Hereinafter, detailed embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, the spirit of the present invention is not limited to the presented embodiments, and those skilled in the art who understand the spirit of the present invention may easily propose other regressive inventions or other embodiments included in the scope of the present invention through addition, change, deletion, and the like of other components within the same scope of the spirit. However, these embodiments are also included in the scope of the present invention.

is a perspective view illustrating a state in which an interior material for a helmet is separated from a helmet according to a first embodiment of the present invention,is a perspective view of the interior material for a helmet of,is a view for describing an interior of the interior material for a helmet of, andis a view for describing a sliding phenomenon of a helmet when an external impact is applied in a state in which the interior material for a helmet is worn according to the first embodiment of the present disclosure.

Referring to, the interior materialfor a helmet according to the present embodiment includes an interior material bodyand protrusions.

The interior material bodyis formed in an area that may be provided in an inner surface of a helmet, and a buffer partis formed thereon. A location in which the interior material bodyis provided on the inner surface of the helmetis not limited, but in the present embodiment, the interior material bodyis provided at a location in which an upper portion of the head of a user is positioned.

The buffer partis provided as a plurality of buffer parts, which protrude from the interior material body. Meanwhile, since the interior materialfor a helmet according to the present embodiment comes into contact with the upper portion of the head of the user, various widely known materials such as sponges that perform a buffer function may be used for the buffer partfor improving wearing comfort of the user.

Further, the buffer partmay be provided on the interior material bodyin various shapes and arrangements to provide universal wearing comport for a size and shape of the head of the user. In detail, in the present embodiment, the buffer partincludes a central buffer memberlocated at a center of the interior material bodyand a plurality of outer buffer membersarranged to surround the central buffer memberand spaced a certain distance from the central buffer member.

The central buffer memberimproves wearing comfort when the helmet is worn while in contact with a central point of the upper portion of the head of the user. The central buffer membermay be provided as a plurality of central buffer members, which include a first central buffer memberand a second central buffer membersurrounding the first central buffer memberaccording to the present invention. Further, the second central buffer membermay be spaced a certain distance from the first central buffer member

Further, an opening holemay be formed in the central buffer member, and in the present embodiment, four opening holesmay be formed in the second central buffer member. The opening holefunctions to ventilate a space between inner surfaces of the interior materialand the helmet.

Further, protrusions, which will be described below, are provided on the first central buffer member, and the protrusionsare not provided on the second central buffer member

The outer buffer membermay be disposed to be spaced a certain distance from the central buffer memberand may be provided as a plurality of outer buffer members. That is, in the present embodiment, in the interior material body, the plurality of outer buffer membersare spaced a certain distance from each other around the central buffer member, and effective wearing comfort is provided to correspond to the user's head having any of various sizes and shapes.

Further, the outer buffer memberaccording to the present invention includes a first outer buffer memberprovided with the protrusions, which will be described below, and a second outer buffer membernot provided with the protrusions.

Meanwhile, as will be described below, the protrusionmay function to induce sliding between the head and the helmetof the user against an external force applied to the helmetin the event of an accident by minimizing an area in which the head of the user and the interior materialare in direct contact with each other, but may be uncomfortable for the user in terms of the wearing comfort.

Thus, in the present embodiment, the second outer buffer membernot provided with the protrusionmay be provided to increase the wearing comfort, the first outer buffer memberprovided with the protrusionfor inducing slipping or sliding between the head of the user and the helmetin the event of an accident may be provided, and thus both the wearing comfort and stability can be satisfied.

Furthermore, when the first outer buffer memberis provided as a plurality of first outer buffer membersand the second outer buffer memberis provided as a plurality of second outer buffer members, the second outer buffer membersmay be arranged between the plurality of first outer buffer members. Accordingly, when the user wears the helmet, while a slipping or sliding function caused by the protrusionis maintained, a foreign body sensation felt by the protrusioncan be minimized.

The protrusionis provided on at least one of the central buffer memberand the outer buffer member. It is preferable that the protrusionhas a constant thickness and be made of a material that is more rigid than the buffer part. In detail, in the present embodiment, the protrusionmay be made of a silicone material.

Thus, a point at which the protrusionis provided comes into contact with an upper surface of the head of the user prior to the buffer part. Accordingly, as illustrated in, the upper surface of the head H of the user is not in close contact with the buffer part.

In detail, referring to a case ofin which the protrusionis provided and a case ofin which the protrusionis not provided, when the protrusionis not provided, the head of the user is in close contact with the buffer part, but when the protrusionis provided, a small contact cross-section area or a minute area is formed between the head of the user and the interior material. As a result, when an external force is applied to the helmet, a contact area between the head of the user and the inner surface of the interior materialdecreases, and a decreased frictional force is applied. Thus, a possibility of sliding or slipping between the head of the user and the inner surface of the interior materialmay increase according to an external force applied to the helmet, and the external force is prevented from being directly transmitted to the head of the user, and thus the head of the user can be more effectively protected.

Meanwhile, as described above, the protrusionis formed of a material that is more rigid than the buffer partand has a constant thickness, and thus the user may feel the foreign body sensation as compared to a case in which the head of the user is in contact with the buffer part.

Thus, in the present embodiment, the protrusionis provided on the first central buffer membercorresponding to a center of the inner surface of the interior materialand is not provided on the second central buffer membersurrounding the first central buffer member

Further, the plurality of outer buffer memberssurrounding the central buffer memberinclude the first outer buffer memberprovided with the protrusionand the second outer buffer membernot provided with the protrusion.

Furthermore, when the first outer buffer memberis provided as a plurality of first outer buffer membersand the second outer buffer memberis provided as a plurality of second outer buffer members, the second outer buffer membersmay be arranged between the plurality of first outer buffer members

In detail, in the present embodiment, four first outer buffer membersand four second outer buffer membersare provided, and the first outer buffer membersare arranged between the second outer buffer members

As a result, five protrusionsincluding the one protrusionat the center of the interior materialand the four protrusionsarranged at a central portion are arranged on the entire surface of the interior materialto face each other, and thus while the foreign body sensation that may be felt by the user is minimized, and a sliding effect is maximized when an impact is applied to the helmet.

The protrusion in the present embodiment may be formed in a cylindrical shape with a low height like a coin and may have various shapes as in the following embodiments to achieve a sliding effect while minimizing the foreign body sensation of the user as described above.

is a perspective view of a protrusion according to a second embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to, a protrusionaccording to the second embodiment of the present invention includes a first parthaving a first height hand a second parthaving a second height hthat is higher than the first height h.

Further, as will be described below, when the protrusionaccording to the present embodiment is provided on the outer buffer member, a distance between the first partand the central buffer memberis smaller than a distance between the second partand the central buffer member.

is a perspective view of a protrusion according to a third embodiment of the present invention, andis a view illustrating a front surface of the protrusion of.

Referring to, the protrusionof the third embodiment of the present invention includes a first parthaving a first surface area A, a second parthaving a second surface area A, and a third parthaving a third surface area A. Further, the second surface area Ais formed larger than the first surface area A, and the third surface area Ais formed larger than the second surface area A.
