According to a first aspect of the present application, provided is a mounting bracket for a window air conditioner, which includes support body, a support leg and a sliding piece. The support body is configured for supporting the window air conditioner. The support body is provided with a sliding groove extending in the length direction of the support body. One end of the support leg is connected to the support body and provided with a perforation, another end of the support leg is configured to support on a wall. The sliding piece passes through the sliding groove and the perforation to connect the support body and the support leg. One end of the support leg slides to a preset position in the sliding groove through the sliding piece.

According to a second aspect of the present application, provided is a window air conditioner assembly, which includes a window air conditioner; and the mounting bracket for the window air conditioner mentioned above, the support body supporting the window air conditioner.

Hereinafter, the technical solutions in some embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described with reference to the accompanying drawings in some embodiments of the present application. Obviously, the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present disclosure, but not all embodiments. Based on the embodiments of the present application, all other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art without creative work fall within the scope of protection of the present application.

Embodiments of the present application are described in detail below, and the embodiments described with reference to the accompanying drawings are exemplary.

As shown in, some embodiments of the present application provide a window air conditioner assembly. The window air conditioner includes a mounting bracketand a window air conditioner. The mounting bracketis mounted on a window sill or a window frame. The window air conditioneris positioned on the mounting bracketand fixed to a window sill or window by the mounting bracket. The mounting bracketcan flexibly adjust the fixed position of the mounting bracketand the wall according to different installation requirements of users, thereby improving the installation convenience and versatility of the mounting bracket.

As shown in, the mounting bracketfor the window air conditioneraccording to the embodiment of the first aspect of the present application includes a support body, a support legand a support foot. The support bodyis configured for supporting the window air conditioner. One end of the support legis connected to the support body. The support footis connected to the other end of the support leg. The support footis configured to be supported on a wall. The number of the support legs may be one or more.

For example, the support bodymay be connected to the window frame or window sill, the support bodyextends out of the window, and the window air conditioneris placed on the support body. The support bodyis connected to one end of the support leg, and one end of the support legand the support bodycan be connected after rotation, that is, one end of the support legand the support bodyhave a connected state and a non-connected state, when the two are in the connected state, one end of the support legis connected to the support body, and there is a certain angle between the support legand the support body, which facilitates the formation of a stable triangular structure with the wall, enhancing the stability of the support. When the two are in a non-connected state, one end of the support legcan slide and rotate relative to the support body, and the sliding can facilitate the adjustment of the connecting position of the support leg and the support body, and the rotation can facilitate the switching between the support leg and the support body at different angles and states.

The other end of the support legis supported on the wall by the support foot, the support footcan be rotated relative to the other end of the support leg, and has a supporting state and a storage state. When in the supporting state, the support footforms an angle with the support leg, and the support footis supported on the wall.

When in the storage state, the support footforms a flat angle with the support leg, which can further facilitate storage.

In this way, a closed and stable force-bearing structure can be formed by the wall, the support foot, the support legand the support body, thereby forming an effective and stable supporting effect on the window air conditionerpositioned on the support body.

The support legis rotatable relative to the support body, and when the mounting bracketis in the transportation or storage state, the support legcan be rotated to an angle approximately parallel to the support bodyto fold the support leg, thereby saving the vertical occupied space and facilitating regular placement. When the mounting bracketneeds to be used to support the window air conditioneroutside the window, in this case, the support legis rotated from the storage state substantially parallel to the support bodyto the supporting state having a certain acute angle relationship with the support body, that is, in this situation, a stable triangular force-bearing structure is formed between the support leg, the support bodyand the wall, so that the mounting bracketcan form a stable support for the window air conditioner.

In some embodiments, as shown in, the support bodyis provided with a plurality of first mounting holes, and the plurality of first mounting holesare provided at intervals in the front-rear direction of the support body(that is, the length direction of the support body). Each of the first mounting holesextends through the bottom surface of the support bodyfrom the top surface of the support body. The top surface of the support bodyrefers to a face of the support bodythat faces away from the support leg. The bottom surface of the support bodyrefers to a face of the support bodythat faces towards the support leg. The bottom and top surfaces of the support bodyare two opposite faces in the up-down direction.

The mounting bracketfurther includes a fastener. The fastenercan pass through one of the plurality of first mounting holesfrom top to bottom to be detachably connected to the support body, enabling the support legto be mounted from the front surface of the support body.

One end of the support legis provided with a second mounting hole. The fastenerpasses through one of the plurality of first mounting holesand the second mounting hole.

For example, the fastenercan selectively pass through one of the plurality of first mounting holeson the support bodyand the second mounting holeon the support leg, thereby integrating the support bodyand the support leginto a single unit, which facilitates the adjustment of the connection position of the support legon the support body, and thus flexibly adjusts the reasonable position of the support legconnected to the support bodyaccording to the distance between the length of the support legand the wall position, thereby improving the practicality and versatility of the mounting bracket.

Both the first mounting holeand the second mounting holeare opened in the vertical direction, as compared with the conventional arrangement of the mounting bracket(the mounting holes are opened in the left-right direction), this configuration allows the user to observe the installation status of the fastenerconveniently (since the mounting bracketis on the outside of the wall when the window air conditioneris installed, while the user is on the inside of the wall, making it easier to observe in a front view than a side view), thereby reducing the installation difficulty of the mounting bracketand improving the installation convenience.

In some alternative embodiments, as shown in, the support bodyis provided with a sliding groove. The sliding grooveextends in the front-rear direction of the support body. One end of the support legis provided with a perforation. With such an arrangement, the sliding grooveextending in the front-rear direction (that is, the length direction of the support body) can be formed on the support body.

The mounting bracketfurther comprises a sliding piece. The sliding pieceextends through the sliding grooveand the perforationto connect the support bodyand the support leg. One end of the support legis adapted to slide to a preset position in the sliding grooveby the sliding piecewhen the mounting bracketis not mounted with the fastener.

The sliding pieceextends through the sliding grooveon the support bodyand the perforationon the support leg, so that on the one hand, the support bodyand the support legcan be connected as a whole, and on the other hand, the relative connection position between the support bodyand the support legin the front-rear direction can be adjusted by the sliding of the sliding piecein the sliding groove, so as to achieve the effect of flexibly pre-adjusting the reasonable preset position of the support legconnected to the support bodyaccording to the length of the support legand the distance between the support leg and the wall, thereby enhancing the versatility and adjustment convenience of the mounting bracket.

Furthermore, after the support legslides to a preset position in the sliding grooveby the sliding piece, the fastenerpasses through one of the plurality of first mounting holeson the support bodyand the second mounting holeon the support legto firmly connect the support bodyand the support legas a whole, thereby ensuring the assembly stability and firmness of the mounting bracket.

Accordingly, with the arrangement of the mounting bracket, the relative position of the support legand the support bodycan be flexibly adjusting by sliding according to different mounting requirements of the user, thereby improving the convenience and versatility of mounting the mounting bracket.

According to some optional embodiments of the present application, as shown in, the support bodyincludes at least two support rodsand a connecting rod. The at least two support rodsare arranged at intervals in the left-right direction of the support body. The connecting rodis connected between the at least two support rods.

At least two support rodsare arranged at intervals in the left-right direction of the support body(that is, the width direction of the support body), and the support rodsextend in the front-rear direction of the support body, and the connecting rodsare connected to the other ends of the at least two support rodsaway from the wall, so that the support rodsand the connecting rodscan be connected as a whole, resulting in the increase of the weight and spatial mode of the support rod and the connecting rod, thereby improving the structural strength and torsional rigidity, further improving the structural reliability of the mounting bracket.

A plurality of mounting holesare provided on top of the support rod. A sliding grooveis provided on at least one side of the support rod. With such an arrangement, the support rodmay allow the fastenerand the sliding pieceto extend through, thereby facilitating the adjustment of the position of the support legthrough sliding.

In addition, at least two support rodsand the first connecting rodmay be integrally molded, and as compared with the split connection, such an arrangement can be beneficial to increasing the structural strength of the support body, improving the overall structural consistency of the support body, and can eliminate the need for mutual fixing and mounting steps, thereby effectively improving the structural reliability and assembly efficiency of the support body.

In some optional embodiments, in conjunction with, the support rodincludes a rod main plateand two rod side plates. The rod main bodyis provided with a plurality of first mounting holes. Two rod side platesare respectively connected to opposite sides of the rod main plate. Each of the two rod side platesis provided with a sliding groove.

For example, at least two support rodsspaced apart from each other in the left-right direction may form a symmetrical support structure on both sides of the window air conditioner. Both sides of the rod main platein the left-right direction are bent and connected to the rod side plates, so that the weight and spatial mode of the rod main platecan be increased, and thus the structural strength and torsional rigidity of the rod main platecan be improved.

The rod main plateis provided with a plurality of first mounting holespenetrating in the up-down direction, so that the fastenercan easily extend through the first mounting holeson the rod main plateand the second mounting holeon the support legfrom top to bottom, thereby achieving the position limit of the support legin the front-rear direction.

The sliding grooveextends from one end of the rod side plateto the other end of the rod side plate, but does not penetrate through both ends of the rod side plate. The length of the sliding grooveis slightly less than the length of the rod side plate.

In some embodiments, the support rodfurther includes a rod flange. The rod flangeis connected to an edge of the rod side plate. The rod flangeextends toward a side away from the rod main plate.

The rod flangeis bent and connected to the outer side of the lower edge of the rod side plate, so that the weight and spatial mode of the rod main platecan be further increased, thereby improving the structural strength and torsional rigidity of the support rod, and thus improving the structural reliability of the support rod.

Optionally, in combination with, the rod main plateis provided with a grooveextending in the front-rear direction thereof (that is, the length direction of the rod main plate). The plurality of first mounting holesare provided in the bottom wall of the groove. The head of the fasteneris located in the groove.

The groovecan increase the spatial mode of the support body, thereby enhancing the torsional rigidity of the support body. In addition, since the grooveis lower than the upper surface of the support body, the first mounting holeis opened at the bottom wall of the groove, so that the head of the fastenercan be placed in the groovewithout protruding from the upper surface of the support body, thereby avoiding structural interference with the window air conditionerlocated above the support body, thereby improving the placement stability of the window air conditionerby the support bodyand the rationality of structural design.

In some embodiments, in conjunction with, the sliding pieceincludes a sliding pinand an ejector pin. The sliding pinincludes a pin headand a pin rodThe pin headis connected to one end of the pin rod. The other end of the pin rodis provided with a via. The ejector pinextends through the via.

Optionally, one end of the pin rodis provided with a pin head, and the width of the pin headis greater than the width of the sliding groove, so that the risk that the pin headpasses through the sliding grooveexcessively and causes the support legto fall off from the support bodycan be prevented. The other end of the pin rodis provided with a via allowing the ejector pinto pass through, and the ejector pinpasses through the via, so that the sliding pincan also be prevented from falling off the sliding groove. To sum up, the pin headand the ejector pinwork together to ensure that the sliding pincannot fall off from the sliding groove, thereby improving the sliding stability of the sliding pin.

In addition, the width of the pin rodis smaller than the width of the sliding groove, so that the pin rodcan pass through the sliding groove, and the other end of the pin rodis provided with a via, the ejector pinpasses through the via to form a limiting effect on the slide pinafter the ejector pin.

The pin rodpasses through the sliding groove, the pin headis located on one side of the two rod side plates, and the ejector pinis located on the other side of the two rod side plates.

For example, when the sliding pieceis mounted on the mounting bracket, the pin headand the ejector pinare respectively located on the two rod side plateson both sides of rodin the left-right direction, so that the two rod side platescan have a limiting effect on the pin headand the ejector pin, respectively, thereby preventing the risk of the sliding piecefalling off from the sliding groove.

According to some optional embodiments of the present application, as shown in, the support legincludes a leg main plate, leg side platesand an abutment portion. The leg side platesare respectively connected to opposite sides of the leg main plate. The leg side platesare connected to the support foot.

The perforationis provided on each the leg side plate. The abutment portionis connected to the leg main plate. The abutment portionis bent relative to the leg main plate. The abutment portionis in abutment fit with the support body. The second mounting holeis provided in the abutment portion.

When the support legis open in the supporting state, an upper end of the support legis connected to the support body, the leg side plateat the lower end of the support legis connected to the support foot, and the abutment portionis bent relative to the extending direction of the upper end of the original leg main plate, which can change the extending direction of the leg main plate, enabling the abutment portionto achieve surface contact with the support body, thereby enhancing the force contact area between the support legand the support body, and enhancing the support stability and reliability of the support legrelative to the support body.

After the abutment portionis engaged with the support body, the fastenerpasses through the first mounting holesin the support bodyand the second mounting holein the abutment portionto connect and fix the support bodyand the support leg, thereby improving the connection reliability and arrangement rationality of the support body and the support leg.

In addition, compared with the traditional mounting bracket (when the support leg is rotated in place relative to the support body, the support leg and the support body are in line contact), and after the support legis rotated to the preset position, the support bodyand the support legare in surface contact, so that the force contact area of the support bodyand the support legcan be increased, thereby enhancing the support stability of the support bodyand the support leg, and further improving the support reliability of the mounting bracket.

In some embodiments, as shown in, the support legfurther includes a limiting portion. The limiting portionis connected to the abutment portion. The limiting portionis bent relative to the abutment portion. The limiting portionis in limiting fit with another one of the plurality of first mounting holes.

For example, when the support legis connected to the support body, the limiting portionat one end of the abutment portionextends into the first mounting hole, so that the first mounting holehas a limiting effect on the limiting portionin the front-rear direction, and the mounting stability of the support bodyand the support legin the front-rear direction can be further improved.

According to some alternative embodiments of the present application, as shown in, the fasteneris a screw. A sleeve portionis provided on the lower surface of the abutment portion, and the sleeve portionprotrudes from the lower surface of the abutment portion. The sleeve portionis provided around the second mounting hole, and the screw sequentially passes through the first mounting holeand the second mounting holeand is threaded with the sleeve portion.
