANCED TENSION”, now pending, the entire disclosures of which are incorporated herein by reference.

The present invention relates to the technical field of cable ties, and in particular to a cable tie.

A cable tie, also known as a zip tie, a hose tie and a wire tie, is a tie for bundling things. According to materials, cable ties can be generally divided into nylon cable ties, stainless steel cable ties and plastic-sprayed stainless steel cable ties; and according to functions, there are a great variety of cable ties, such as ordinary cable ties, retractable cable ties, label cable ties, fixed lock type cable ties, bolt type cable ties and heavy pull cable ties. The cable ties have been widely for bundling articles in Christmas gift factories, electronics factories, wire processing factories, wires and cables, toy factories, festive festivals, stationery stores, fresh food supermarkets, residential daily necessities, electrical appliances and connectors. The cable tie usually includes a tie body and a locking head, the locking head has an elastic sheet, the elastic sheet is provided with locking teeth, and a row of teeth are integrally formed on an outer wall of one side of the tie body. During use, the tie body passes through the locking head, so that the elastic sheet engages the locking teeth with the teeth under the action of the own elastic force, and the tie body can be stopped from retreating and be fixed. However, the cable tie has the following shortcomings:

One side of the tie body is provided with the teeth and the other side is usually in a plane state, so after the cable tie is locked, only the teeth on one side of the tie body are stressed to prevent loosening, and the single row of teeth are engaged with a large force, which is prone to cause the teeth to break;

In view of the problems of tie body breakage, tooth breakage and loose bundling caused by the fact that teeth are arranged on a single side of a cable tie at present, an objective of the present invention is to provide a cable tie.

To solve the above technical problems, the present invention adopts the following technical solution:

According to a first aspect, the present invention provides a cable tie, including a locking head and a tie body, where two ends of an inner cavity of the locking head respectively form an extend-in opening and a pull-out opening, one end of the tie body is fixedly connected to an outer wall of one end of the locking head close to the extend-in opening, tie teeth are fixedly arranged on outer walls of two sides of the tie body, tooth surfaces of the tie teeth on the two sides of the tie body at the same section partially overlap in a thickness direction of the tie body, locking teeth are mounted on inner walls of two sides of the locking head, the locking teeth are matched with the tie teeth, and an extend-out head is integrally formed at one end of the tie body away from the locking head; and

Optionally, the tie teeth comprise convex teeth, a plurality of convex teeth are integrally formed on an outer wall of one side of the tie body close to the pull-out opening, the groove is located at the other side of the tie body away from the convex teeth, a plurality of inner teeth are fixedly mounted on an inner wall of the groove, the convex teeth and the inner teeth are all matched with the locking teeth, the convex teeth and the inner teeth are of asymmetric structures along the two sides of the tie body, and tooth surfaces of the convex teeth and the inner teeth at the same section partially overlap in the thickness direction of the tie body.

Optionally, one surface of each of the convex teeth away from the locking head forms an outer guide surface with an inclined structure, one surface of each of the convex teeth close to the locking head forms an outer stop surface, one side of each of the convex teeth away from the tie body is provided with an outer platform, and the outer wall of the tie body between the two adjacent convex teeth forms an outer flat groove.

Optionally, one surface of each of the inner teeth away from the locking head forms an inner guide surface with an inclined structure, one surface of each of the inner teeth close to the locking head forms an inner stop surface, one side of each of the inner teeth away from the tie body is provided with an inner platform, and the outer wall of the tie body between the two adjacent inner teeth forms an inner flat groove.

Optionally, the convex teeth and the inner teeth are uniformly distributed in a length direction of the tie body, the length of the outer platform is the same as that of the inner flat groove, the outer platform faces the inner flat groove, the outer guide surface overlaps with the inner stop surfaces on two sides of the inner platform and the tooth surface at the inner guide surface, and the outer flat groove overlaps with the tooth surface of the inner guide surface close to one end of the inner flat groove.

Optionally, the locking teeth comprise fixed teeth and an elastic block, the fixed teeth are fixedly arranged on an inner wall of one side of the locking head away from the tie body, the fixed teeth are engaged and matched with the convex teeth, an inner wall of one side of the locking head close to the tie body is fixedly connected to one end of the elastic block, one side of the elastic block close to the fixed teeth is fixedly provided with a plurality of movable teeth, and the movable teeth are engaged and matched with the inner teeth.

Optionally, the width of the elastic block is equal to that of the groove, one end of the elastic block close to the extend-in opening is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the locking head, and the fixed teeth are close to the inner wall of the locking head at the pull-out opening.

Optionally, limiting plates are fixedly mounted on the inner walls of the locking head on two sides of the elastic block, a storage cavity is formed between sides of the two limiting plates close to each other, the elastic block is clamped in the storage cavity, and the extend-in opening and the pull-out opening are formed between the side walls of the limiting plates and the inner wall of the locking head at the fixed teeth.

Optionally, further comprising a bending portion, two ends of the bending portion in a length direction are respectively connected to the locking head and the tie body, and the bending groove extends from one end of the tie body close to the bending portion to the bending portion and the locking head sequentially.

According to a second aspect, the present invention provides a cable tie, including a locking head and a tie body, where two ends of an inner cavity of the locking head respectively form an extend-in opening and a pull-out opening, one end of the tie body is fixedly connected to an outer wall of one end of the locking head close to the extend-in opening, tie teeth are fixedly arranged on outer walls of two sides of the tie body, tooth surfaces of the tie teeth on the two sides of the tie body at the same section partially overlap in a thickness direction of the tie body, locking teeth are mounted on inner walls of two sides of the locking head, the locking teeth are matched with the tie teeth, and an extend-out head is integrally formed at one end of the tie body away from the locking head; and

Optionally, a bending groove is formed at one end of the groove close to the locking head.

Optionally, the width of the elastic block is equal to that of the groove, one end of the elastic block close to the extend-in opening is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the locking head, and the fixed teeth are close to the inner wall of the locking head at the pull-out opening.

Optionally, limiting plates are fixedly mounted on the inner walls of the locking head on two sides of the elastic block, a storage cavity is formed between sides of the two limiting plates close to each other, the elastic block is clamped in the storage cavity, and the extend-in opening and the pull-out opening are formed between the side walls of the limiting plates and the inner wall of the locking head at the fixed teeth.

According to a third aspect, the present invention provides a cable tie, including a locking head and a tie body, where two ends of an inner cavity of the locking head respectively form an extend-in opening and a pull-out opening, one end of the tie body is fixedly connected to an outer wall of one end of the locking head close to the extend-in opening, tie teeth are fixedly arranged on outer walls of two sides of the tie body, locking teeth are fixed on inner walls of two sides of the locking head, and the locking teeth are matched with the tie teeth; and

Optionally, further comprising a bending portion, two ends of the bending portion in a length direction are respectively connected to the locking head and the tie body, and the bending groove extends from one end of the tie body close to the bending portion to the bending portion and the locking head sequentially.

Compared with the prior art, the present invention has the following beneficial effects:

When the tie body penetrates through the locking head, the tie body is in contact with the locking teeth through the outer guide surface and the inner guide surface, and the inner guide surface is guided by the inclined surface to push the elastic block, so that the elastic block slides into the storage cavity, which is convenient for the tie body to pass through. After bundling, the elastic block pushes the tie body by the own elastic force, so that the movable teeth are engaged with the inner teeth. Meanwhile, the tie body is pushed by the elastic block to be close to the fixed teeth, and the fixed teeth are engaged with the convex teeth, so that two surfaces can be engaged and stressed. Stress on the two sides can reduce the stress of a single tooth, thereby avoiding tooth breakage. Engagement on the two sides can avoid the loosening of the teeth caused by the pulling of the tie body, thereby improving the bundling fastness.

The convex teeth and the inner teeth are uniformly distributed in a length direction of the tie body, the length of the outer platform is the same as that of the inner flat groove, the outer platform faces the inner flat groove, the outer guide surface overlaps with the inner stop surfaces on two sides of the inner platform and the tooth surface at the inner guide surface, and the outer flat groove overlaps with the tooth surface of the inner guide surface close to one end of the inner flat groove, so the convex teeth and the inner teeth in the length direction of the tie body are different from each other up and down, which are not complementary and are asymmetrical. Furthermore, the teeth on the two sides of the tie body partially overlap, so that the overall thickness of the tie body is uniform, thereby enhancing the strength of the overall tensile stress, preventing the tie body at the tooth spacing from being broken during bundling and bending, and improving the durability.

In fact, those skilled in the art will recognize that modifications and variations can be made in the present invention without departing from the scope or spirit of the present invention. By the above technical solution, the tie teethare arranged on the outer walls of the two sides of the tie bodyand are combined with the locking teetharranged on the inner walls of the two sides of the locking head, so that during bundling, the tie bodyextends the extend-out headfrom the extend-in openingand pulls the extend-out head out of the pull-out opening, the tie bodypenetrates through the locking headto bundle articles, and at this time, the tie teethon the two sides of the tie bodyare engaged with the locking teethto stop the tie bodyfrom retreating. Due to the tie teethon the two sides, the overall thickness of the tie bodyis uniform, and the tie bodyis prevented from being broken during bundling and bending. Stress on the two sides reduces the stress of a single tooth, thereby preventing the teeth from being broken. Engagement on the two sides can prevent the teeth from loosening when the tie bodyis pulled, thereby improving the bundling fastness.

Further, the outer wall of the locking headis of a square platform structure, a big end of the square platform structure is close to the extend-in opening, and an inner wall of the locking headat the extend-in openingis provided with a guide rounded corner.

By the above technical solution, the square platform structure is convenient for the tie bodyto penetrate through the locking head, and the rounded corner arranged at the extend-in openingis convenient for the tie bodyto extend in and avoid the abrasion of the tie teeth.

Further, the tie teethinclude convex teeth, a plurality of convex teethare integrally formed on an outer wall of one side of the tie bodyclose to the pull-out opening, a grooveis formed in an outer wall of the other side of the tie body, a plurality of inner teethare fixedly mounted on an inner wall of the groove, the convex teethand the inner teethare all matched with the locking teeth, a bending grooveis formed at one end of the grooveclose to the locking head, the convex teethand the inner teethare of asymmetric structures along the two sides of the tie body, and tooth surfaces of the convex teethand the inner teethat the same section partially overlap in the thickness direction of the tie body.

By the above technical solution, the tensile strength of the tie teethis improved through the engagement on two sides of the convex teethand the inner teeth; and the inner teethare not arranged at the bending groove, which is convenient for the tie bodyto pass through the bending grooveto bend inward so as to penetrate through the locking head.

By the above technical solution, when the tie bodypenetrates through the locking head, the outer guide surfaceand the inner guide surfaceare in contact with the locking teeth, so that the locking headis penetrated through inclined guidance. After bundling, the locking teethare engaged at the outer flat grooveand the inner flat groove. At this time, the outer stop surfaceand the inner stop surfaceare attached to the locking teethfor limitation, thereby stopping from retreating. Through the stress of the teeth on the two sides of the tie body, the tensile strength is improved, the stress of the single tooth is reduced, and the breakage of the tie teethis avoided. The convex teethand the inner teethare uniformly distributed in a length direction of the tie body, the length of the outer platformis the same as that of the inner flat groove, the outer platformfaces the inner flat groove, the outer guide surfaceoverlaps with the inner stop surfaceson two sides of the inner platformand the tooth surface at the inner guide surface, and the outer flat grooveoverlaps with the tooth surface of the inner guide surfaceclose to one end of the inner flat groove, so the convex teethand the inner teethin the length direction of the tie bodyare different from each other up and down, which are not complementary and are asymmetrical.
