A mechanical transmission device base used for replaceable toy model is provided, where a toy model is placed on the base, the base includes an upper shell assembly and a lower shell assembly, a pair of quick-dismantling assemblies, a servo assembly, and a PCB of base are set between the upper shell assembly and the lower shell assembly; the toy model is set on the mechanical transmission device base by male snaps of the quick-dismantling assemblies. This application is based upon and claims priority to Chinese Patent Application No. 202410692705.8, filed on May 31, 2024, the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.

The present invention relates to a technical field of base of toy model, specifically, relates to a mechanical transmission device base used for replaceable toy model.

In the prior art, toys with the same size as a toy model of the present invention can only be operated by manually bending their joints, they are unable to act, pose in different shapes, or make different postures independently, lacking fun and a sense of technology.

A Chinese utility model patent with patent announcement number CN205699418U discloses a toy base, the toy base includes a base and a controller of IC circuit, a transmission rod is rotatably fixed on the base, an external toy model is cooperatively mounted on two ends of the transmission rod of the base, one end of a first spring assembly is fixed on an opposite direction of a pop-up direction of the external toy model, and the other end of the first spring assembly is fixed on the transmission rod, a limiting assembly of the base is used for limiting pop-up of the external toy model, and it is detachably fixed on the external toy model, a drive assembly is connected with the limiting assembly, and when it is started, it drives the limiting assembly break away with external toy model, a start assembly used for starting the drive assembly is set on the base, the toy base has high playability and compatibility, can be compatible with different types of animal models, and is suitable for adults and children to play with. However it can only control sound of animal toy model and motion of the whole toy, its functions are relatively limited.

A Chinese utility model patent with patent announcement number CN220218563U discloses a robot base with convenient installation, the robot base includes a fixing mechanism, the fixing mechanism includes a T-shaped groove, a T-shaped block is movably connected in the T-shaped groove, a first rotating shaft is movably connected in a fixing column, a clamping piece is fixedly connected to the top of the first rotating shaft; the robot base also includes a moving mechanism, the moving mechanism includes a connecting seat, four sets of universal wheels and screw threads post fixedly connected with the bottom of a support board, bottom of the screw threads is movably connected with supporting feet. Through setting of a splicing block and a first threaded rod, the robot base facilitates horizontal splicing between multiple fixed mechanisms, and through setting of a splice groove, a connecting block and a second threaded rod, the robot base facilitates vertical splicing between multiple fixed mechanisms, and the robot base is convenient for freely combining robots of various sizes, easily disassembling and assembling robots of various sizes. However the robot base can only be used for disassembly and assembly of robots, and can't control other functions of robots.

In order to overcome defects in the prior art, a purpose of the present invention is to provide a mechanical transmission device base used for replaceable toy model, which solves the problems that toys with the same size as a toy model of the present invention can only be operated by manually bending their joints, be unable to act, pose in different shapes, or make different postures independently, and lack fun and a sense of technology in the prior art.

To realize the foregoing purposes, a scheme of the present invention is as follows.

The present invention provides a mechanical transmission device base used for replaceable toy model, the base supports installation, playing, replacement and disassembly of various types of toy models which match with the base; the base can drive internal mechanisms of different toy models to act by motion of internal servo, realizing independent action of the toy models.

Preferably, a toy model is placed on the base, the base includes an upper shell assembly and a lower shell assembly, a pair of quick-dismantling assemblies, a servo assembly, and a printed circuit board (PCB) of base are set between the upper shell assembly and the lower shell assembly; the toy model is set on the mechanical transmission device base by male snaps of the quick-dismantling assemblies. When the toy model is installed, it is locked by the male snaps to keep stable fixation on the base; top bars are set on the top of the servo assembly, a mushroom male snap is set on each top bar, the mushroom male snaps are matched with mushroom female snaps, the internal mechanism of the toy model is driven to act by servo motion of the top bars of the servo assembly, so as to realize independent action of the toy model, such as turning head, turning waist, raising hands, blinking, opening mouth, sticking tongue, moving ears, and posing, etc for character; taking off, flying, and opening and closing cabin for plane; and moving, rotating battery, and shooting shells for tank.

In any of the above solutions, it is preferred that each quick-dismantling assembly includes an upper shell of quick-dismantling assembly and a lower shell of quick-dismantling assembly, a button is set on the upper shell of quick-dismantling assembly, and a vertical compression spring is set between the upper shell of quick-dismantling assembly and the button.

In any of the above solutions, it is preferred that a jacking piece is set on the inside of the button, a gear is set between the button and the jacking piece; the male snap is set on the inside of the upper shell of quick-dismantling assembly by a horizontally compression spring. When a toy mode needs to be changed, each button is pressed down, the button presses down the male snap and pushes the male snap backwards, then the toy model is unlocked; at the same time, the jacking piece is jacked up by meshing transmission of a gear and a rack between the button, the gear and the jacking piece, then the toy model is jacked up and separated from the base.

In any of the above solutions, it is preferred that the bottom of the toy model is equipped by mushroom female snaps; the servo assembly includes multiple servos, several top bars are set on the top of the servo assembly, every top bar passes through a corresponding hole on a upper shell of the upper shell assembly; a mushroom male snap is set on each top bar, the mushroom male snaps are matched with the mushroom female snaps, independent action of the toy model is realized by servo motion of the top bars of the servo assembly.

In any of the above solutions, it is preferred that the bottom of the toy model is also equipped by a PCB of toy model, the PCB of base is equipped by a connecting finger, the connecting finger passes through a corresponding hole on the upper shell and then connects with the PCB of toy model, making the toy model can be identified and perform a corresponding command of action.

In any of the above solutions, it is preferred that a touch switch is set on the front of the upper shell assembly, an user can issue a command and interact with the base and the toy model by touching the touch switch which is on the front of the base.

In any of the above solutions, it is preferred that the lower shell assembly includes a lower shell, the PCB of base is set on the lower shell, a slide switch, a light guide of indicator light of switch, a loudspeaker, and a bracket of loudspeaker are set between the PCB of base and the lower shell; batteries, a battery cover, V-shaped mats, and circular mats are set on the bottom of the lower shell, the batteries can be replaced by opening the battery cover on the bottom of the lower shell.

In summary, the mechanical transmission device base used for replaceable toy model of the present patent has the following advantages: the toy model is fixed by the male snaps of the quick-dismantling assembly; by pressing down the buttons of the quick-dismantling assemblies, the male snaps and the jacking pieces in the quick-dismantling assemblies cooperate to make the toy model separate from the base; by fixing the mushroom male snaps of the top bars of the servo assembly which are exposed in the middle of the base with the mushroom female snaps on the bottom of the toy model, the independent action of the toy model is realized through servo motion of the top bars of the servo; by connecting the connecting finger on the PCB of base which is exposed in the middle of the base with the PCB of toy model, the toy model is identified and performs corresponding command of action; by touching the touch switch on the front of the base, an user can issue a command and interact with the base and the toy model; the present invention can realize acting, posing in different shapes, and making different postures independently for toy model with the same size.
