The application is a continuation of International Application No. PCT/CN2024/128162, filed Oct. 29, 2024, which claims priority to Chinese Patent Application No. 202420652350.5 filed on Mar. 29, 2024, and Chinese Patent Application No. 202422231352.X filed on Sep. 11, 2024. The entire disclosures of the above-identified applications are hereby incorporated herein by reference.

The present application relates to the technical field of air-conditioning technology, and in particular, to a window air conditioner.

A window air conditioner delivers indoor air to an indoor heat exchanger for heat exchange, then outputs the air indoors, delivers outdoor air to an outdoor heat exchanger for heat exchange and then outputs the air outdoors, thereby adjusting an indoor temperature.

Typically, noise generated by a compressor and a fan of the window air conditioner is relatively loud, and the noise is easily transmitted into the room, leading to higher overall noise of the window air conditioner, which affects the comfort of users.

The present application provides a window air conditioner according to embodiments of the present disclosure. The technical solution is as below:

According to an aspect of the present application, a window air conditioner is provided, comprising: a housing; an indoor heat exchanger provided in the housing; an indoor fan assembly provided in the housing and delivering indoor air to the indoor heat exchanger for heat exchange and then outputting the air indoors;

The following describes the embodiments of the present application in detail. The embodiments described below with reference to the accompanying drawings are exemplary.

According to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in, a window air conditioneris provided.

As shown in, the window air conditioneraccording to some embodiments of the present application includes a housingand a panel frame. The panel frameis disposed on one side of the housingfacing indoors, and the panel framehas a display area.

As shown in, the panel framecan seal the housingto prevent the entry of dust.

As shown inand, the window air conditionerfurther includes a display assembly, where the display assemblyis disposed inside the panel frame, and the display assemblycorresponds to the display area, thereby displaying information about the window air conditioner. The panel framecan also provide a mounting position for the display assembly, thereby utilizing space efficiently to make the structure more compact. The arrangement of the display areain the panel frameallows the display assemblyto be positioned in correspondence with the display area, thereby facilitating the installation of the display assembly.

In some embodiments, the display assemblymainly includes the display boxand the display panel. The display boxis located inside the panel frame. The display boxcan not only prevent collisions with the display panelbut also serve to protect against dust and moisture. The openingat the back of the display boxfacilitates the insertion of the display panelfrom the back. The display panelmay include a circuit board and a display screen, the display screen being mounted on the circuit board.

The decorative holescan also reduce the weight of the panel frame, making the panel frame lighter, which enables a lightweight design for the panel frameand enables the panel frameto be mounted with less effort. Additionally, the decorative memberprovided on the window air conditionercan not only serve a decorative purpose but also seal the opening, simplifying assembly and saving space.

According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown inand, the decorative memberincludes a decorative portionand a sealing portion. The decorative portionis disposed at the decorative holes, and the sealing portionis connected to one side of the decorative portionfacing the display box. The sealing portionis connected to the panel frame. The sealing portionseals the opening.

The decorative membermainly consists of the decorative portionand the sealing portion. The sealing portioncan seal the openingof the display box, thus providing dust-proof and moisture-proof functions. Furthermore, the sealing portionis connected to the panel frame, thereby enabling a more stable and secure connection between the sealing portionand the panel frame.

According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown inand, an upper edge of the sealing portionis connected to a front edge of the decorative portion. A first lap joint grooveis formed in the sealing portion. A rear edge of the top of the panel frameis in lap joint with the first lap joint groove.

The first lap joint grooveformed on an upper portion of the sealing portioncan increase a contact area between the upper edge of the sealing portionand the rear edge of the top of the panel frameand also allows the rear edge of the top of the panel frameto extend into the first lap joint groove, thus ensuring a more tight and secure fit between the top of the panel frameand the first lap joint groove.

According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown inand, a lower edge of the sealing portionis provided with a sealing flanged edgeprotruding toward the inside of the display box. A second lap joint grooveis formed in the sealing flanged edge, and the sealing flanged edgeextends into the display box. A lower edge of the display boxis in lap joint with the second lap joint groove.

The second lap joint grooveis configured as a long groove, formed by the vertically arranged sealing portionand the horizontally arranged sealing flanged edge. The sealing portionis configured as a vertical wall of the long groove, and the sealing flanged edgeis configured as a horizontal wall of the long groove. The second lap joint groovecan increase a contact area between the lower edge of the sealing portionand the lower edge of the display box, and also allows the lower edge of the display boxto extend into the second lap joint groove, thus ensuring a more tight and secure fit between the lower edge of the display boxand the second lap joint groove.

According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown inand, the panel frameis provided with a plurality of first panel frame snap-fit portions, and the sealing portionis provided with a plurality of decorative member snap-fit portions. The plurality of first panel frame snap-fit portionsare correspondingly in a snap fit with the plurality of decorative member snap-fit portions.

The plurality of first panel frame snap-fit portionsare spaced along a length direction of the panel frame. Correspondingly, the plurality of decorative member snap-fit portionsare spaced along a length direction of the sealing portion. The plurality of first panel frame snap-fit portionsare correspondingly in a snap fit with the plurality of decorative member snap-fit portions, thereby ensuring an assembly gap between the panel frameand the decorative member.

In some embodiments, the first panel frame snap-fit portionsmay be designed as protrusions, and correspondingly, the decorative member snap-fit portionsmay be designed as recesses. In this case, the protrusions and the recesses are in a snap fit, thereby facilitating installation and disassembly of the panel frameand the decorative member.

According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in,, and, the panel frameis provided with panel frame mounting holes, the display boxis provided with display box mounting holes, and the sealing portionis provided with decorative member mounting holes. The panel frame mounting holes, the display box mounting holes, and the decorative member mounting holesare aligned and connected through fasteners.

During installation, the decorative member mounting holesof the sealing portionare aligned with the display box mounting holesof the display box, and the display box mounting holesare aligned with the panel frame mounting holes. Then, the fasteners are sequentially inserted through the decorative member mounting holes, the display box mounting holes, and the panel frame mounting holes. In some embodiments, the fasteners may be screws. In this way, the decorative member, the display box, and the panel frameare connected to form an integrated structure, thereby making the connection between the decorative member, the display box and the panel frame more stable and secure, and also reducing the number of the fasteners required.

According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown inand, the decorative membermay also include decorative member guiding portions, which are arranged at ends of the decorative portionand the sealing portion, where the panel frameis provided with panel frame guiding portions, and the decorative member guiding portionsand the panel frame guiding portionsare in a guiding fit in an installation direction of the decorative member.

The decorative memberis provided with the decorative member guiding portions, and correspondingly, the panel frameis provided with the panel frame guiding portions. Thus, during installation of the decorative memberand the panel frame, the interaction and engagement between the decorative member guiding portionsand the panel frame guiding portionscan ensure that the decorative memberis accurately positioned during installation, allowing the decorative memberto be installed in a required position, thereby avoiding positional deviations or misalignment during an assembly process.

The function of the decorative member guiding portionsand the panel frame guiding portionscan make the fixation between the decorative memberand the panel framemore stable, preventing the decorative memberfrom loosening or falling off due to external forces during use, thereby enhancing the stability of the decorative memberand extending the service life of the decorative member.

Additionally, due to the interaction between the decorative member guiding portionsand the panel frame guiding portions, the decorative memberand the panel framecan be more accurately aligned, thereby improving the overall assembly efficiency.

In some embodiments, as shown in, the decorative member guiding portionsare configured as guiding grooves. The width of each guiding groove decreases in a direction extending from a groove opening to a groove bottom. As shown in, the panel frame guiding portionsare configured as guiding ribs.

The design of the guiding grooves with a decreasing width from the groove opening to the groove bottom can achieve a good positioning effect on the decorative member. When the guiding ribs are inserted into the guiding grooves, the guiding ribs can be gradually positioned to desired positions as the groove width decreases, ensuring relatively accurate positioning of the guiding ribs, thereby preventing deviations or misalignment of installation positions of the panel frameand the decorative member.

The width of each guiding groove decreases in the direction extending from the groove opening to the groove bottom. When the guiding ribs are inserted into the guiding grooves, the guiding grooves can gradually exert pressure on the guiding ribs, ensuring a tight fit between the guiding ribs and the guiding grooves, and also enhancing the stability of the connection between the guiding ribs and the guiding grooves.

According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown inand, the panel frameis provided with a plurality of second panel frame snap-fit portions, and the plurality of second panel frame snap-fit portionsare in a snap fit with an upper edge of the display box.

The plurality of second panel frame snap-fit portionsare spaced along the length direction of the panel frame. For example, the number of the second panel frame snap-fit portionsmay be three. The plurality of second panel frame snap-fit portionsare in a snap fit with the upper edge of the display box, thereby ensuring the correct installation of the panel frameand the display box, and also preventing misalignment between the panel frameand the display box. By means of the snap-fit method, there is no need to provide corresponding snap-fit portions on the display box, thereby simplifying the snap-fitting method of the display boxand the panel frame.

According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in,, and, the panel frameis provided with a baffle, and the baffleis located below the plurality of second panel frame snap-fit portions. The lower edge of the display boxis provided with a third lap joint groove. The baffleis in lap joint with the third lap joint groove.

The baffleis arranged to protrude inward and extends into the third lap joint groove. In this way, the bafflecan provide a limiting fit with the display box, preventing the display boxfrom moving downward and enabling the positioning and installation of the display box.

As shown inand, the window air conditioneraccording to some embodiments of the present application may also include an indoor heat exchangerand an indoor fan assembly. The indoor heat exchangeris provided in the housing, and the indoor fan assemblyis also provided in the housing. The indoor fan assemblydelivers indoor air to the indoor heat exchangerfor heat exchange and then outputs the air indoors, thereby achieving efficient energy utilization and heat transfer.

Moreover, through heat exchange between the indoor heat exchangerand the indoor air, an indoor temperature can be evenly distributed, thereby improving the comfort of an indoor space.

According to some embodiments of the present application, the window air conditionermay also include an outdoor heat exchangerand an outdoor fan assembly. The outdoor heat exchangeris provided in the housing, and the outdoor fan assemblyis also provided in the housing. The outdoor fan assemblydelivers outdoor air to the outdoor heat exchangerfor heat exchange and then outputs the air outdoors. In summer, the outdoor air passes through the outdoor heat exchangerfor heat exchange, and can cool a refrigerant and expel heat after heat exchange to achieve a cooling effect, thereby regulating the indoor temperature.

As shown in, the housingincludes a baseand an outer housing. The indoor heat exchanger, the indoor fan assembly, the outdoor heat exchanger, and the outdoor fan assemblyare arranged on the base. In this way, the basecan not only provide a mounting space for the indoor heat exchanger, the indoor fan assembly, the outdoor heat exchanger, and the outdoor fan assembly, but also provide support for the indoor heat exchanger, the indoor fan assembly, the outdoor heat exchanger, and the outdoor fan assembly.

The outer housingis arranged on the baseand is provided with a first indoor air inlet, an indoor air outlet, first outdoor air inlets, and an outdoor air outlet. The arrangement of the first indoor air inletfacilitates the entry of indoor air for heat exchange with the indoor heat exchanger. The arrangement of the indoor air outletfacilitates the delivery of air subjected to heat exchange with the indoor heat exchangerback indoors through the indoor air outlet.

Additionally, the indoor fan assemblydelivers indoor air from the first indoor air inletto the indoor heat exchangerfor heat exchange and then outputs the air indoors through the indoor air outlet. The outdoor fan assemblydelivers outdoor air from the first outdoor air inletsto the outdoor heat exchangerfor heat exchange, and then outputs the air outdoors through the outdoor air outlet.
