What is described above is not intended to limit the present invention, but only describes the technical problems that can be solved, the technical means that can be adopted and the technical effects that can be achieved by the present invention. According to the attached drawings and the contents in the description of the following embodiments, those of ordinary skill in the art can further understand the details of various embodiments of the present invention.

Specific embodiments will be described in detail hereinafter. However, without departing from the spirit of the present invention, the present invention may be practiced in many different forms of embodiments, and the claimed scope shall not be construed as being limited to what is described in the specification.

Terms “first” and “second” are used herein to describe and distinguish elements or components, and are not intended to indicate necessary order or priority of these elements or components.

The relative dimensions, proportions, sizes and shapes in the attached drawings are depicted for convenience of illustration and are not intended to be limiting.

Referring to, there is shown a schematic plan view of a paper card packagingaccording to the present invention. The paper card packagecomprises a paper card bodywhich may have a first half portionand a second half portion.

The first half portionand the second half portionmay be an integrated paper card which is not combined with transparent plastic, and the first half portionand the second half portionare distinguished from each other by a folding line. In an embodiment, the first half portionmay have the same dimension as the second half portion, that is, the first half portionand the second half portionmay almost completely overlap each other after being folded along the folding line, but it is not limited thereto. The first half portionand the second half portionmay also have different dimensions so that only parts of the first half portionand the second half portionoverlap after the paper card bodyis folded along the folding line, and this configuration may also apply the technical features described below.

The following description takes the case where the second half portioncarries a productto be packaged as an example, but it is not limited that the features can only be implemented at the second half portion, and instead the features may also be applied to the first half portionwhen the processing direction is different. Although the following description only takes a portable disk as an example, a productto be packaged of the present invention may actually be any electronic product or non-electronic product with small thickness.

In an embodiment, the second half portioncomprises a plurality of holespenetrating through the second half portion, and the plurality of holeshave a configuration determined according to an peripheral contourof the productto be packaged and a positioning device to be used, so that an external device may be used to fix the productto be packaged through the holes. After the packaging is completed, the portion containing the productwill slightly swell.

Referring toto, there are shown schematic views illustrating various arrangements of the plurality of holesin the paper card packaging according to the present invention. As shown into, the plurality of holesmay be arranged around the peripheral contour, so that an accommodating space which is temporarily may be defined through the holes by a limiting device comprising a plurality of rods for example so as to restrict the movement of the productto be packaged until the packaging is completed.

In detail, the arrangement of one holemay be used at least to restrict the movement of the productto be packaged in one direction. For example, at least four holesare provided to limit the up, down, left and right movement of the productto be packaged (as shown inand). For more stable fixation, one or multiple holesmay be provided on each side of a geometric shape formed by the peripheral contour(as shown in). The arrangement of one holemay also be used to restrict the movement of the productto be packaged in two directions at the same time (for example, as shown inand, the holeabuts against a concave to restrict the movement in two directions at the same time). Preferably, the plurality of holesmay be arranged in such a manner that the displacement of the productto be packaged can be effectively restricted by the minimal number of holes without being limited thereto, that is, other configurations that can avoid the displacement and sliding of the productto be packaged are not excluded.

Referring toto, when the surface of the productto be packaged has a groove (not shown) that is deep enough or a perforation(e.g., a decorative hole), one of the plurality of holesmay be arranged in the groove or the perforationof the productto be packaged to abut against one side of the groove or the perforation, thereby achieving the purpose of restricting the movement in multiple directions simultaneously through the shape of the groove or the perforation. In this way, the other holesof the plurality of holesmay be arranged outside the peripheral contourof the productto be packaged in such a way that the displacement of the productto be packaged can be effectively restricted by the minimal number of holes, thereby achieving the effect of maintaining the productto be packaged in a fixed position with fewer holes.

Referring to, a positioning device to be used may be a vacuum adsorption device. In this embodiment, the plurality of holesare arranged inside the peripheral contour, so that the productto be packaged is absorbed and fixed by a suction holeof a suction nozzleas shown invia the plurality of holes. In this embodiment, two holesmay be provided which are spaced apart along a length direction of the productto be packaged.

is a schematic view of the suction nozzleof an external device for vacuum adsorption. The diameter ∅ of the suction holeof the suction nozzlemay be selected to be 2 cm, 3.5 cm or 4 cm according to the size of the productto be packaged so as to better fix the productto be packaged.

As shown in, the shape of the holeis not necessarily limited to a circle, and the fixing effect may also be achieved when the shape of the holeis an ellipse, a square, a rectangle or a polygon.

Referring toto, a weakened linethat is easy to tear may be disposed on the second half portionoutside the peripheral contourof the productto be packaged or pass through the plurality of holesaround the peripheral contour, so as to make it convenient for the user to remove part of the packaging and take out the product. Corresponding to the arrangement of the weakened line, an easy openingmay be further arranged to be connected with the weakened line, thereby providing a better position for the user to apply force so as to tear part of the packaging along the weakened line.

Next, a method of packaging products with paper cards according to the present invention is described, which comprises the steps of providing a paper card body, forming a plurality of holes, using a positioning device, processing and fixing or the like.

The following description takes the paper card packagingas an example, so reference may be made to the technical contents of the paper card packagingfor the contents of the method of packaging products, and vice versa, and thus the same parts will be omitted or simplified.

Referring to, there is shown a flowchart diagram of a method of packaging products with paper cards according to a first embodiment of the present invention, and the method comprises: a step Sof providing a paper card bodyand fixing the paper card body. Next, a step Sis performed to determine a configuration according to the peripheral contourof the productto be packaged and a positioning device to be used, and to form a plurality of holesat the second half portionof the paper card bodyaccording to the configuration.

In this embodiment, a positioning device to be used is a limiting deviceincluding a plurality of rods(as shown in), and the plurality of holesmay be arranged around the peripheral contouror one of the plurality of holesmay be arranged in the perforation(as shown in the examples ofto). The positions of the plurality of holescorrespond to the positions of the plurality of rods.

In this embodiment, after forming the plurality of holes, a step Sof using a positioning device is performed so that the positioning device passes through the plurality of holesto position the productto be packaged. The step Scomprises lifting the limiting deviceso that the rodspass through the holesrespectively and protrude from the second half portionto form an accommodating space which may restrict the displacement in multiple directions. Then, the productto be packaged may be placed in the accommodating space to be fixed in place. In an embodiment, as shown in, the height H by which the plurality of rodsprotrude from the second half portionis less than a thickness T of the productto be packaged, so as to avoid interference with the subsequent pressing and fixing procedures.

After the productto be packaged is placed between the plurality of rodsto be fixed, the paper card bodyand the limiting devicemay be moved to the next position together so that the step Sof processing the paper card bodyis performed. During the movement, the paper card bodymay optionally be slightly folded along the folding line, and then moved to the processing position to be completely folded and fixed. Alternatively, the paper card bodyis folded and fixed after it is moved to the processing position, and then the step Sis performed immediately. In this embodiment, the step Smay be welding processing. Before the step S, an adhesive such as thermosetting epoxy resin is pre-coated on the first half portionand/or the second half portionof the paper card bodyso that the adhesive will melt when it is heated in the welding processing to produce stronger adhesion and sealing, and thus the first half portionand the second half portionare fixedly connected to cover and fix the productto be packaged. The step Smay also comprise processing such as nailing or bonding, through which the purpose of fixedly connecting parts of the first half portionand the second half portionthat are in contact with each other can also be achieved.

Referring to, there is shown a schematic front view of the first half portionof the paper card bodythat has been fixed, and the productto be packaged has been fixedly interposed between the first half portionand the second half portion. In an embodiment, the step Sfurther comprises arranging a fixing lineat a position adjacent to the productto be packaged, that is, adding a region for further pressing and fixing at the position near the productto be packaged during processing, so as to enhance the fastening of the paper card bodyto the productto be packaged. This region is in the shape of a straight strip as shown in the figure, but it is not limited thereto.

After completing the step S, the method of the present invention may further comprise the step of lowering the limiting deviceaway from the paper card bodyso as to move and take out the paper card body, but it is not limited thereto. Even if the limiting deviceis not lowered, the paper card bodymay also be removed from the limiting position by pushing the paper card bodyupward, for example.

Next, referring to, there is shown a flowchart diagram of a method of packaging products with paper cards according to a second embodiment of the present invention. In this method, steps S, S, Sand Sare also performed, and technical contents for which reference may be made to the first embodiment will be omitted or simplified.
