Technical Abstract

An electric fireplace is provided. The electric fireplace includes a housing, a virtual flame device, and an adjustment assembly. The housing includes a mounting surface and the projection surface. The virtual flame device includes a base, an artificial fuel bed, a reflective assembly, and a light source, the base is disposed on the mounting surface, and a light-transmitting portion is disposed at a rear side of the base. The artificial fuel bed is disposed on the base, the reflective assembly is configured to reflect or refract light emitted by the light source. The adjustment assembly includes at least one adjustment component, the at least one adjustment component is mounted on the mounting surface and supports the base, so as to lift the rear side of the base from the mounting surface.

The present disclosure relates to a technical field of electric fireplaces, and in particular to an electric fireplace.

With the progress of living standards of people, people are quietly changing requirements for furniture. Electric fireplaces are a new kind of heating and direction device, which do not burn fuel and do not emit smoke and harmful gas, thereby being favored by the people. However, virtual effects of conventional electric fireplaces are single, so that a real flame effect cannot be provided, moreover, a height of virtual flames are fixed, which cannot meet different requirement of users

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an electric fireplace, which is capable of adjusting a height of an image of flames on a projection surface.

The embodiments of the present disclosure provide the electric fireplace, including a housing, a virtual flame device, and an adjustment assembly. The housing includes a mounting surface and the projection surface. The virtual flame device includes a base, an artificial fuel bed, a reflective assembly, and a light source, the base is disposed on the mounting surface, and a light-transmitting portion is disposed at a rear side of the base. The artificial fuel bed is disposed on the base, the artificial fuel bed and the base are enclosed to form an assembly cavity. Both the reflective assembly and the light source are disposed in the assembly cavity, the reflective assembly is configured to reflect or refract light emitted by the light source, after reflecting or refracting, the light passes through the light-transmitting portion and is projected onto the projection surface, so as to generate the image of the flames on the projection surface. The adjustment assembly includes at least one adjustment component, the at least one adjustment component is mounted on the mounting surface and supports the base, so as to lift the rear side of the base from the mounting surface. The at least one adjustment component is connected to different positions of the base, or the at least one adjustment component is rotatably connected to the base, or a lifting height of lifting the rear side of the base from the mounting surface is adjustable, different supporting angles between the base and the mounting surface are obtained to obtain different light-transmitting angles of the light-transmitting portion, so as to adjust the height of the image of the flames on the projection surface.

In one embodiment, the at least one adjustment component includes a supporting portion and a first fixing portion, the first fixing portion is connected to a first side of the supporting portion, the first fixing portion includes a first adjustment structure, and a second side of the supporting portion abuts against the mounting surface. The base includes a second adjustment structure, the first adjustment structure is matched and fixed with the second adjustment structure, so as to support the rear side of the base at different angles.

In one embodiment, the at least one adjustment component further includes a second fixing portion, the second fixing portion is connected to one end of the supporting portion away from the first fixing portion, the second fixing portion includes a third adjustment structure, the mounting surface includes a fourth adjustment structure, the third adjustment structure is matched and fixed with the fourth adjustment structure.

In one embodiment, the at least one adjustment component includes a connecting portion, a first mounting portion, and a second mounting portion, the first mounting portion and the second mounting portion are respectively and rotatably connected to two opposite sides of the connecting portion, the first mounting portion is connected to the mounting surface, and the second mounting portion is connected to the base. A rotating angle between the first mounting portion and the connecting portion is adjustable, and a rotating angle between the second mounting portion and the connecting portion is adjustable.

In one embodiment, the at least one adjustment component includes a first supporting component and a second supporting component. A first end of the first supporting component is connected to the base, a second end of the first supporting component is movably connected to the second supporting component, one end of the second supporting component away from the first supporting component is connected to the mounting surface.

In one embodiment, the electric fireplace further includes a heating device and a front panel, the heating device is disposed in the housing. The heating device includes a device housing assembly, a fan, and a heating component. The device housing assembly includes an air duct, air return ports, and air outlets, the air return ports and the air outlets are communicated with the air duct. The fan and the heating device are disposed in the air duct, and the heating component is disposed at an air outlet side of the fan. The front panel is fixedly connected to the housing, through holes are defined on the front panel and are communicated with the air outlets. The device housing assembly is connected to different positions of the housing to adjust a distance between the air outlets and the through holes.

In one embodiment, the front panel includes a panel body and a surrounding plate, the surrounding plate surrounds a periphery of the panel body. The through holes are defined on the panel body, the surrounding plate and the panel body are enclosed to define a mounting groove, and the surrounding plate is connected to the housing. The device housing assembly is at least partially embedded in the mounting groove, the surrounding plate includes at least two limiting portions, the at least two limiting portions are disposed in the mounting groove, and two opposite sides of the device housing assembly respectively abut against the at least two limiting portions.

In one embodiment, the housing includes a mounting plate, a top plate, and a back plate, the mounting plate and the top plate are disposed at intervals in a height direction, and the back plate is connected to the top plate and the mounting plate. The projection surface is formed on an inner side surface of the back plate, and the mounting surface is formed on a top portion of the mounting plate.

In one embodiment, the heating device is disposed above the visual flame device, the top plate includes a first plate portion and a second plate portion, the first plate portion is connected with the second plate portion, one side of the first plate portion away from the second plate portion is connected to the back plate, the first plate portion and the mounting plate are disposed at intervals, the second plate portion and the back plate are disposed at intervals. The surrounding plate includes at least one third fixing portion, a top portion of the surrounding plate is connected to a bottom portion of the second plate portion, the at least one third fixing portion is connected to an inner side surface of the second plate portion.

In one embodiment, an outer diameter of the through holes are greater than an outer diameter of the air outlets; and/or, the electric fireplace further includes a protective cover, the protective cover is connected to the front panel and covers the through holes; and/or, the mounting surface is formed on a top portion of the device housing assembly, the adjustment assembly and the visual flame device are disposed on the mounting surface on the top portion of the device housing assembly.

According to the electric fireplace of the embodiments of the present disclosure, the at least one adjustment component is provided, specifically, the at least one adjustment component is connected to different positions of the base, or the at least one adjustment component is rotatably connected to the base, or the lifting height of lifting the rear side of the base from the mounting surface is adjustable, so that the base is inclined or lifted with respect to the mounting surface at different angles, in this way, inclined angles of the light-transmitting portion are adjusted, and an angle of the light transmitted from the light-transmitting portion is further adjusted, thereby adjusting a position and the height of the image of the flames on the projection surface. In the present disclosure, users are capable of adjusting inclined or lifted angles of the base with respect to the mounting surface according to actual preferences and requirements, so as to customize the height of the image of the flames on the projection surface. Such personalized experience enables the users to adjust a visual flame effect according to environments and moods, enhancing interactivity and attraction of the electric fireplace. Meanwhile, the adjustment assembly is capable of changing brightness and clarity of the image of the flames on the projection surface through adjusting the light-transmitting angles of the light-transmitting portion. In addition, an adjustment mode of the electric fireplace is simple and intuitive to operate, the users may adjust the inclined or lifted angles of the base with respect to the mounting surface through easy operation to achieve adjustment of the visual flame effect, thereby improving user friendliness and use convenience of the electric fireplace.

In a coordinate system shown in, a height direction Z-Z, a front-back direction Y-Y, and a left-right direction X-X are defined, the height direction Z-Z, the front-back direction Y-Y, and the left-right direction X-X are perpendicular to each other.

The housingincludes a mounting surfaceand a projection surface. The housingdefines an assembly groove (not shown in the drawings) having at least one front opening, and both the mounting surfaceand the projection surfaceare disposed in the assembly groove. For example, all of a front side, a left side, and a right side of the assembly groove may define a corresponding opening.

In some embodiment, please refer to, the housingincludes a mounting plate, a back plate, and a top plate. The mounting plateand the top plateextend in a horizontal direction and are disposed at intervals in the height direction Z-Z. The back plateextends in the height direction Z-Z, and two opposite sides of the back plateare respectively connected to the mounting plateand the top plate. In this way, after the mounting plate, the back plate, and the top plateare mounted and fixed, the mounting groove is jointly formed, and the mounting surfaceand the projection surfaceare further formed. It can be understood that, the mounting surfaceis formed on a top portion of the mounting plate, and the projection surfaceis formed on the inner side surface of the back plate. Certainly, in some other embodiments, a projection plate is disposed in the assembly groove, and the projection surfaceis formed on the projection plate.

Please refer to, the virtual flame deviceincludes a base, an artificial fuel bed, a reflective assembly, and a light source (not shown in the drawings), the baseis disposed on the mounting surface, and a light-transmitting portionis disposed at a rear side of the base. The artificial fuel bedis disposed on the base, the artificial fuel bedand the baseare enclosed to form an assembly cavity. Both the reflective assemblyand the light source are disposed in the assembly cavity, the reflective assemblyis configured to reflect or refract light emitted by the light source, after reflecting or refracting, the light passes through the light-transmitting portionand is projected onto the projection surface, so as to generate the image of the flames on the projection surface.

It should be noted that, according to the embodiments of the present disclosure, in a working process of electric fireplace, the artificial fuel bedgenerates a flame-like effect, thereby creating a flame-like effect. The artificial fuel bedincludes, but is not limited to, artificial firewood, stone, charcoal, etc., and is mainly configured to simulate texture and color of firewood, shape and gloss of stones, etc. Specific forms of the artificial fuel bedare not limited in the present disclosure.

Please refer to, the heating deviceis disposed in the assembly groove, the heating deviceincludes a device housing assembly, a fan, and a heating component. The device housing assemblyincludes an air duct, air return ports, and air outlets, the air return portsand the air outletsare communicated with the air duct. The fanand the heating deviceare disposed in the air duct, and the heating componentis disposed at an air outlet side of the fan. When the electric fireplaceworks, the fandrives external airflow to enter the air duct from the air return ports, a temperature of the external airflow is adjusted after passing through the heating component, and then flows to indoor environments through the air outlets, thereby achieving a purpose of heating air in the space.

In some embodiments, an orientation of the air outletsis the horizontal direction. Due to a fact that the air flows more stably in the horizontal direction, unnecessary airflow disturbance and noise are reduced, and a working efficiency and comfort of the electric fireplaceare improved. Optionally, in some embodiments, the air outletsface downward. For example, in some installation environments, a requirement of a sideward outlet direction of the air cannot be met, and in this case, a downward outlet direction of the air is selected. Flexible adjustment in a facing direction of the air outletsis achieved through using various assembly accessories and interfaces to meet actual requirements of different users or different scenarios.

Please refer to, the adjustment assemblyincludes at least one adjustment component, the at least one adjustment componentis mounted on the mounting surfaceand supports the base, so as to lift the rear side of the basefrom the mounting surface. The at least one adjustment componentis connected to different positions of the base, or the at least one adjustment componentis rotatably connected to the base, or a lifting height of lifting the rear side of the basefrom the mounting surfaceis adjustable, different supporting angles between the baseand the mounting surfaceare obtained. In this way, the adjustment assemblyis capable of lifting the rear side of the basefrom the mounting surfaceat different angles, so as to adjust the height of the image of the flames on the projection surfacethrough adjusting light-transmitting angles of the light-transmitting portion.

It should be noted that a connection form between the at least one adjustment componentand the baseare set in combination or alternatively set.

According to the electric fireplaceof the embodiments of the present disclosure, the adjustment assemblyis provided, so that the baseis inclined or lifted with respect to the mounting surfaceat different angles, in this way, inclined angles of the light-transmitting portionare adjusted, and an angle of the light transmitted from the light-transmitting portionis further adjusted, thereby adjusting a position and the height of the image of the flames on the projection surface. In the present disclosure, the users are capable of adjusting inclined or lifted angles of the basewith respect to the mounting surfaceaccording to actual preferences and requirements, so as to customize the height of the image of the flames on the projection surface. Please refer to, when the adjustment assemblysupports the visual flame deviceat a middle of the base, a first included angle between the visual flame deviceand the baseis α, please refer to, the adjustment assemblysupports the visual flame deviceat a tail portion of the base, a second included angle between the visual flame deviceand the baseis β. It can be seen that the first included angle α is greater than the second included angle β, that is, the different positions of the baserefer to different positions of the basein the front-back direction Y-Y, in this way, the adjustment assemblyis capable of lifting the rear side of the basefrom the mounting surfaceat different angles through moving the at least one adjustment componentin the front-back direction Y-Y with respect to the visual flame device.

In some embodiments, the at least one adjustment componentincludes a supporting portionand a first fixing portion, the first fixing portionis connected to a first side of the supporting portion, the first fixing portionis fixed with the base, and a second side of the supporting portion abuts against the mounting surface. When assembling, the first fixing portion is fixed to the different positions of the base, so as to adjust a lifting height and a lifting angle of lifting the rear side of the basefrom the mounting surfaceby the supporting portion, thereby further adjusting the height of the image of the flames on the projection surface.

Further, please refer to, in order to facilitate the at least one adjustment componentto fix with different positions of the base, the first fixing portionincludes a first adjustment structure, the baseincludes a second adjustment structure (not shown in the drawings), the first adjustment structureis matched and fixed with the second adjustment structure, so as to support the rear side of the baseat different angles.

In order to improve assembly stability of the at least one adjustment componentand the housing, please further refer to, the at least one adjustment componentfurther includes a second fixing portion, the second fixing portionis connected to one end of the supporting portionaway from the first fixing portion. The second fixing portionis provided to increase supporting points of the at least one adjustment componentsupported on the mounting surface, so that shaking and loosening of the at least one adjustment componentin a supporting process is reduced, which ensures that connection between the at least one adjustment componentand the housingis firmer and more reliable. In addition, the second fixing portionis capable of more evenly distributing pressure in an assembly process. In this way, a risk of local stress concentration is reduced, and overall structural strength and durability of the at least one adjustment componentand the housingare improved.

In order to further improve connection stability between the at least one adjustment componentand the housing, the second fixing portionincludes a third adjustment structure, the mounting surfaceincludes a fourth adjustment structure (not shown in the drawings), the third adjustment structureis matched and fixed with the fourth adjustment structure. In this way, when the at least one adjustment componentis fixed with the different positions of the base, the at least one adjustment componentis further fixed with different positions of the mounting surface, thereby improving supporting stability when the at least one adjustment componentlifts the rear side of the base from the mounting surfaceat a certain angle.

In order to further improve stability of the at least one adjustment componentthat is assembled with the housingand the base, the adjustment assemblyof the embodiments of the present disclosure further includes a locking device (not shown in the drawings), the locking device includes a first locking component and a second locking component. The first locking component is configured to fix and match the first adjustment structurewith the second adjustment structure, so as to fix the at least one adjustment componentwith respect to the base. The second locking component is configured to fix and match the third adjustment structurewith the fourth adjustment structure, so as to fix the at least one adjustment componentwith the mounting surface. The first locking component and the second locking component are selected from screws or bolts that cooperate with nuts, and in other embodiments, the first locking component and the second locking component are selected from fasteners, etc., which are not limited thereto.

All of the first fixing portion, the supporting portion, and the second fixing portionof the embodiments of the present disclosure are plate-shaped structures, that is, the first fixing portion, the supporting portion, and the second fixing portionare formed by performing a stamping process, a bending process, or other casting processes on a sheet metal component, in this way, s processing manner is simple, a cost is low, and integrity and stability are better.

In some embodiments, the second adjustment structure includes at least two adjustment holes, the at least two adjustment holes are disposed at intervals in the front-back direction Y-Y, and the first adjustment structureis fixed and matched with one of the at least two adjustment holes. The fourth adjustment structure is at least two mounting holes, the at least two mounting holes are disposed at intervals in the front-back direction Y-Y, and the third adjustment structureis fixed and matched with one of the at least two mounting holes.

Since the first fixing portionand the second fixing portionare sheet metal components, the at least two adjustment holes and a mounting housingis facilitated to be disposed at intervals in the front-back direction Y-Y. When assembling, the second adjustment structure is fixedly matched with one of the at least two adjustment holes to relatively fix the adjustment memberat the different positions of the base. When adjusting, the second adjustment structure is adjusted to align with the at least two adjustment holes at different positions, then the first locking component is provided to fix and mount the second adjustment structure, the third adjustment structureis adjusted to be aligned with a corresponding mounting hole, and the third adjustment structureand the corresponding mounting hole are locked through the second locking component. Such adjustment mode is simple, a fixing mode thereof is firm, which is convenient for fixing after adjustment. In other embodiments, both the second adjustment structure and the third adjustment structureare assembly holes, and certainly, the second adjustment structure and the third adjustment structuremay be design to each include at least two assembly holes.

In some embodiments, one of the first adjustment structureand the second adjustment structure is a first adjustment groove, and another one of the first adjustment structureand the second adjustment structure is connected and matched with different positions of the first adjustment groove, so that the at least one adjustment componentis capable of fixing with different positions of the base. One of the third adjustment structureand the fourth adjustment structure is a second adjustment groove, and another one of the third adjustment structureand the fourth adjustment structure is connected and matched with different positions of the second adjustment groove. After the first adjustment structureor the second adjustment structure is adjusted with respect to the first adjustment groove, the first locking component is provided to fix the first adjustment structureor the second adjustment structure with a corresponding position of the first adjustment groove. Then, the second locking component is provided to fix the third adjustment structureor the fourth adjustment structure with a corresponding position of the second adjustment groove.

In some embodiments, the first adjustment structureis a first buckle tongue, the second adjustment structure includes at least two first clamping grooves, and the at least two first clamping grooves are disposed at intervals in the front-back direction Y-Y. The at least one adjustment componentis fixed with the different positions of the basethrough respectively clamping the first buckle tongueto the least two first clamping grooves. Alternatively, the first adjustment structureincludes the at least two first clamping grooves, and the second adjustment structure is the first buckle tongue. The third adjustment structureis a second buckle tongue, the fourth adjustment structure includes at least two second clamping grooves, and the at least two second clamping grooves are disposed at intervals in the front-back direction Y-Y. The at least one adjustment componentis fixed with the different positions of the mounting surfacethrough respectively clamping the second buckle tongue to the least two second clamping grooves. Alternatively, the third adjustment structure includes the at least two second clamping grooves, and the fourth adjustment structure is the second buckle tongue.

In some embodiments, please refer to, one end of the at least one adjustment componentis rotatably connected to the base, and the rear side of the baseis lifted from the mounting surfaceat different angles through adjusting an included angle between the at least one adjustment componentand the base. It can be understood that the at least one adjustment componentis selected to be a plate member rotatably connected to the basethrough a rotating shaft, a damping structure is disposed on the rotating shaft, and a swing angle between the at least one adjustment componentand the baseis adjusted through the damping structure.
