The invention relates to the field of communication and power distribution line construction technology, and in particular to a pole hole soil sampler.

In the construction of electric power projects, excavation of foundation pits for electric poles and cables is essential. However, in complex terrain, traditional tools such as digging shovels and scoops are usually used for construction. However, the use scope of these traditional tools is limited, and as the pole pit gradually deepens, the labor intensity is high, the labor hours are long, and the efficiency is low.

In addition, traditional digging shovels and scoops often suffer from soil falling from the inside of pole holes due to arm shaking, resulting in low digging efficiency.

Therefore, a pole hole soil sampler is proposed to address the current shortcomings.

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the defects of the technology mentioned hereinabove and provide a pole hole soil sampler.

In order to clarify the purpose, technical solution, and advantages of the embodiments of the invention, a clear and complete description of the technical solution in the embodiments of the invention in conjunction with the accompanying drawings is given hereinafter. Obviously, the described embodiments are a partial embodiment of the invention, not the entire embodiment. The components of the invention embodiments described and illustrated in the accompanying drawings can be arranged and designed in various different configurations.

In the description of the embodiments of the invention, the orientation or positional relationship indicated by the terms “center”, “upper”, “lower”, “left”, “right”, “vertical”, “horizontal”, “inner”, “outer” are based on the orientation or position relationship shown in the accompanying drawings, or the customary orientation or positional relationship when the product of the invention is in use, which is intended only to facilitate the description of the invention and simplify the description, rather than indicating or implying that the indicated device or element must have a specific orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation. Therefore, it cannot be understood as limiting the invention. In addition, the terms “horizontal”, “vertical” and “suspended” do not mean that the components are absolutely horizontal or suspended but may be slightly inclined. For example, “horizontal” only means that its direction is more horizontal relative to “vertical” and does not mean that the structure must be completely horizontal but may be slightly inclined.

In the description of the embodiments of the invention, “multiple” represents at least two.

In the description of the embodiments of the invention, it also should explain that unless otherwise clearly defined and limited, the terms “provided”, “installed”, “connected” and other terms should be interpreted broadly; for example, it can be a fixed connection, it can be a detachable connection, or integrated; it can be a mechanical connection or an electrical connection; it can be a direct connection, or an indirectly connection through an intermediate medium, and it can be an internal communication between two elements or the interaction relationship between two elements.

In combination with theto, a pole hole soil sampler, comprising a support frameand a spoon body. In this embodiment, both the support frameand the spoon bodyare made of metal materials.

The support framehas a U-shaped structure, specifically, the support framecomprises a fixed plateand connecting rodsconnected to both ends of the fixed plate. During implementation, the support frameenables the installation of the spoon bodyinside it.

Further, through holesare provided on one end of the connecting rodsaway from the shovel plate. By setting the through holes, it is possible to achieve a fixed connection between the support frameand the rod body, extending the length of use of the soil sampler;

During specific implementation, placing the end of the long rod body at the position between the connecting rodsand the support frame, and connecting it to the long rod body through the through holeswith screws to achieve a fixed connection between the support frameand the long rod body.

A shovel plateis provided on an upper part of the fixed platealong the length direction. Specifically, the shovel plateis folded towards the side away from the connecting rods, and there is a certain angle between the shovel plateand the fixed plate. The angle between the shovel plateand the fixed plateis set according to the actual situation to facilitate the excavation of soil in the hole by the soil sampler.

The spoon bodyis rotatably provided inside the support frame, and the specific structure of the spoon bodycan be set according to the actual situation. In the embodiment of the invention, the spoon bodyis a hollow structure with an open upper end, and the cross-section of the spoon bodyis triangular.

In the embodiment of the invention, by the cooperation of the support framewith the spoon body, a cofferdam can be formed for the spoon bodythrough the fixed plateand the connecting rodsin the support frame, which can prevent soil from falling out of the spoon bodydue to arm shaking, effectively improving the construction efficiency of the pole hole and reducing labor intensity.

During implementation, through the cooperation between the spoon bodyand the support frame, the excavation of soil in the hole is achieved. At the same time, due to the rotational cooperation between the spoon bodyand the support frame, when excavating the hole wall, the spoon bodycan move towards an inner side of the support frameunder the push of the hole wall, making it convenient for the shovel plateto excavate the hole wall.

Connecting piecesare provided in a middle of the front end of the spoon body; connecting holesthat cooperate with the connecting piecesare provided in a middle lower part of the fixed plate. During implementation, by the active cooperation between the connecting piecesand the connecting holes, the rotational cooperation between the spoon bodyand the fixed platecan be ensured, thereby achieving the rotational setting of the spoon bodyon the inner side of the support frame.

Springsare provided at a bottom of the spoon body, and two ends of the springsextend to the outside of the spoon bodyand are connected to the connecting rods. Specifically, the springis a flexible rod-shaped structure as a whole. The springsare provided along the bottom of the spoon body, and two ends of the springsextend to the outside of the spoon bodyand are respectively connected to the corresponding connecting rods. Through the setting of the springs, the relative position of the spoon bodyin the support framecan be stabilized, and the spoon bodycan be reset during use.

Specifically, hook holesare provided on connecting rods; ends of springsmatched with the hook holesto ensure the firmness of the connection between the end of the springsand the connecting rods.

During implementation, by connecting the springswith the spoon bodyand the connecting rods, the stability of the relative position of the spoon bodyinside the support framecan be ensured. When using the soil sampler to excavate the hole wall inside the hole, the spoon bodymoves towards the inner side of the support frameunder the push of the hole wall, making it convenient for the shovel plateto excavate the hole wall. After excavation is completed, the spoon bodycan be restored to its initial position under the action of the springs.

During the implementation of the invention, before use, a suitable long pole body can be selected according to the depth of the pole hole to be excavated, and the fixed connection between the support frameand the long pole body can be achieved through the setting of the through holes, extending the length of the soil sampler and facilitating the excavation of soil inside the pole hole.

During use, when excavating the soil inside the pole hole, the shovel plateon the fixed plateis used to excavate the soil, and the spoon bodyprovided in the support frameis used to store the excavated soil, in order to excavate the soil inside the pole hole.

The invention and the embodiments thereof are described hereinabove, and this description is not restrictive. What is shown in the drawings is only one of the embodiments of the invention, and the actual structure is not limited thereto. In summary, structural methods and embodiments similar to the technical solution without departing from the inventive purpose of the invention made by inspired ordinary technicians in the art without creative efforts shall all fall within the protection scope of the invention.
