Refer toto. A folding chair frame in the present invention includes a support baseand a plurality of connection components. An outer side surface of the support baseis provided with a plurality of installation groovesdistributed along a circumferential direction thereof in a one-to-one correspondence with the connection components. Each connection componentincludes a first connection baseconnected to a support rodand a second connection baseconnected to a foot rod. The first connection baseand the second connection baseare rotatably connected to corresponding installation grooves, so that the connection componentcan be folded or unfolded. When the connection componentis unfolded, each support rodtilts upward and each foot rodtilts downward.
As shown inand, the installation grooveis provided with a limiting part, the first connection baseis provided with a first fitting part, and the second connection baseis provided with a second fitting part. When the connection componentis unfolded, as shown in, the first fitting part abuts against the limiting partto limit upward rotation of the first connection baserelative to the support base. As shown in, the second fitting part abuts against the limiting partto limit upward rotation of the second connection baserelative to the support base.
In this embodiment, all connection componentscan be individually limited in the installation grooveto ensure that all connection componentsdo not affect each other, thereby smoothly implementing the unfolding and folding of the folding chair frame. The first connection baseand the second connection basecan be limited simultaneously. A limiting structure for the first connection baseand the second connection baseto respectively abut against to be matched with the limiting partof the support baseis simple and ingenious with low manufacturing costs.
As shown in, the installation grooveincludes two installation boardsarranged opposite each other on a left side and a right side. As shown in, the first connection baseand the second connection baseare hinged between the two installation boards, and the limiting partis disposed between tops of the two installation boards.
As shown in, the first connection baseincludes a first installation partwith a rotating surface and a first connection partfixed on the rotating surface of the first installation partand connected to the support rod. As shown in, the second connection baseincludes a second installation partwith a rotating surface and a second connection partfixed on the rotating surface of the second installation partand connected to the foot rod. As shown inand, the first installation partand the second installation partare respectively rotatably connected to the installation groove. As shown in, the first fitting part is a limiting surfacelocated on a side surface of the first connection partand close to the first installation part. As shown in, the second fitting part is a limiting toothprotruding from the rotating surface of the second installation part.
Refer toand. A rotation axis of the first connection basecoincides with a rotation axis of the second connection base. Therefore, the first connection baseand the second connection basecan be rotatably connected to the installation grooveusing a same rotating shaft, or can be rotatably connected to the installation groovethrough two rotating shaft respectively, and the two rotating shafts are on a same axis. Specifically, in this embodiment, screws are threaded onto the two installation boardsof the installation groove, and the two screws are on a same axis. The two screws form the two rotating shafts and are respectively threaded through a shaft hole provided in the middle of the first connection partand a shaft hole provided in the middle of the second connection part.
Refer toto. An angle limiting structure is matched between the first connection baseand the second connection base, so that the first connection baseand the second connection basecan be relatively fixed, and the folding chair frame is more stable in an unfolded state.
Refer toand. The angle limiting structure includes a limiting grooveand a limiting column. The limiting grooveis disposed in one of the first installation partand the second installation part, and the limiting columnis disposed in the other of the first installation partand the second installation part. The limiting grooveis in the shape of a long strip arc and is disposed around the rotation axis. The limiting columnis adapted to slide in the limiting groove. When the second connection baseis unfolded, the limiting columnis clamped at one end of the limiting groove, so that the second connection basemoves in an unfolding direction following the first connection base.
The limiting grooveis specifically disposed on the first installation part, and the limiting columnis specifically disposed on the second installation part, which are not limited thereto. A quantity of the limiting groovescan be set corresponding to a quantity of the limiting columns, which can be one or more. In this embodiment, there may be two limiting groovesand two limiting columns, the two limiting groovesare arranged relative to each other, and the two limiting columnsare also arranged relative to each other.
As shown in, the first connection partis provided with an allowance groove. When the connection componentis unfolded, the limiting toothis clamped in the allowance groove, as shown in. When the connection componentis folded, the support rodsconnected by the first connection partand the foot rodsconnected by the second connection partare stacked and attached to each other, so that the support rodsand the foot rodscan be simultaneously stressed and rotated downward, providing a more compact structure.
As shown in, in a plurality of connection components, some support rodsof the connection componentare base rods, remaining support rodsof the connection componentare back rods, the back rodsare located behind the base rods, and a length of the back rodis greater than a length of the base rod.
In this embodiment, there are four connection components, the four connection componentsare arranged in pairs. Further, the four connection componentsinclude two base rodsand two back rods.
The support rodsand/or the foot rodsare tubular-shaped, and a free end of the foot rodis provided with a foot sleeveto stabilize the support structure.
The support rodsare telescopic rods with a self-locking function, which can be extended or shortened.
Refer to. Each base rodis a sleeved structure, including a first base tube and a second base tube that are sleeved sequentially, and the two base tubes can slide relatively and be connected at a limit through a limiting ball and a limiting hole. Each back rodis also a sleeved structure, including a first back tube, a second back tube, and a third back tube that are sleeved sequentially, and adjacent back tubes can also slide relatively and be connected at a limit through a limiting ball and a limiting hole.
Specifically, a lower end of a base tube or a back tube is welded and fixed with a plunger installed with a limiting ball, an upper end of an upper end of another adjacent base tube or back tube is provided with a limiting hole, a spring is also installed in the plunger, the spring is fixedly connected to the limiting ball, the limiting ball abuts against an inner wall of the base tube or the back tube, and the spring is compressed and deformed by an extrusion force of the inner wall of the base tube or the back tube, so that the limiting ball can be embedded or separated from the limiting hole, and the length of each base rodand back rodcan be extended or shortened.
As shown in, the folding chair of the present invention includes a flexible base surfaceand a folding chair frame. One end, of the support rod, away from the first connection baseof each connection component, is connected to the flexible base surface, so that the first connection basefor restrictively connecting the flexible base surfaceto the support rodis rotated downward relative to the support basewhen the folding chair frame is in the unfolded state. The first connection baserestricts downward rotation of the second connection basethrough the above angular limiting structure, and the limiting surface, on the first connection base, connected to the support rodabuts against and is matched with the limiting partin the installation groove, and the limiting toothon the second connection baseabuts against and is matched with the limiting partin the installation groove, so that upward rotation of the first connection baseand the second connection baseis limited, and the support structure of the folding chair after unfolded is more stable with a stronger support force and better use safety.
During unfolding, as shown in, the folding chair frame is in a folded state. First, the support rodis pulled up to rotate, and the support rodis extended to the limiting columnto be clamped at one end of the limiting groove. In this case, the second connection basefollows the first connection baseto move in an unfolding direction, that is, the support roddrives the foot rodto rotate upward, until the limiting surfaceand the limiting toothsimultaneously abut against the limiting part; and then the support rodis extended to a maximum length, implementing rapid unfolding.
During folding, as shown in, the folding chair frame is in an unfolded state. First, the length of the support rodis shortened to the shortest, then the support rodis rotated downward to fit the foot rod, as shown in, and then is continuously rotated downward, so that each foot rodis attached in a bundle to a center position of the support baseand, implementing rapid folding.
During unfolding or folding, all connection componentscan be individually limited in the installation grooveto ensure that all connection componentsdo not affect each other, thereby smoothly implementing the unfolding and folding of the folding chair frame. A rotating connection in each connection componentcan be simultaneously limited by the first connection baseand the second connection basein the support base. A structure for the limiting surfaceof the first connection baseand the limiting toothof the second connection baseto respectively abut against and be matched with the limiting partof the support baseis simple and ingenious, with lower manufacturing costs; In addition, an angle limiting structure is matched between the first connection baseand the second connection base, so that the first connection baseand the second connection basecan be relatively fixed, and the folding chair frame is more stable in the unfolded state. During the unfolding of the second connection base, the limiting columnis clamped at one end of the limiting groove, so that the second connection basemoves in an unfolding direction following the first connection base, making the operation simpler and eliminating the need for additionally operating the foot rod, thus providing a simpler product for people to use outdoors.
In combination with the folding chair shown in, when the folding chair frame is unfolded, the length of the support rodis first extended to the longest, and then the flexible base surfaceis connected to one end, of the support rodof each connection component, away from the first connection base, so that the flexible connection surfacethat is restrictively connected to the first connection baseof the support rodis rotated downward relative to the support base, thereby fixing the first connection base. During folding, the length of the support rodis shortened to the shortest, so that the support rodcannot support the flexible base surface, and the flexible base surfacealso loses a tension force for the support rod. The support rodscan be rotated downward until the support rods are in contact with the foot rods. Finally, the foot rodscan be attached in a bundle toward the center position of the support baseto implement rapid folding.
For the folding chair frame and the folding chair thereof in the present invention, unrelated parts are the same as related parts in the prior art or can be implemented by using the prior art.
The above embodiments are only used to further illustrate the folding chair frame and folding chair thereof in the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to the embodiments, and any simple modifications, equivalent changes, and modifications made to the above embodiments according to the technical essence of the present invention fall within the protection scope of the technical solutions of the present invention.
