Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the following description, descriptions of “upper”, “lower”, “front”, “rear”, “left”, and “right” directions are based on an orientation of a doll-shaped toy shown in.

is a perspective view of a toy in a first form according to an embodiment of the present invention.is a plan view of the toyshown in, andis a perspective view of the toyshown inas viewed from a bottom side.is a front view of the toyshown inin a second form.

The toycan be transformed into a first formF having an egg-shaped appearance as shown inand a second formF having a doll-shaped appearance, as shown in.

First, the egg-shaped first formF has a configuration in which an internal structure is visible from an outside at a substantially central portion on a front surface side, but portions on left and right side surface sides, a back surface side, and a bottom surface side are covered with an egg-shaped outer shell. Further, as shown in, the toyis configured as a doll body in the second formF, and the doll body resembles a character of a specific fighting hero and is configured to largely move upper limbs and lower limbs as to be described later. A shape of the doll body is not particularly limited and includes various shapes such as a human, an animal, a robot, an insect, and a dinosaur.

As shown in, a configuration of the toyis roughly divided into, for example, first partsconstituting upper limbs, leg portionsconstituting lower limbs, a second partconstituting a body, and a head portion.

The first partsconstitutes the upper limbs as described above and are rotatably supported on left and right sides of the second partvia shoulder connecting portions. Further, each of the first partsincludes, for example, a first sub-partresembling an upper arm, and a second sub-partresembling a forearm rotatably supported on the first sub-partvia an elbow connecting portion.

The first sub-partof the upper arm includes an upper arm portionresembling a shape of the upper arm, and a first outer shell portioncovering an outer side and a rear side of the upper arm portionThe second sub-partof the forearm includes a forearm portionresembling a shape of the forearm and a second outer shell portioncovering an outer side and a rear side of the forearm portionAs shown in, the first sub-partsand the second sub-partsconstitute an outer shell on both ends (both left and right end sides in the drawing) in a long axis direction of the egg shape of the toyin the first formF.

In the first formF, as shown in, the first outer shell portionsof the first sub-partsand the second outer shell portionsof the second sub-partsconstitute an outer shell on both left and right end portions in the long axis direction of the egg shape divided in a front-rear direction. Regarding an outer surface of the outer shell, the left and right surfacesformed by the first and second outer shell portionsandform curved surfaces continuous with outer surfaceof the second part.

In the first formF, as shown in, the toycan be placed on a placement portion. As shown in, a bottom surface portion (a portion in contact with the placement portionin) in the first formF has a substantially flat structure although slight unevenness is provided. A body portion bottom surfaceand a waist portion upper surfaceconstituting the bottom surface portion in the first formF constitute a connecting partbetween a body portion main partand a waist portionin the second formF (see). Due to the configuration of the bottom surface portion, the toycan be placed on the placement portionwithout rolling in the first formF. In the first formF, a flat surfaceis provided on a part of the curved surface on a right side in(one end surface in the long axis direction of the egg shape). The flat surfaceis formed by, for example, flat surfaces provided on the curved surfaces of the first and second outer shell portionsandSince the flat surfaceis provided, the toycan be placed on the placement portionwith the flat surfaceas a lower surface.

is an exploded perspective view of the toy.

An overall schematic configuration of the toywill be described with reference to.

As shown in, the toyhas a configuration in which each member is connected around the second partof the body. For example, the first partsare connected to both left and right sides of the second part, the leg portionsare connected to a lower end side of the second partvia the waist portion, and the head portionis connected to an upper end side of the second partvia a neck portion.

The second partincludes, for example, the body portion main parthaving a hollow structure divided into front and rear parts, and the shoulder connecting portionsare provided at both left and right ends of a shoulder part of the second part. Each of the shoulder connecting portionsis rotatable about an axis in a left-right direction of the toyand is attached such that, for example, a flange portionis disposed on an inner side of the body portion main part. The shoulder connecting portionis provided with a shoulder connecting protrusionprotruding in a direction orthogonal to the axis on an opposite side of the flange portionThe shoulder connecting protrusionis connected to a shoulder connecting holeon a first partside. Further, the first partcan rotate (rotate in a direction in which the upper limb and the body portion main partopen) about the shoulder connecting protrusion

The head portionis attached to the body portion main partvia the neck portion. For example, a pair of left and right neck shaft portionsof the neck portionare supported by a pair of left and right bearing portionsprovided at an upper end of the body portion main part, and the neck portionis attached rotatably in the front-rear direction and an upper-lower direction. A back lid portionthat can open and close a back side is provided on a rear side of the body portion main part. The head portion, which will be described in detail later, can be accommodated inside the body portion main partby opening and closing the back lid portion.

A lower end of the body portion main partis provided with a waist shaft portionin which a pair of left and right pin-shaped support shafts protrude outward in the left-right direction. A pair of left and right rotation boss portionsof the waist portionare fitted to the waist shaft portionand the waist portionis configured to rotate with respect to the body portion main part. Connecting rod portionswhich are connecting portions corresponding to hip joints of the leg portions, extend to left and right sides of the waist portion, and upper end parts of the leg portionsare connected to spherical portions at tip ends of the connecting rod portionsas to be described later.

is an enlarged exploded perspective view of the first partshown in.

Here, an internal structure of the first partwill be described, but since the left and right first partshave the same configuration, the first parton a right arm side shown inwill be described.

The first sub-partis connected by, for example, fitting a connecting protrusionprotruding from an inner surface of the first outer shell portionand a connecting recess portionformed along a longitudinal direction of the upper arm portionFurther, the second sub-partis connected by, for example, fitting a connecting recess portionformed in a connecting protrusionprotruding from an inner surface of the second outer shell portionand a connecting projection portionformed along a longitudinal direction of the forearm portionAs described above, connecting portionsconfigured by the connecting recess portionand the connecting protrusionand configured by the connecting projection portionand the connecting protrusionand the like each have a configuration extending along the longitudinal direction of the upper limb.
