Generally, a compressor, a condenser, an evaporator, or the like, in a mobile air conditioner have a disordered distribution condition, so that the mobile air conditioner has the problems of a long heat exchange time and a low heat exchange efficiency. In addition, the mobile air conditioner has the problem of a low air outlet region, and generally blows to the hip and waist regions of a user, so that indoor air circulation is not smooth to influence a cooling effect.
In order to solve the above problems, some embodiments of the present disclosure provide a mobile air conditioner.
The mobile air conditionerbelongs to an air conditioner in which an indoor unit and an outdoor unit are integrated, and is movable. The mobile air conditioneris configured such that a compressor, a condenser, an evaporator, or the like, are arranged in one case, thereby achieving cooling and heating effects.
In some embodiments, as shown in, the mobile air conditionerincludes a casing.
In some embodiments, as shown in, the mobile air conditionerfurther includes an accommodation space, the accommodation spacebeing located inside the casing.
In some embodiments, as shown in, the mobile air conditionerfurther includes an outdoor air duct assembly, the outdoor air duct assemblybeing located in the accommodation space.
In some embodiments, as shown inand, the mobile air conditionerfurther includes an indoor air duct assembly, the indoor air duct assemblybeing located in the accommodation space.
In some embodiments, as shown in, the mobile air conditionerfurther includes an electric control box, the electric control boxbeing located in the accommodation space.
It should be noted that the casingcan protect the outdoor air duct assembly, the indoor air duct assembly, and the electric control box. In some embodiments, the mobile air conditionerfurther includes a refrigerant circuit.
In some embodiments, as shown in, the refrigerant circuitincludes a compressor, and the compressoris a core component of the refrigerant circuit, and can suck low-temperature and low-pressure cooling gas and compress the cooling gas into high-temperature and high-pressure gas.
In some embodiments, as shown in, the refrigerant circuitincludes an outdoor heat exchanger, the outdoor heat exchangermay be a condenser, for example, and may cool the high-temperature and high-pressure gas compressed by the compressorinto high-pressure liquid, and a large amount of heat is released in the process, and is usually dissipated by the outdoor air duct assembly.
In some embodiments, as shown in, the refrigerant circuitfurther includes an indoor heat exchanger, so that the indoor heat exchangermay be used as an evaporator to evaporate the high-pressure liquid into low-temperature and low-pressure vapor, and in this process, heat of a surrounding environment may be absorbed, which is beneficial to improving the cooling effect of the mobile air conditioner.
In this way, during cooling of the refrigerant circuit, heat transfer and energy conversion are performed among the compressor, the outdoor heat exchanger, and the indoor heat exchangerconnected end to end by refrigerant fluid, thereby achieving a cooling purpose.
In some embodiments, the outdoor air duct assemblyis arranged on one side of the outdoor heat exchanger, so that outdoor air can be delivered to the outdoor heat exchangerfor heat exchange, and thus, the outdoor air can be subjected to heat exchange through the outdoor heat exchanger, and pollutants such as dust and bacteria in the outdoor air can be filtered to improve quality of the outdoor air. Moreover, a load of an outdoor air-conditioning system can be reduced, so that energy consumption can be reduced to achieve the aims of energy conservation and emission reduction.
In some embodiments, the heat exchange by the outdoor heat exchangermay reduce influences of an outdoor temperature and humidity on an indoor environment, thereby improving reliability of the mobile air conditioner.
For example, the indoor air duct assemblyis arranged on one side of the indoor heat exchanger, and can deliver indoor air to the indoor heat exchangerfor heat exchange, so that heat of the indoor air can be transferred to an outdoor environment, thereby achieving the effects of regulating an indoor temperature and purifying the indoor air.
In some embodiments, as shown inand, the electric control boxis connected to the compressor, the outdoor air duct assembly, and the indoor air duct assembly, so that the electric control boxis electrically connected to the compressor, the outdoor air duct assembly, and the indoor air duct assembly, and the electric control boxcan control on/off conditions of circuits of the compressor, the outdoor air duct assembly, and the indoor air duct assembly, thereby enabling the mobile air conditionerto run normally.
For example, as shown inand, in the accommodation space, the compressorand the electric control boxare spaced apart in a horizontal direction of the accommodation space, which is beneficial to reducing interference between the compressorand the electric control box.
In some embodiments, as shown inand, the outdoor heat exchanger, the indoor heat exchanger, the outdoor air duct assembly, and the indoor air duct assemblyare arranged above the compressorand the electric control box, so that by reasonably utilizing a space inside the mobile air conditioner, the compressorand the electric control boxare spaced apart from the outdoor heat exchanger, the indoor heat exchanger, the outdoor air duct assembly, and the indoor air duct assemblyrespectively, so as to form independent modules, which can not only facilitate maintenance and replacement, but also improve the heat exchange efficiency of the mobile air conditioner.
In some embodiments, as shown inand, the outdoor heat exchangerand the outdoor air duct assemblyare arranged above the compressorand the electric control box, the outdoor heat exchangerand the outdoor air duct assemblyare arranged in the horizontal direction of the accommodation space, the indoor heat exchangerand the indoor air duct assemblyare arranged above the outdoor heat exchangerand the outdoor air duct assembly, and the indoor heat exchangerand the indoor air duct assemblyare arranged in the horizontal direction of the accommodation space.
For example, the arrangement of the outdoor heat exchangerand the outdoor air duct assemblyin the horizontal direction of the accommodation spacemay increase an air supply speed of the outdoor heat exchanger, thereby improving a heat exchange efficiency of the outdoor heat exchanger. Furthermore, the arrangement of the outdoor heat exchangerand the outdoor air duct assemblyin the horizontal direction of the accommodation spacemay reduce a distance between the outdoor heat exchangerand the outdoor air duct assembly, and also increase a height of the mobile air conditioner, thereby improving stability of the mobile air conditionerduring working.
For another example, the indoor heat exchangerand the indoor air duct assemblyare arranged above the outdoor heat exchangerand the outdoor air duct assembly, so that interference may be reduced and a heat exchange distance may be shortened.
It should be noted that, the indoor heat exchangerand the indoor air duct assemblyare arranged in the horizontal direction of the accommodation space, and similarly, the indoor air duct assemblycan increase an air supply speed of the indoor heat exchangerto improve a heat exchange efficiency of the indoor heat exchanger, a distance between the indoor heat exchangerand the indoor air duct assemblycan be reduced, and the height of the mobile air conditionercan be increased to cause an air supply region of an air outletof the indoor air duct assemblyto be higher than that of a traditional mobile air conditioner, which may better facilitate the user to perceive air supply, and can also raise a gravity center of the mobile air conditionerto ensure that the mobile air conditioneris more stable in the working process.
In this way, the compressorand the electric control boxare located at a bottom layer of the mobile air conditioner, the outdoor heat exchangerand the outdoor air duct assemblyare located in the middle, i.e., at a second layer, of the mobile air conditioner, and the indoor heat exchangerand the indoor air duct assemblyare located at an upper layer, i.e., a third layer, of the mobile air conditioner, so that the multilayer distribution and arrangement inside the mobile air conditionercan be realized, the advantage of a hierarchical design is achieved, and a reduction of a width and a thickness of the mobile air conditionercan be facilitated.
In addition, an air inlet ductand an air outlet ductof the mobile air conditionerare located behind the indoor heat exchanger, which not only can reasonably utilize the space, but also can improve the heat exchange efficiency of the indoor heat exchanger.
According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, as shown in, the mobile air conditionerfurther includes a first water receiving tray, the outdoor heat exchangerbeing arranged on the first water receiving tray.
According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, as shown inand, the mobile air conditionerfurther includes a support plate, the support platebeing arranged in the accommodation space, the support platebeing located between the electric control boxand the compressor, the support plateextending in an up-down direction, and the support platebeing supported between the first water receiving trayand the bottom of the casing.
For example, the outdoor heat exchangeris arranged on the first water receiving tray, so that condensed water generated by heat exchange in the outdoor heat exchangeror the indoor heat exchangercan flow onto the first water receiving tray, thereby preventing the condensed water generated in the outdoor heat exchangerfrom flowing out of the casingof the mobile air conditioner.
It should be noted that the first water receiving trayis arranged to store the condensed water, so as to avoid that the condensed water generated by the outdoor heat exchangeroverflows and affects stability of an internal circuit of the mobile air conditioner.
For another example, the support plateis located between the electric control boxand the compressor, and can isolate the electric control boxfrom the compressor, so as to ensure safety and stability of circuit transmission of the electric control box.
It should be noted that the support plateis supported between the first water receiving trayand the bottom of the casing, so that the support platecan support the first water receiving trayand the bottom of the casing, thereby increasing strength and stability of the first water receiving trayand also improving strength of the bottom of the casing.
In some embodiments, as shown inand, the support plateincludes a main plate, the main platebeing arranged between the electric control boxand the compressor, so as to facilitate an increase of structural stability of the electric control boxand the compressoron a chassis.
In some embodiments, as shown inand, the support platefurther includes first side plates, the first side platesare arranged at two ends of the main platein a horizontal direction, the first side platesare bent relative to the main plate, and at least one of the main plateand the first side platesis supported between the first water receiving trayand the chassis, so that a support area of the bottoms of the support plateand the first water receiving traycan be increased to prevent the first water receiving trayfrom being inclined relative to a horizontal plane, structural stability of the first water receiving traycan be improved to effectively prevent water in the first water receiving trayfrom being spilled out, and the main plateand the first side platescan be defined around the compressorto prevent the compressorfrom shaking, which is beneficial to ensuring safety of the compressorin the moving process of the mobile air conditioner.
It should be noted that, as shown in, two first side platesare provided, the two first side platesare arranged at the two ends of the main platein the horizontal direction respectively, the two first side platesare bent and extend towards the compressorrelative to the main plate, and the two first side platesare correspondingly arranged at two sides of the compressorrespectively.
For example, each of the two ends of the main platein the horizontal direction is provided with one first side plate, so that on the one hand, the support platecan be arranged around a circumference of the compressorto improve reliability of the function of protecting the compressorby the support plate, and on the other hand, a bottom surface of the first water receiving traycan be limited to prevent the first water receiving trayfrom being inclined relative to the horizontal plane during movement of the mobile air conditioner.
For another example, the two first side platesare bent and extend towards the compressorrelative to the main plate, and the two first side platesare correspondingly arranged at the two sides of the compressorrespectively, so that not only the compressorcan be protected, but also structural strength of the support platecan be enhanced, and structural reliability of the support platecan be improved.
In some embodiments, as shown inand, a side of the electric control boxtowards the compressoris arranged to be open, the main platecovers the open side of the electric control box, the main plateis provided with a heat dissipation grille, and the heat dissipation grillecorresponds to heat sinkin the electric control box.
