The present application claims the priority of Chinese Patent Application No. 202321355941.8, filed to China National Intellectual Property Administration on May 26, 2024 and entitled “Sofa capable of being integrally compressed”, which is incorporated herein in its entirety by reference.

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of furniture, and in particular to a sofa capable of being integrally compressed.

A sofa is a commonly used piece of furniture.

In a spring sofa of the prior art, vertical spring strips arranged in parallel are usually used to form bases and armrests, and horizontal spring strips arranged transversely are used to form backrests, such that the bases, the armrests and the backrests of the spring sofa of the prior art need to be separately compressed and packaged before transportation, which results in that compression is so complicated. Moreover, the sofa needs to be reinstalled when it is transported to a designated location for use, which is very inconvenient.

In view of the defects in the prior art, an objective of the present disclosure is to provide a sofa capable of being integrally compressed.

To achieve the above objective, the present disclosure adopts the following technical solution:

Further, the integral sofa body includes bases, backrests and armrests, where the bases, the backrests and the armrests are all formed by being supported by compressible springs, and all the springs are parallel to one another.

Further, more than one of the springs are arranged in front-back and left-right directions to form a spring layer, and at least one spring layer is arranged in an up-down direction to form the bases/the backrests/the armrests.

Further, an auxiliary material layer is arranged between the spring layers adjacent to each other.

Further, each of the springs is a pocket spring wrapped in a non-woven bag.

Further, either of the bases further includes a soft material and a wrapping layer, an upper surface of the base is covered with the soft material, and the base covered with the soft material is placed in the wrapping layer.

Further, a filling layer is further arranged in the wrapping layer, and the filling layer can be compressed in a compression direction of the springs.

Further, the soft material is sponge.

Further, after the bases, the backrests and the armrests are assembled into the sofa, the springs in the bases, the backrests and the armrests are all placed vertically.

Further, detachable feet are arranged on bottom surfaces of the bases.

The present disclosure has the following beneficial effects:

The present disclosure is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific examples, to facilitate a clearer understanding of the technical ideas claimed for protection in the present disclosure.

As illustrated in, a sofa capable of being integrally compressed is provided in the present disclosure, including an integral sofa body formed by being at least supported by compressible springs, and the integral sofa body can be completely compressed.

The advantages of the present disclosure are as follows: the sofa, as a whole, capable of being completely compressed is provided, so that during transportation, the sofa can be packaged and transported after being completely compressed, facilitating the transportation of the sofa; additionally, the sofa can be integrally compressed, so that when the compressed sofa is transported to a place where the sofa needs to be placed and used, the sofa can be reset and formed by simply unpacking same, does not need to be re-installed, and is easy to use quickly.

Further, the integral sofa body includes bases, backrestsand armrests, where the bases, the backrestsand the armrestsare all formed by being supported by compressible springs, and all the springsare parallel to one another.

More specifically, the bases, the backrestsand the armrestsformed by arranging the springsare provided, such that the integral sofa body can be completely compressed by simply compressing in a telescopic direction of the springs.

Further, more than one of the springsare arranged in front-back and left-right directions to form a spring layer, and at least one spring layer is arranged in an up-down direction to form the bases/the backrests/the armrests.

More specifically, the spring layer in which the springsare arranged in the front-back and left-right directions is formed, such that all the springsare parallel to one another, and during compression, the integral sofa body can be compressed by simply compressing the springs in the telescopic direction.

Further, each of the springsis a pocket spring wrapped in a non-woven bag.

More specifically, the springsare wrapped in the non-woven bag, such that heights of all the springs in the non-woven bagare controlled by the non-woven bag, and the spring layers with different elasticity but equal heights can be produced according to demand, so as to meet needs of different groups of people.

Further, an auxiliary material layeris arranged between the spring layers adjacent to each other.

It should be noted that the auxiliary material layerarranged between the two spring layers is capable of effectively preventing the springs of the two upper and lower spring layers from being compressed too densely and damaging the non-woven bag, such that the springs extend from the non-woven bag, which might result in waste.

Further, the auxiliary material layeris made of a compressible soft material.

Preferably, the auxiliary material layeris made of the springs, rubber, cloth and other highly soft materials, which is conducive to overall compression of the sofa.

Further, either of the basesfurther includes a soft materialand a wrapping layer, an upper surface of the baseis covered with the soft material, and the basecovered with the soft materialis placed in the wrapping layer.

More specifically, the soft materialis arranged, such that an upper surface of the sofa facilitates contact with a user, thereby enhancing comfort of the sofa.

More specifically, the wrapping layeris arranged to prevent the pocket springsfrom being damaged during transportation and use, thereby prolonging a service life of the sofa.

Further, a filling layeris further arranged in the wrapping layer, and the filling layercan be compressed in a compression direction of the springs.

More specifically, the filling layeris arranged, such that an internal structure of the wrapping layeris compact, thereby achieving better elasticity of the integral sofa body.

Further, the soft materialis sponge.

More specifically, the sponge has advantages of strong compressibility, softness and comfort, which facilitates the compression and transportation of the integral sofa body and enhances the comfort of the sofa.

Further, structures of the bases, the backrestsand the armrestsare similar, and after the bases, the backrestsand the armrestsare assembled into the sofa, the pocket springsin the bases, the backrestsand the armrestsare all placed vertically.

More specifically, the structures of the bases, the backrestsand the armrestsare similar, such that a structure of the integral sofa body is simple, which facilitates large-scale and rapid production of the sofa.

Moreover, the springs in the bases, the backrestsand the armrestsare all vertical pocket springs, such that the sofa only needs to be fully compressed from top to bottom when necessary, which facilitates rapid compression.

Further, the bases, the backrestsand the armrestsare formed by bonding to each other, and the backrestsand the armrestsare arranged above the bases, and the armrestis arranged on a side surface of the corresponding backrest.

More specifically, the bases, the backrestsand the armrestsare formed by bonding to each other, thereby ensuring tightness of the integral sofa body, and preventing the bases, the backrestsand the armrestsfrom being separated during the compression or transportation of the sofa.

Further, detachable feetare arranged on bottom surfaces of the bases.

More specifically, the detachable feetare arranged, such that when needing to compress the integral sofa body, the feetonly need to be detached to prevent the feetfrom affecting the compression of the integral sofa body, thereby facilitating the compression and transportation of the sofa.

It should be noted thatillustrates one embodiment of the present disclosure. In this embodiment, the sofa is a modular sofa, which is composed of a first integral sofa body and a second integral sofa body. Before transporting the sofa, the user only needs to compress the first integral sofa body and the second integral sofa body separately. To use the sofa as needed, the user only needs to place the first integral sofa body and the second integral sofa body as illustrated in the figure after a compression state is released.

It should be noted that, there is no need to combine other integral sofa bodies with simple structures, and only a single integral sofa body can be used. In this case, the integral sofa body is compressed and transported.

It should be noted that in the description of the present disclosure, it is to be understood that the orientation terms “upper”, “lower”, “front”, “rear”, “left” and “right” indicate azimuthal or positional relations on the basis of those shown in the drawings only for ease of description of the present disclosure and for simplicity of description, and are not intended to indicate or imply that the referenced device or element must have a particular orientation and be constructed and operative in a particular orientation, and thus may not be construed as a limitation on the present disclosure.

For those skilled in the art, various corresponding changes and modifications can be made based on the technical solutions and concepts described above, and all such changes and modifications should fall within the protection scope indicated in the claims of the present disclosure.
