Complete technical specification and implementation details from the patent document.
The present invention relates to a laminate and a method for producing the laminate.
Conventionally, as molded bodies with excellent designability, transparency, and decorativeness, laminates have been proposed that have, from the viewpoint of moldability and cost-effectiveness, a base composed of a polyolefin resin such as polypropylene resin and an acrylic resin layer with excellent appearance.
For example, Patent Document 1 proposes a laminate consisting of a base containing a polypropylene resin and a thermoplastic resin as the main components, a sealing layer, and an acrylic resin layer.
Meanwhile, there is a problem that polyolefin resins and acrylic resins are difficult to adhere to each other from the viewpoint of solubility parameter and other factors. To address such a problem, there have been proposed laminates that use solvent adhesives such as acrylic adhesives and urethane adhesives as the adhesive.
However, from the viewpoint of VOC (volatile organic compounds) reduction, there is a growing demand for laminate molding method technology that does not use organic solvents.
For example, Patent Document 2 proposes a laminate of a base made of a polypropylene resin and an acrylic resin layer, in which an adhesive layer containing a polypropylene resin as a non-solvent adhesive is provided on the base made of a polypropylene resin.
However, the laminate disclosed in Patent Document 2 has a problem that there is still room for improvement from the viewpoint of adhesive strength.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a laminate that does not use organic solvents, has good appearance, and has high adhesive strength.
As a result of diligent investigations to solve the problems of the prior art, the present inventors have found that a laminate that does not use organic solvents, has good appearance, and has high adhesive strength can be formed by providing an adhesive layer mainly composed of a hydrogenated conjugated diene block copolymer having a specific structure or by compounding a hydrogenated conjugated diene block copolymer, which serves as an adhesive component, in a layer mainly composed of a polyolefin resin, in order to allow a layer mainly composed of a polyolefin resin and a layer mainly composed of an acrylic resin to adhere to each other, leading to the completion of the present invention.
Thus, the present invention is as follows.
