After the first support legand the second support legare assembled, the long rod boltspenetrate through the connecting crossbar, the upper connecting plate, the lower connecting plate, and the first support legor the second support legin sequence to assemble and limit the first support legand the second support leg, so that misalignment of the first support legand the second support legis avoided. The transverse brace rodcan be fixed to the side of the connecting crossbarthrough the fixed bolts, so that the transverse brace rodis locked conveniently. By designing the transverse brace rod, it can provide auxiliary support to the bottom end of the chair seatto a certain extent. The left and right transverse brace rodsare connected through the auxiliary supporting frame bar, so that the supporting area is expanded. There is a distance between the auxiliary supporting frame barand the sitting surface of the chair seat. When the sitting surface of the chair seatinclines, the auxiliary supporting frame barcan support the bottom end of the sitting surface of the chair seat, so that the comfort of sitting on the chair seatis guaranteed. Moreover, the auxiliary supporting frame barlimits the maximum inclination angle of the sitting surface of the chair seat, preventing the chair seatfrom tipping over.
When the supporting columnis abutted to the insert shaft, the insert shaftmay be directly inserted into the supporting column. The shaft end of the bayonet lockpenetrates through the supporting columnand is then inserted into the insert shaftfor locking, so that the abutting convenience of the insert shaftand the supporting columncan be guaranteed. The rubber gasketis embedded into the groove of the bayonet lock, so that the rubber gasketabuts against the inner wall of the slot of the insert shaft, so that the inserting stability of the bayonet lockis improved. The shaft end of the thread rotary knobabuts against an outer side of the threaded hole of the supporting column, and the thread rotary knobis rotated, so that the shaft end of the thread rotary knobmoves rotatably in the supporting column. The shaft end of the thread rotary knobmoves to drive the bayonet lockto move, so as to control a depth to which the bayonet lockis inserted into the slot of the insert shaft, guaranteeing the abutting stability of the supporting columnand the insert shaft. When the side plateis mounted, the clamping blockis inserted into the limiting groove of the side of the supporting columnfrom top to bottom, so that the side platecan be preliminarily limited and assembled. Moreover, the third screwpenetrates through the side plateand then can be inserted into the threaded hole of the fixed blockfor locking, so that the mounting stability of the side plateis guaranteed. The buffer springscan support the fixed plate. When a user sits on the sitting surface of the chair seat, the chair seatinclines slightly. The buffer springscan support and buffer the chair seat. When the chair seatloses the pressure, the elastic force of the buffer springscan assist the chair seatto reset.
The working principle is as follows: when the chair underframeneeds to be integrally detached, as shown in,,, and, the transverse brace rodscan be separated from both ends of the connecting crossbaras the plurality of groups of fixed boltsare detached from the connecting crossbarand the transverse brace rods. In this case, the long rod boltsare taken out from surfaces of the fixed bolts, so that the connecting crossbaris separated from the upper connecting plateand the lower connecting plateis separated from the first support legand the second support leg. The positioning boltis rotated, so that the positioning boltcan disengage from the upper connecting plateand the lower connecting platein sequence, and the upper connecting platesare separated from each other. Furthermore, the positioning boltis continuously pulled, so that the positioning boltcan disengage from the center positions of the first support legand the second support leg. The first screwsand the second screware taken from the interior of the chair underframe, so that the first support legand the second support legcan be separated from the chair underframe;
The basic principle, main features, and advantages of the disclosure are shown and described above.
