Detailed Description

Complete technical specification and implementation details from the patent document.

This patent application claims the benefit and priority of Chinese Patent Application No. 2024213948800, entitled “CARRYING PALLET” filed on Jun. 17, 2024, the disclosure of which is incorporated by reference herein in its entirety as part of the present application.

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of pallet structures, and more specifically relates to a carrying pallet.

At present, the existing carrying pallets are usually made of plastic materials and wooden materials. Although plastic pallets and wooden pallets can carry loads and realize loading, unloading, handling, packaging, transportation and storage, the carrying weight is limited. When more than ten tons of articles need to be loaded, the plastic pallets and the wooden pallets cannot carry them, and iron (steel) pallets need to be used. At the same time, the feet of the plastic pallet are usually integrally formed with the pallet body, but the foot of the wooden pallet is only a piece of wood. The distance between an pallet upper and a lower pallet is large when the wood pallets and the plastic pallets are stacked, such that a large space is occupied.

At present, most of the existing standard iron pallets are in the structural forms of the plastic pallets or the wooden pallets. In addition to the above-mentioned shortcomings of the plastic and the wooden pallets, the carrying capacity is only increased by the characteristics of iron materials, but the carrying weight is still limited. When more than ten tons of articles need to be carried, the standard iron pallets on the market can no longer carry the articles, and a special steel frame needs to be manufactured.

Aiming at the disadvantages in the prior art, the present disclosure provides a carrying pallet. The carrying pallet is provided with a first structure, a second structure, a third structure and a fourth structure. The four structural forms are combined to form a frame and a support structure, such that the pallet is of high carrying capacity and other performances. The four structural forms can be freely selected according to needs. Moreover, feet with special structures are adopted, and the distance between an upper pallet and a lower pallet is small when the pallets are stacked, such that the stacked occupation space is small.

To achieve the above purpose, the present disclosure provides the following technical scheme.

A carrying pallet includes a frame, a support structure and multiple feet. The frame includes multiple first beam frames which are connected in sequence in an end to end manner. The support structure includes multiple second beam frames which are distributed side by side and at intervals. Each of the multiple feet is installed between every two adjacent first beam frames of the multiple first beam frames. Each of the multiple first beam frames and the multiple second beam frames respectively adopts any one of a first structure, a second structure, a third structure and a fourth structure.

The first structure includes a first square tube, and the first square tube is internally provided with multiple first columns which are vertically arranged.

The second structure includes a second square tube and a third square tube. The second square tube and the third square tube are arranged one above another. Multiple second columns, which are vertically arranged, are arranged between the second square tube and the third square tube. Two ends of each of the multiple second columns respectively stretch into the second square tube and the third square tube.

The third structure includes a U-shaped profile, and the U-shaped profile is internally provided with a plurality of third columns.

The fourth structure includes an upper L-shaped profile and a lower L-shaped profile. The upper L-shaped profile and the lower L-shaped profile are arranged one above another and multiple fourth columns are arranged between the upper L-shaped profile and the lower L-shaped profile.

Further, a baffle plate is arranged on an outer side of each of the multiple first beam frames respectively.

Further, the carrying pallet further includes a panel. The panel is installed on a top of the frame and a top of the support structure.

Further, a plurality of first auxiliary holes are formed in the panel.

Further, a plurality of second auxiliary holes are formed in a top of the first square tube and a top of the second square tube.

Further, each of the feet includes a guide portion and a support portion located below the guide portion. An opening is formed in a top of the guide portion. The guide portion is internally provided with a stretching space in a shape of a reverse taper. A cavity is formed in the support portion. The cavity is connected with the stretching space. The guide portion is connected with the frame.

Compared with the prior art, the embodiments have the following beneficial effects.

In the embodiment, the first structure, the second structure, the third structure and the fourth structure are arranged, where in the structural form of the first structure, the first column is embedded into the first square tube to form a “rectangular box girder” structure. The first column is wrapped with the first square tube, such that the stability of the first column as a “support pillar” is improved. The first square tube is taken as a main structure for bearing load. The first column is embedded, such that the bending resistance and torsional strength of the first square tube are enhanced. Under the combined action, the integral stability is improved while the carrying capacity is increased.

The structural form of the second structure is a further variation of the structural form of the first structure. The double-layer connected “rectangular box girder” structure is adopted, such that the carrying capacity and integral stability are further enhanced. The second square tube can tightly contact the third square tube, or there is a gap between the second square tube and the third square tube.

The structural forms of the third structure and the fourth structure are high in carrying capacity, simple in overall structure, low in manufacturing process and cost and small in overall weight, and can be applied in small or light-weight pallets.

In the embodiments, the frame, the support structure and the feet are provided. The frame includes the multiple first beam frames. The support structure includes the multiple second beam frames. The multiple first beam frames and the multiple second beam frames can be freely selected according to the needs, and any one of the first structure, the second structure, the third structure and the fourth structure is adopted respectively. By adopting the first structure or the second structure, the pallet can be of the maximum carrying and is high in stability. By adopting the third structure or the fourth structure, the pallet can be relatively low in weight and relatively low in cost under large carrying capacity. Or any combination of the first structure, the second structure, the third structure and the fourth structure is adopted to achieve required functional effects.

At the same time, the foot is provided with the guide portion and the support portion located below the guide portion, and is provided with the opening, the stretching space in a shape of a reverse taper and the cavity, such that when the pallets are stacked, the foot of the pallet can stretch into the stretching space and the cavity of the lower pallet respectively to realize no large space between the upper pallet and the lower pallet during stacking, and the space is effectively saved.
