A fingernail scrub brush having a body comprising a brush housing, the brush housing having a surrounding decorative wall, the decorative wall being intended to provide altering shapes and graphic print displays, the decorative wall extending beyond the parameters of the brush housing, the brush housing and decorative wall being comprised of a resilient material such as rubber, silicone or other comparable materials, the fingernail scrub brush having a dual brush displayed horizontally wherein one half of the dual brush is slightly longer in bristle length than its counterpart, the fingernail scrub brush having at least one suction cup, the suction cup having an elongated release tab extending from the rim of the suction cup, the release tab having an ornamental tip, the suction cup and release tab having an ornamental tip being comprised of a resilient material such as rubber, silicone or other comparable materials.

This invention relates to a fingernail nail scrub brush moreover, prior art Application No. 20070000081 and also relating to trademark serial number 9844207 titled SCRUB PADZ.

The present invention relates to a fingernail scrub brush intended for use by the general public. The existing art that serve the same purpose as this invention are similar in their basic embodiments. The base/handle of the existing art are composed of hard material such as plastic or wood which vary in size and form, however, being very much typical. The shape and form of the present art are most commonly rectangular in shape while others being oval.

The overall problem associated with the common fingernail scrub brushes is that they're usually disregarded and yet more often not a staple in most households. Another problem associated with the common fingernail scrub brushes is that they're perceived by many as a manicure tool yet ignored as a hygienic tool. Yet another problem associated with the common fingernail scrub brush is that they're often laid flat on a surface hence, creating a puddle which can often facilitate the growth of bacteria.

The broad purpose of this invention is intended to provide altering displays and a distinctive look for a fingernail scrub brush. Yet another purpose of this invention is to provide a user with convenience and functionality. Yet a furthermore purpose of the present invention is to engage the general public by means of its altering displays and branding. The most pertinent aspect of the present invention is its altering displays. It should hereby be noted and of extreme relevance that the present invention's distinctiveness relates to the way its displays can and will alter however, remaining constant in its structure.

The present invention as shown inis a fingernail scrub brush.being a side elevational view thereof which should be perceived in semblance to all the FIGS. Presented.shows the brush/bristle housing.

The decorative wallwill surround and or extend beyond the parameters of the brush housingand in the contemplated embodiment be molded as one piece.The decorative wallis intended to alter in shape and graphic print displays.
