Detailed Description

Complete technical specification and implementation details from the patent document.

This application claims the priority of the China Patent Application No. 202420993205.3 filed on May 9, 2024, entitled “Connecting Structure applicable to Top of Outdoor Gazebo and Application thereof”, all the contents and amendments of which are incorporated into this application by reference.

The present invention relate to that technical field of assembled building, in particular to a connecting structure applicable to a top of an outdoor gazebo and application thereof.

Outdoor sports have become an important part of people's daily life. Outdoor sports can include outdoor barbecues, outdoor board games, outdoor musical instruments and so on. In the outdoor, people will often encounter thunderstorms, light and other climates, which seriously affect the normal outdoor sports experience. Therefore, the outdoor gazebo came into being, which can protect people from the wind and rain to a certain extent.

Outdoor gazebos are built by people with certain materials, and the characteristics of materials will inevitably have an impact on the modeling style of buildings. Therefore, the plastic arts of gazebos also depend on the materials selected to some extent. Because of the differences in the performance of various materials, the gazebos built with different materials have their own distinctive features, and at the same time, they are bound to be limited by the characteristics of the materials used. At present, the popular outdoor gazebo building materials are not only wooden materials, but also metal materials.

At present, when the top plates of metal gazebos are installed, most of them are fixed together by welding, thus forming the roof of the gazebo. However, welding will completely fix all the connecting parts together, which is not easy to disassemble, and the installation process is complicated and the cost is high.

For example, the US patent US20200181936A1 discloses a “Hardtop Gazebo And A Process Used In The Making Thereof”, and the gazebo roof of this patent does not have the function of easy disassembly and installation.

Therefore, there is a need to put forward a new type of connecting structure for the top of a gazebo, which makes the installation and disassembly of the gazebo convenient and fast, and the installation cost is low.
