The present disclosure relates to the technical field of furniture articles, and in particular to an assembled seat.
The base of an existing seat usually has four support legs. For some assembled seats, the support legs usually adopt an elbow structure similar to an inverted “U”-shape, and the inverted “U”-shaped elbow structure includes two diagonal support legs between which connecting beams are provided. The two inverted “U”-shaped elbows are arranged crosswise, so that the two connecting beams are stacked in a crossed shape and connected, to constitute the base of the seat. As far as the above structure is concerned, the base of the seat can be disassembled and decomposed into two inverted “U”-shaped elbows during transportation, but the space volume occupied by the inverted “U”-shaped elbows is still large. In addition, the overall packaging volume of the seat is relatively large, which is not conducive to transportation and packaging, therefore the structure needs to be improved.
The present disclosure aims to solve at least one of the technical problems existing in the existing technology. To this end, the present disclosure proposes an assembled seat. During transportation and packaging, four support leg assemblies can be disassembled and placed separately. On this basis, the space volume occupied is relatively small, which is beneficial to reducing the overall packaging volume of the seat, and facilitating the transportation and packaging.
The assembled seat according to embodiments of the present disclosure includes a seat plate, a connector, and four support leg assemblies, where the connector is located on a lower side of the seat plate and provided with four first connecting portions. The four support leg assemblies are provided and distributed at an interval around the connector, the four first connecting portions extend to the four support leg assemblies in a horizontal direction, each of the support leg assemblies is provided with a second connecting portion extending in the horizontal direction, the second connecting portion is detachably connected to corresponding first connecting portion, and the connector and/or the support leg assemblies are detachably connected to the seat plate.
The assembled seat according to embodiments of the present disclosure has at least the following beneficial effects: the second connecting portion of each of the support leg assemblies is connected to the first connecting portions corresponding to the connector when in use, the connector is connected to the four support leg assemblies separately to form a support base of the seat, and then the seat plate is connected to the connector and/or the support leg assemblies to achieve the assembly of the seat. The structure thereof is simple and relatively stable and reliable; and the connector and the four support leg assemblies can be disassembled and placed separately during transportation and packaging Therefore, the space volume occupied is relatively small, which is beneficial to reducing the overall packaging volume of the seat, facilitating the transportation and packaging.
According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the first connecting portion is inserted into the second connecting portion or the second connecting portion is inserted into the first connecting portion, a first connecting pin is provided between the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion, and the first connecting pin passes through the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion.
According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, each of the support leg assemblies includes a first leg and a second leg, the second connecting portion is provided on the first leg, the first leg is detachably connected to the second leg, and the first leg can adjust an upper and lower connecting position relative to the second leg, to adjust a height of each of the support leg assemblies.
According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the second leg is of a tubular structure, the first leg is inserted into the second leg, the first legs is provided with a first locking piece, the second leg is provided with a plurality of adjustment holes distributed at an interval in a height direction of the second leg, and the first locking piece can be clamped into one of the plurality of adjustment holes, to fix upper and lower position of the first leg in relative to the second leg.
