By the adoption of the present application, the portable storage apparatus can store the liquid and/or the gas in the apparatus, and spray out the liquid and/or the gas stored therein through the spraying assembly, which is convenient for a user to carry and drink.

Further, the portable storage apparatus of the present application may use the reaction force of the force application member in the spraying assembly and the bushing to limit the force application member, thereby achieving the extraction of the gas and/or the liquid.

Further, the portable storage apparatus of the present application may use the cover member, the gasket and the sealing ring to achieve the sealing effect on the portable apparatus.

Further, the portable storage apparatus of the present application may change the pressure in the housing through the movement of the liquid outlet hole, whereby the liquid is sprayed out from the housing. Further, the liquid outlet hole moves from the outside of the housing to the inside of the housing, which can give the user buffer time to prepare the sprayed liquid, and the experience is better.

Further, the portable storage apparatus of the present application may make the spraying assembly move and then spray out the liquid through the cooperation of the spraying assisting portion and the housing. In various embodiments, the spraying assisting portion may cooperate with the housing in various different types and/or manners to move the spraying assembly. For example, the spraying assisting portion may be buckled above the spraying assembly, like a cap on the housing, whereby the user may make the spraying assembly move by pressing down the spraying assisting portion, or, for example, the spraying assisting portion may be sleeved outside of the housing like a housing, and the user may hold the spraying assisting portion and press down the housing to make the spraying assembly move.

toshow a portable storage apparatus. The apparatus includes a housingand a spraying assembly. The housingmay store liquid and/or gas. The liquid may indicate various drinkable drinks/concentrates, for example, the liquid may be a health-care drink having a health-care effect or a drink having a therapeutic effect, or the liquid may be various food additives for baking, or the liquid may be coffee or a coffee concentrate, tea or a tea concentrate, wine or concentrated liquor. The gas may indicate a gas that does not react with the liquid and is harmless to a user, for example, the gas may be an inert gas. In order to ensure that the liquid can subsequently be sprayed out by a pressure, the density of the gas is lower than that of the liquid, that is, the gas needs to be filled above the liquid. During implementation, the gas may be a single component gas, for example, nitrogen may be selected, because nitrogen is the inert gas, in a case where the housingonly includes nitrogen and liquid, nitrogen does not react with the liquid, thereby preventing the liquid from deteriorating, and the density of the nitrogen is less than that of the liquid, whereby nitrogen may float above the liquid, and the liquid may be conveniently sprayed out from the housing during operation.

During implementation, the housingmay be in different shapes, for example, the housingmay be elliptical, rectangular, square or in an irregular shape, etc. For aesthetics or portability, an outer surface of the housingmay be arranged in various shapes, for example, the housingmay have a component that is convenient for the user to hold, or the housingis arranged as a reinforced rib type. In addition, the housingmay be an integrally formed component or an assembled component.

As shown in, the spraying assemblymay include a spraying rod. A portion of the spraying rodis located inside the housing and the other portion is located outside the housing. For ease of description, in the present application, the portion of the spraying rod located inside the housing is referred to as a spraying inner rod, and the portion of the spraying rod located outside the housing is referred to as a spraying outer rod, that is, the spraying outer rodprotrudes out of the housing. During installation, the spraying assemblyis installed in the housingin a manner that the spraying outer rod protrudes out of the housing. During implementation, in order to better store the liquid, air inside the housing may be first squeezed out in various manners, whereby only liquid and pure gas exist in the housing. The spraying outer rodhas a spraying opening, and when the spraying assemblyis applied to a pressure, and the spraying inner rodmoves at least a predetermined distance towards the inside of the housing, causing the liquid and/or gas to be ejected from the spraying opening.

As an example, the spraying rodhas a liquid outlet hole, and when the spraying outer rodmoves towards the housing, the liquid outlet holealso moves along with the housing. There is a possibility that the liquid outlet holemoves from the outside of the housing to the inside of the housing, and there is another possibility that the liquid outlet holemoves continuously from the inside of the housing.

It can be seen that the portable storage apparatus of the present application may use the cooperation of the liquid and/or the gas therein to perform freshness treatment on the stored liquid fresh while achieving the portable liquid storage, thereby ensuring that the liquid does not deteriorate. On this basis, a pressure difference between the inside and the outside of the housing is used to achieve the extraction of the liquid and/or the gas, which is convenient for the user to drink.

The exemplary embodiment of the present application will be further described below with reference to.shows a side section view of a portable storage apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application.

As shown in, the spraying assemblyfurther includes a force application member. The force application memberis nested outside the spraying inner rod. During implementation, in order to prevent the spraying inner rodfrom sliding out of the housing, a stoppermay be arranged on the spraying inner rod, and the diameter of the stopperis greater than the inner diameter of the spraying rod, that is, the stopperis an annular ring protruding out of the spraying rod. A force application memberis sleeved above the stopper. As an example, the force application membermay be a spring.

As shown in, in order to fix the force application memberand the spraying inner rodin the housing, the spraying assemblyfurther includes a bushing. The bushingmay sleeve the force application memberand the spraying inner rodtherein. The bushingmay include a bushing openingand an inner through pipe. In the embodiment, the bushing openingmay be of a large caliber, that is, the diameter of the bushing openingis greater than the diameter of the inner through pipe. Optionally, the bushing openingmay optionally be flared.

The inner through pipecommunicates with the bushing opening, and in order to facilitate the movement of the spraying rodin the bushing, the diameter of the bushingis greater than that of the spraying rod, whereby when the spraying assemblyis applied to a pressure to move, the spraying inner rodmay move in the inner through pipeand may extend out of the inner through pipe, and meanwhile, the diameter of the opening position of the inner through pipeis smaller than the diameter of the force application member, whereby after the pressure is received, the force application membermoves along with the spraying inner rodand is compressed, but is limited in the inner through pipe.

The inner through pipehas a through hole, and the inner through pipecommunicates with the housing through the through hole, whereby the liquid inside the housing flows in the inner through pipe and the housing. It is to be noted that although only a single through holeis provided in, during implementation, a side wall of the inner through pipemay have two or more through holes.

It can be seen that the portable storage apparatus of the present application uses the bushingto fix the portion of the spraying assemblylocated inside the housing, and uses the reaction force of the inner through pipeto the force application memberto achieve the extraction of the liquid and/or the gas in the housing.

In addition, for sealing, the portable storage apparatus of the present application may further include a cover member. As shown in, the cover member, positioned on the housingsealing the spraying assembly within the housing.

A gasketand a sealing ringare arranged between the cover memberand the housing. Both the gasketand the sealing ringare annular. The inner diameter of the gasketcorresponds to the diameter of the spraying rod. During implementation, the inner diameter of the gasketis approximately the same as the diameter of the spraying rod, whereby the gasketmay just sleeve the spraying inner rodwithout sliding off.

The gasketmay be located below the stopper. Since the diameter of the stopperis greater than that of the spraying rod, the gasketis limited below the stopperby the stopper, that is, the gasketis located between the cover memberand the stopper.

In order to fix the bushingand seal, the bushing openingmay be sealed under the sealing ringwith the sealing ring, and the inner diameter of the seal ringis smaller than the outer diameter of the gasket, thereby limiting the gasketbelow the sealing ring. The maximum diameter of the sealing ringis approximately the same as the diameter of the cover member, whereby the sealing ringmay cooperate with the cover member to seal the bushing opening.

During implementation, the bushingmay also be of other structures, for example, other paths/conduits are also connected above the inner through pipe, which does not affect the portable storage apparatus of the present application, that is, as long as a structure capable of fixing the spraying assembly in the housing therein and communicating with the liquid and/or the gas in the housing is used as the bushing.

The portable storage apparatus of the exemplary embodiment of the present application has been described above. During implementation, the portable storage apparatus may further include a spraying assisting portion. The spraying assisting portion is a component configured to assist the user in spraying out the liquid and/or the gas in the housing, that is, in the related art, a component that can assist/cooperate with the housingto spray out the liquid and/or the gas therein may be used as the spraying assisting portion.

shows a side section view of a spraying assisting portionaccording to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. As shown in, the spraying assisting portionmay have a slit portion, and the slit portionis aligned with the spraying opening, whereby when the spraying assisting portionassists the user in using the portable storage apparatus, the liquid is sprayed out of the spraying assisting portion. In order to facilitate user operation, the portable storage apparatus of the present application sprays out the liquid after being subjected to a downward pressure. As an example, after receiving the pressure, the spraying assisting portionconducts the pressure to the spraying assemblyto receive the corresponding pressure, whereby the spraying outer rodmoves at least the predetermined distance towards the inside of the housing, and the liquid and/or the gas in the housing are/is sprayed out from the spraying openingand then sprayed out through the slit portion.

In order to better spray the liquid out from the spraying openingand the slit portion, a hollow conical stopperis arranged around the slit portion, and the spray openingcan be limited to the middle of the stopperand be aligned with slit portion.

In order to facilitate user operation and improve user experience, the portable storage apparatus according to the exemplary embodiment of the present application may store a predetermined amount of liquid, and the predetermined amount of liquid is preferably a single usage amount, that is, the user may completely spray out the liquid in the apparatus each time, and then brew a drink in a proportion corresponding to the liquid. Alternatively, the predetermined amount may be an amount used by the user twice or even more times. As another example, the predetermined amount may also be the volume obtained by the user through brewing a specific amount of a specific drink (such as water, carbonated beverage, milk, etc.).

During implementation, the spraying assisting portionmay be of various different types and/or styles. A portable storage apparatus using different types of spraying assisting portionswill be described below with reference toto.

As shown in, the spraying assisting portionis generally buckled above the spraying assembly like a hat, and during implementation, the spraying assisting portionmay be buckled on the cover member. During implementation, the diameter of the spraying assisting portionis slightly greater than the diameter of the cover member, whereby after the spraying assisting portionis pressed down, the spraying assisting portionmay move downwards. As shown in, the user may press the spraying assisting portiondown with a finger. For example, in a case of a portable liquid apparatus with small volume, the user may grasp the apparatus with the finger and press the spraying assisting portiondown with the finger, and then the spraying assisting portionmoves downwards, whereby the pressure is conducted to the spraying assembly, and the force application memberis stressed and compressed under the action of the stopperand the bushing, causing the liquid outlet holeto enter the inside of the housing, followed by a change in the pressure inside and outside the housing, and the liquid is sprayed out from the spraying opening to the outside through the slit portion. As a possible example, the liquid outlet holeis located on the spraying inner rod, and then after pressing, the liquid outlet holemoves a certain distance in the housing, whereby the pressure in the housing changes, and the liquid is sprayed out from the spraying openingto the outside through the slit portion.

As shown in, the user may press the spraying assisting portionon the side surface, and then the pressure pressed by the user is conducted to the spraying assemblythrough a conduction component, whereby the spraying outer rodmoves inwards. In this way, the force application memberin the spraying assemblyis stressed and compressed under the action of the stopperand the bushing, causing the liquid outlet holeto move, whereby the pressure inside and outside the housing changes, and the liquid is sprayed out from the spraying openingto the outside through the slit portion. Optionally, the liquid outlet holemay enter the inside of the housing from the outside of the housing after being subjected to the pressure, or may move a certain distance inside the housing after being subjected to the pressure, depending on whether the liquid outlet holeis located on the spraying inner rodor on the spraying outer rod.

As shown in, the spraying assisting portionmay be a cover-shaped component hung on the edge of a cup or above the cup, and then the cover-shaped component has the slit portion, and the stopperis arranged around the slit portion. When in use, the user may use the stopperto fix the spraying opening, and then press the housingdown with force, whereby the force application memberin the spraying assemblyis stressed and compressed under the action of the stopperand the bushing, causing the liquid outlet holeto move, whereby the pressure inside and outside the housing changes, and the liquid is sprayed out from the spraying openingto the outside through the slit portion.
