Moreover, the described specific features, structures, materials, or characteristics can be combined in any one or more embodiments or implementations in an appropriate manner.

The following is a detailed description of the disclosure in combination with the attached drawings.

In order to solve the above problems, as shown in, a hair curling deviceis provided.

The hair curling deviceincludes a flexible filling structureand a flexible wrapping layer. The flexible filling structureis in a strip shape and the flexible filling structureis made of a thermal storage material. The flexible wrapping layeris sheathed on the flexible filling structure.

It should be noted that the flexible filling structureof the disclosure is designed to be the strip shape to facilitate the winding of the user's hair. The filling structureis made of the thermal storage material, so that the hair curling devicecan be placed in a microwave oven or other heating devices for heating when in use, this allows the hair curling deviceto reach a temperature of about 50-60° C., and a large wavy curling effect can be achieved after using the hair curling deviceto curl the hair for about 50 minutes, thus the curling process of the entire head of the user can be completed in a short time, greatly improving efficiency. Moreover, due to the use of the thermal storage material, not only can the temperature for curling be maintained, but also the durability of the curly hair can be ensured, making the hairstyle more lasting. The wrapping layeris disposed outside the filling structurefor wrapping, which can also maintain heat effectively, and unlike the electric curling iron, low-temperature heating of the hair curling deviceis not harmful to the hair.

In an embodiment, as shown in, the flexible filling structureincludes a middle partand two curling parts. When the hair curling deviceis in use, the middle partis placed above a head of a user, and the two curling partshang down to ears of the user to wind hair of the user around each of the two curling parts.

It should be noted that, in an embodiment, the middle partis connected and disposed between the two curling parts. When the hair curling deviceis in use, the middle partis first placed on the top of the user's head, at which time the two curling partshang down to two ears of the user. The user's hair is divided into left and right parts from the back of the user's head along a midline, and the left and right parts of the hair are wound on the two curling partssequentially from hair root to hair tail for curling, respectively. The filling structureis easy to use and convenient for the user to wind all the hair.

In an embodiment, as shown in, the middle partis in a flat shape configured to fit on the head of the user.

It should be noted that, preferably, the middle partis designed to be flat. Since the top of the user's head has a certain curvature, a flat design of the middle partcan better conform to the curvature of the user's head, and it can also reduce a thickness of the middle part, which makes the middle partmore flexible, thereby enhancing the comfort for the user.

In an embodiment, each of the two curling partsdefines grooves configured to make a part of each of the two curling partsconcave to form a folded area.

It should be noted that, preferably, the groovesare defined on a middle position of each of the two curling parts. By setting the grooves, the folded areais formed on each of the two curling parts. The folded areais thinner and has high flexibility, which results in good folding performance. The setting of the groovesalso provides the folded space for the folded area. In the hair curling device, each of the two curling partscan be folded, and the middle partcan also be folded, making it convenient to store the hair curling device.

In an embodiment, as shown in, the groovesof each of the two curling partsare arc-shaped grooves, and a number of the groovesof each of the two curling partsis two. The two arc-shaped groovesof each of the two curling partsare symmetrically defined on two sidesof the curling partalong a central axis L of the curling partand are concave towards the central axis L of the curling part.

It should be noted that, preferably, the groovesare designed as the arc-shaped grooves, and the number of the arc-shaped groovesof each of the two curling partsis two, the two arc-shaped groovesare symmetrically defined on the two sidesof the curling part. Opening lines of the arc-shaped groovesare relatively soft, which can prevent damage to the hair during the winding process. The symmetrical setting of the two groovesof each curling partcan reduce the thickness of the folded area to the thinnest, thereby further facilitating the folding of the curling parts.

In an embodiment, as shown in, a cross-section of each of the two curling partsis circular or quasi-circular.

It should be noted that, preferably, the cross-section of each curling partis disposed to be circular or quasi-circular. The cross-section of each curling partis a section perpendicular to the central axis L of each curling part. Preferably, a diameter of the cross-section of the curling partis about 3 centimeters (cm), which results in the hair having a large wavy effect after use. Additionally, a length of the filling structureis about 92 cm, making it suitable for medium to long hair, thereby increasing its applicability.

In an embodiment, as shown in, the hair curling devicefurther includes connection structures, the connection structuresare hair rings, and when the hair curling deviceis in use, the hair ringstie the user's hair tightly onto the two curling parts, respectively.

It should be noted that, in the embodiment, the connection structuresare the hair rings. When the user's hair is wound around the curling parts, the hair ringscan be used to tie the hair tail tightly onto the curling parts, this allows the hair to remain in a wound state and be shaped into curly hair after a period of time. The connection structure, being the hair ring, facilitates flexible use by the user, and the hair ringcan also be used independently in daily life.

In an embodiment, as shown in, the hair curling devicefurther includes connection structures, the connection structuresare two first ties, and the two first tiesare disposed at two endsof the wrapping layer, respectively. After the curling partsare crossed at the back of the user's head, the curling partsare tied tightly at the user's forehead position by the two first ties.

It should be noted that, in the embodiment, the connection structuresare the two first ties, and the two first tiesare disposed at the two endsof the wrapping layer. When the user's hair is wound around each curling part, the curling partscan be wound back around the back of the user's head, crossed at the back of the user's head, and then tied at the user's forehead by the two first ties, thereby forming updo around the user's head, facilitating the user's activities.

In an embodiment, as shown in, the filling structureincludes a first end, a heating partand a second end. When the hair curling deviceis in use, the first endand the second endare connected to form a closed loop, and the hair of the user is wound around the heating part.

It should be noted that, in an embodiment, the filling structureis set to be a short version. When the hair curling deviceis in use, the user selects a section of hair, places the filling structureat the hair tail, and rotates the filling structurefrom the hair tail until it rotates to a vicinity of the hair root, so that the user's hair is wound around the heating partin multiple layers, and finally, the first endand the second endare connected to make the filling structureform a ring (i.e., a closed loop) and the user's hair can be fixed, and the curling effect can be achieved after a period of time. The filling structureis set to be the short version makes it convenient for the user to curl hair in different sections, allowing the user to flexibly use it according to the hairstyle needs. Moreover, a volume of the filling structureis smaller, making it convenient for storage and carrying.
