This application claims priority to Chinese patent application number 202421063722.7, filed on May 16, 2024. Chinese patent application number 202421063722.7 is incorporated herein by reference.

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of spring mattresses, and more particularly relates to a spring mattress with a pillow.

The spring mattress is a modern eco-friendly bedding product characterized by high elasticity, vibration resistance, excellent load-bearing capacity, comfort, and durability. Its synergistic use with the balance cushions and pillows can provide users with an enhanced comfort experience. However, in real-world applications, as mattresses and pillows are typically independent components, the pillow is prone to sliding and displacement during sleep, often leading to head misalignment with the pillow. This may result in neck stiffness (torticollis) upon waking, thereby compromising the ideal sleep comfort level.

In summary, the present disclosure aims to provide a spring mattress with a pillow, designed to resolve the issue of pillow displacement-induced neck stiffness (torticollis) during actual usage scenarios.

In order to solve the above technical problems, the present disclosure provides a spring mattress with a pillow, and the spring mattress comprises a spring cushion, a balance cushion pressing the spring cushion, and a pillow. The pillow is fixedly or detachably connected to the spring cushion or the balance cushion.

In a preferred embodiment, a side of the balance cushion facing away from the spring cushion in a thickness direction of the balance cushion comprises a plurality of separation grooves, and the plurality of separation grooves are arranged in a crisscross pattern to form a plurality of separation areas.

In a preferred embodiment, the plurality of separation grooves are divided into a plurality of first extension grooves arranged at intervals and extending along a first direction and a plurality of second extension grooves arranged at intervals and extending along a second direction. The plurality of first extension grooves and the plurality of second extension grooves intersect each other and are perpendicular to each other.

In a preferred embodiment, a cross-section of each of the plurality of separation grooves is U-shaped.

In a preferred embodiment, a protruding edge of a lower side of the pillow is interlocked with one or more of the plurality of separation grooves to inhibit relative movement of the pillow with respect to the balance cushion.

In a preferred embodiment, a lower end surface of the pillow is integrated with the balance cushion.

In a preferred embodiment, the spring cushion comprises a base and a plurality of elastic units disposed on the base in an array. A bottom of each of the plurality of elastic units is disposed on the base by insertion, or a bottom of each of the plurality of elastic units is weakly connected to the base. Four first connecting members are symmetrically arranged on a top of each of the plurality of elastic units, and adjacent elastic units of the plurality of elastic units are connected together through the four first connecting members.

In a preferred embodiment, the plurality of elastic units are inverted tapered springs each having a large end face and a small end face, and the large end face of each of the inverted tapered springs supports the balance cushion.

In a preferred embodiment, the spring mattress with the pillow comprises a plurality of second connecting members spaced apart from each other on an edge of the base. A first end of each of the plurality of second connecting members is connected to the base, and a second end of each of the plurality of second connecting members is detachably connected to a top of a corresponding one of the plurality of elastic units.

In a preferred embodiment, the pillow is detachably connected to the spring cushion through one or more flexible connection belts and one or more clamping seats. A first end of each of the one or more flexible connection belts is fixedly connected to the pillow, and a second end of each of the one or more flexible connection belts is connected to a corresponding one of the one or more clamping seats. The one or more clamping seats are clamped with an edge of the spring cushion to fix the pillow.

Compared with the existing techniques, the technical solution has the following advantages.

The present disclosure provides the spring mattress with the pillow, which fixes a placement position of the pillow by one of the follow structures. First, the protruding edge on the bottom of the pillow is inserted into the one or more of a plurality of separation grooves on the balance cushion; second, the one or more flexible connecting belts and the one or more clamping seats enable the pillow to be detachably connected to the spring cushion; or third, the lower end surface of the pillow is integrated with the balance cushion to limit the placement position of the pillow. Such structures solve a problem in which the traditional mattress and the pillow are separately arranged, and the pillow easily slides and shifts during sleep, resulting in neck stiffness (torticollis).

In the description of the present disclosure, it should be noted that, unless otherwise clearly stipulated and limited, the terms “installed”, “provided with”, “connected”, etc. should be understood in a broad sense. For example, “connection” can be a wall-mounted connection, a detachable connection, or an integral connection. It can be a mechanical connection or an electrical connection. It can be a direct connection or an indirect connection through an intermediate medium. It can be the internal connection of two components. For ordinary technicians in this field, the specific meanings of the above terms in the present disclosure can be understood according to specific circumstances.

Referring to, this embodiment provides a spring mattress with a pillow. The spring mattress comprises a spring cushion, a balance cushionpressing the spring cushion, and a pillowplaced on the balance cushion. A side of the pillowabutting the balance cushioncomprises a protruding edge, and the protruding edgeis inserted into one or more of a plurality of separation grooves on the balance cushionto form a position-limiting connection, which is used to inhibit relative movement of the pillowwith respect to the balance cushion.

In this embodiment, the protruding edgeon a bottom of the pillowis inserted into the one or more of the plurality of separation grooves on a supporting surface of the balance cushionto form a position-limiting structure that is easy to install and disassemble. Specifically, a cross-section of each of the plurality of separation grooves is U-shaped, and the plurality of separation grooves are criss-crossedly arranged on the supporting surface of the balance cushionto form a plurality of separation areas. The plurality of separation grooves are divided into a plurality of first extension groovesarranged at intervals and extending along a first direction and a plurality of second extension groovesarranged at intervals and extending along a second direction, and the plurality of first extension groovesand the plurality of second extension groovesintersect each other and are perpendicular to each other. At the same time, due to a partitioning effect of the plurality of separation grooves, pulling and swaying on non-compressed areas caused by localized compression on the supporting surface of the balance cushioncan effectively reduce or alleviate. This significantly prevents uneven force distribution and tilting of a plurality of elastic unitsbelow the balance cushionwhen localized pulling/swaying occurs on balance cushion. Consequently, overall support stability of the spring cushionis effectively maintained, steadiness of the spring mattress under pressure is enhanced, and ultimately the comfort level of the spring mattress is improved.

The spring cushioncomprises a base, the plurality of elastic unitsdisposed on the base, a plurality of first connecting membersenabling the plurality of elastic unitsto be connected to form an elastic module, and a plurality of second connecting membersenabling the elastic module to be connected to the base. Specifically, the basecomprises a plurality of protrusionsarranged in an array configured to be connected to the plurality of elastic unitsby insertion. The plurality of elastic unitsare inverted tapered springs. Large end faces of each of the inverted tapered springs support the balance cushionupward, and small end faces of the inverted tapered springs face the plurality of protrusionsso that the small end faces of the inverted tapered springs can be connected to the plurality of protrusionsby insertion to form a position-limiting connection, thereby ensuring a weak connection between the plurality of elastic unitsand the baseand fixing relative positions of the plurality of elastic units. The weak connection may be an indirect connection method such as overlapping, abutting, or splicing. The plurality of elastic unitsare arranged in an array on the base, and adjacent elastic unitsof the plurality of elastic unitsare connected to form the elastic module through four first connecting membersof the plurality of first connecting memberssymmetrically arranged on a top of each of the plurality of elastic units. The plurality of second connecting membersare spaced apart on an edge of the base. One end of each of the plurality of second connecting membersis connected to the base, and a second end of each of the plurality of second connecting membersis detachably connected to a corresponding one of the plurality of elastic unitson an edge of the elastic module to fix the baseand the elastic module so that the baseand the elastic module together form the spring cushion.

In this embodiment, the balance cushioncan be constructed as an additional elastic cushion layer made of duck down, the additional elastic cushion layer made of goose down, the additional elastic cushion layer made of memory foam, the additional elastic cushion layer made of regular foam, the additional elastic cushion layer made of latex, or the additional elastic cushion layer made of coconut coir.

Referring to, this embodiment provides a spring mattress with a pillow, which comprises a spring cushion, a balance cushionpressing the spring cushion, and a pillowplaced on the balance cushion. As a supplement to the previous embodiment, measures for inhibiting relative movement between the pillowand the balance cushionin this embodiment comprise using one or more flexible connecting beltsand one or more clamping seatsto detachably connect the pillowto the spring cushion. Specifically, one end of each of the one or more flexible connection beltsis fixedly connected to the pillow, and a second end of each of the one or more flexible connection beltsis connected to a corresponding one of the one or more clamping seats. Each of the one or more clamping seatscomprises two elastic pressing blocksconfigured to press each other and a clamping memberconfigured to apply a pre-tightening force to the two elastic pressing blocks. The one or more clamping seatsare clamped with an edge of the spring cushionto fix a relative placement position of the pillow.

Referring to, this embodiment provides a spring mattress with a pillow, which comprises a spring cushion, a balance cushionpressing the spring cushion, and a pillowplaced on the balance cushion. Differing from Embodiment 1, the balance cushionis constructed as an additional elastic cushion layer made of duck down, goose down, memory foam, regular foam, latex, or coconut coir. The additional elastic cushion layer is integrated with a lower end surface of the pillow.

The above is only a preferred specific implementation of the present disclosure, but the design concept of the present disclosure is not limited to this.
