Spa Bus Systems

The present application is related to and claims priority from prior provisional application Ser. No. 63/648,934, filed May 17, 2024 which application is incorporated herein by reference.

The following includes information that may be useful in understanding the present invention(s). It is not an admission that any of the information provided herein is prior art, or material, to the presently described or claimed inventions, or that any publication or document that is specifically or implicitly referenced is prior art.

The present invention relates generally to the field of toys and more specifically relates to toy vehicles.

Children throughout time have played with toys for entertainment and to learn about concepts. Many toys have limited (static) functionality. It is desired that a multi-functional design be forthcoming.

Various attempts have been made to solve the above-mentioned problems such as those found in U.S. Pat. No. 4,435,916 to Noriaki Iwao et al. This art is representative of toy vehicles. None of the above inventions and patents, taken either singly or in combination, is seen to describe the invention as claimed.

Ideally, a spa bus toy should provide multifunctional use and, yet would operate reliably and be manufactured at a modest expense. Thus, a need exists for a reliable spa bus system to avoid the above-mentioned problems.

In view of the foregoing disadvantages inherent in the known toy vehicles art, the present invention provides a novel spa bus system. The general purpose of the present invention, which will be described subsequently in greater detail is to provide multifunctional use for both entertaining and teaching a child.

The spa bus system (aka “Pretty and Pampered Spa Bus”) comprises a toy designed from the concept of a Ford 450 passenger bus having a mobile spa inside. The spa bus system has a sofa with let out foot tubs that slide in and out, salon chairs, vanities with lights and lighted dance floor with disco lights in preferred embodiments. There is a hanger for the dolls to hang their spa robes. The child can pretend to play with their dolls and give them pedicures, manicures, facial, glam makeup, and disco dance party with the doll. The doll comes with a spa robe and at least one outfit. The child can also do the doll's hair as well. The spa bus system also comprises wheels and a latch on the top so the child can transport the bus from one area to the next area. The outside of the bus looks like a spa bus and the bus opens so the child can play easily with their dolls. The spa bus system device may comprise means suitable for allowing water to flow into and through the device for use with filling bathtubs or the like. Fastening means may be used to an external water source such as a tap. The fastening means, including but not limited to, a threaded fastening means may be used.

A spa bus system is disclosed herein, in a preferred embodiment, comprising: a toy assembly having a body including a right-side-body-half, and a left-side-body-half, at least one extender to allow said right-side-body-half and said left-side-body-half to move in relation to each other, and wherein said body comprises a bus-body in preferred embodiments.

The right-side-body-half further comprises a right-hinge and the left-side-body-half further comprises a left-hinge. The right-side-body-half further comprises a right-handle and the left-side-body-half further comprises a left-handle. The right-side-body-half, and the left-side-body-half comprise fastening means. The fastening means comprise male and female mating portions. The at least one extender comprises a slide and a channel, and locking means. The toy assembly may further comprise wheels. As such, the spa bus system is configured and arranged to promote education and entertainment of youth when used.

The present invention may be sold as a kit as disclosed herein.

A method of use for the spa bus system is also described herein.

The present invention holds significant improvements and serves as a spa bus system. For purposes of summarizing the invention, certain aspects, advantages, and novel features of the invention have been described herein. It is to be understood that not necessarily all such advantages may be achieved in accordance with any one particular embodiment of the invention. Thus, the invention may be embodied or carried out in a manner that achieves or optimizes one advantage or group of advantages as taught herein without necessarily achieving other advantages as may be taught or suggested herein. The features of the invention which are believed to be novel are particularly pointed out and distinctly claimed in the concluding portion of the specification. These and other features, aspects, and advantages of the present invention will become better understood with reference to the following drawings and detailed description.

The various embodiments of the present invention will hereinafter be described in conjunction with the appended drawings, wherein like designations denote like elements.

As discussed above, embodiments of the present invention relate to a toy vehicle and more particularly to a spa bus system as used to improve the entertainment and education of children.

The spa bus system (aka “Pretty and Pampered Spa Bus”) comprises a toy designed from the concept of a Ford 450 passenger bus having a mobile spa inside. Referring to the drawings by numerals of reference there is shown in, a spa bus of a spa bus system having at least the following components: bus bodyholds the parts of the pretty and pampered spa bus together; handleallows the user to carry the pretty and pampered spa bus anywhere; door flapopens the pretty and pampered spa bus; extenderextends and provides support for the pretty and pampered spa bus when it's opens; sofaminiature size seats for a child to re-in act; vanity stool(miniature size stool); vanity cabinets(miniature vanity cabinets); disco light(miniature disco light); mirrorsvanity mirrors; television(miniature tv); floorextendable flooring of the pretty and pampered spa bus; and let out foot tubs(tubs that slide in and out allowing the user to wash their doll's feet).

The spa bus system comprises: a toy assembly having a bodyincluding a right-side-body-half, and a left-side-body-half, at least one extenderto allow the right-side-body-half and the left-side-body-half to move in relation to each other, and wherein the body comprises a bus-body. As such, the spa bus system is configured and arranged to promote education and entertainment of youth when used.

Door flapmay comprise right-side-body-half and it may comprise left-side-body-half. The right-side-body-half of the spa bus system further comprises a right-hinge and the left-side-body-half further comprises a left-hinge. Handlemay comprise right-handle and left-handle. The right-side-body-half further comprises a right-handle. The left-side-body-half further comprises a left-handle. The right-side-body-half, and the left-side-body-half comprise fastening means. The fastening means comprise male and female mating portions. The male mating portion comprises a hook. The male mating portion comprises a non-hook in alternate embodiments. Other suitably equivalent coupling means may be used. The at least one extender comprises a slide. The at least one extendercomprises a channel. The toy assembly further comprises wheels in preferred embodiments.

A method of use for a spa bus system may comprise the steps of: providing the spa bus system; educating a user of the spa bus system on a career via play; and providing feedback to the user to aid in learning.

The spa bus system may be sold as a kit comprising the following parts: at least one spa bus; at least one doll; at least one set of doll clothes (outfits); and at least one set of user instructions. The kit has instructions such that functional relationships are detailed in relation to the structure of the invention (such that the invention can be used, maintained, or the like in a preferred manner). The kit may be manufactured and provided for sale in a wide variety of sizes and shapes for a wide assortment of applications. Upon reading this specification, it should be appreciated that, under appropriate circumstances, considering such issues as design preference, user preferences, marketing preferences, cost, structural requirements, available materials, technological advances, etc., other kit contents or arrangements such as, for example, including more or less components, customized parts, different color combinations, parts may be sold separately, etc., may be sufficient.

The embodiments of the invention described herein are exemplary and numerous modifications, variations and rearrangements can be readily envisioned to achieve substantially equivalent results, all of which are intended to be embraced within the spirit and scope of the invention. Further, the purpose of the foregoing abstract is to enable the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and the public generally, and especially the scientist, engineers and practitioners in the art who are not familiar with patent or legal terms or phraseology, to determine quickly from a cursory inspection the nature and essence of the technical disclosure of the application.
