Referring to, disclosed is an automatically retractable movable seat frame. The automatically retractable movable seat frame includes at least one stretching device. The stretching device includes a linkage mechanism, a leg mechanism, a seat mechanism, and a rotating mechanism. In some implementations, The linkage mechanismincludes a driving elastic member, a rotating rack, and a linkage rack, and the driving elastic memberis assembled between the rotating rackand the linkage rack. The leg mechanismis hinged to a front end of the linkage rack, and a drag linkis hinged between the rotating rackand the leg mechanism. The seat mechanismis hinged to a rear end of the leg mechanism. The rotating mechanismis connected to the rotating rack, configured to drive the rotating rackto rotate, so that the stretching device is switched between a sitting position and a relaxing position. The driving elastic memberis capable of stretching and retracting with the rotation of the rotating rack, and the driving elastic memberdrives the rotating rackto rotate when the rotating rackis rotated to a preset position, so that the leg mechanismis folded. In some implementations, the driving elastic memberstretches and retracts with the rotation of the rotating rack, so that the driving elastic memberis capable of driving the rotating rackto rotate when the rotating rackis rotated to a preset position, so as to achieve the automatic folding of the leg mechanism, which improves the user experience.

Referring to, in some implementations, the leg mechanismincludes a first front link, a second front link, a leg mounting rack, a third front link, and a fourth front link. An end of the first front linkis hinged to a front end of the seat mechanism, the second front linkis hinged between the leg mounting rackand an opposite end of the first front link, the third front linkis hinged between the leg mounting rackand an end of the fourth front linkan opposite end of the fourth front linkis hinged to a front end of the linkage rack, the drag linkis hinged to a middle of the fourth front link, and the opposite end of the fourth front linkextends toward the seat mechanismto form an extension partof the seat mechanism. In some implementations, a corresponding footrest pad may be mounted on the leg mounting rack. For ease of description, in the present disclosure, it is defined that the stretching device is switched from a sitting position to a relaxing position when the rotating rackis rotated clockwise, and the stretching device is switched from the relaxing position to the sitting position when the rotating rackis rotated counterclockwise. In some implementations, upon switching from the sitting position to the relaxing position, the rotating mechanismdrives the rotating rackto rotate clockwise, the rotating rackdrives the fourth front linkto rotate upward by the drag link, the third front linkextends forward driven by the fourth front linkand drives the first front linkto rotate upward, and the second front linkextends forward driven by the first front linkto drive the leg mounting rackto be flipped upward and drive the corresponding footrest pad to be flipped upward. Furthermore, as the rotating rackis rotated clockwise, the rotating rackdrives the driving elastic memberto stretch and retract, so that the driving elastic membercan provide a force in a direction of stretching and retraction to the rotating rack. The force in a direction of extension and retraction to the rotating rackprovided by the driving elastic membercan pull the rotating rackto rotate counterclockwise when the rotating mechanismdrives the rotating rackto rotate to a preset position, the rotating rackdrives the fourth front linkto rotate downward by the drag link, the third front linkis folded backward driven by the fourth front linkand drives the first front linkto rotate downward, the second front linkis folded backward driven by the first front link, so that both the leg mounting rackand the front extension mounting rackare rotated downward, so as to achieve the automatic folding of the leg mechanism, which improves the user experience.

Referring to, in some implementations, the driving elastic memberincludes at least one driving spring, and the driving spring is assembled between the rotating rackand the linkage rack. In some implementations, a first mounting pin is mounted between the rotating rackand an end of the driving spring, a second mounting pin is mounted between the linkage rack and an opposite end of the driving spring. In some implementations, the rotating rackis capable of driving the driving spring to stretch when the rotating mechanismrotates the rotating rack, that is, the rotating rackdrives the driving spring to be elastically deformed, so that the driving spring can provide a force in a stretching and retraction direction to the rotating rackby the first mounting pin, thereby driving the rotating rackto rotate, so as to achieve the automatic folding of the leg mechanism. Further, the preset position may be any one or more corresponding positions between the switch process from the sitting position to the relaxing position of the rotating rack.

Referring to, in some implementations, the automatically retractable movable seat frame further includes a front extension mounting rack, and both the second front linkand the third front linkare hinged to the front extension mounting rack. In some implementations, the front extension mounting rackis provided with an extension pad. The rotating mechanismdrives the rotating rackto rotate clockwise when it is switched from the sitting position to the relaxing position, the rotating rackdrives the fourth front linkto rotate upward by the drag link, the third front linkextends forward driven by the fourth front linkand drives the first front linkto rotate upward, the second front linkextends forward driven by the first front link, so that both the leg mounting rackand the front extension mounting rackare flipped upward, both the footrest pad and the extension pad are flipped upward, so that the extension pad is provided between the footrest pad and the seat mechanism, thereby extending the length of the leg mechanismand providing longer support for user's legs, which further improves the user experience.

Referring to, in some implementations, the linkage rackincludes a base, a first linkage rod, a second linkage rod, a third linkage rod, and a fourth linkage rod. A front support armis hinged between the first linkage rodand a front end of the base, a rear support armis hinged between the first linkage rodand a rear end of the base, the rear support armis provided with a restricting pin, a front end of the second linkage rodis hinged to the fourth front link, a rear end of the second linkage rodis hinged to an end of the third linkage rod, an opposite end of the third linkage rodis hinged to the first linkage rodby the fourth linkage rod, and the fourth linkage rodis provided with a restricting groovesnap-fitted with the restricting pin. The restricting pinis separated from the restricting groovewhen an angle between the leg mounting rackin the present position and the leg mounting rackin the sitting position is less than or equal to 40°, and the driving elastic memberis capable of driving the rotating rackto rotate, so that the leg mechanismis folded. In some implementations, the leg mounting rackis flipped over driven by the rotating rackand the corresponding links when the leg mounting rackis retracted backwards or unfolded forwards. The driving elastic membercan pull the rotating rackto rotate counterclockwise by itself when an angle between the current position of the leg mounting rackand the sitting position of the leg mounting rackis less than or equal to 40°, so as to automatically retract the leg mechanism. That is, the corresponding rotating rackis in a preset position when the angle between the current position of the leg mounting rackand the sitting position of the leg mounting rackis less than or equal to 40°. Specifically, referring to, the angle a inis the angle between the current position of the leg mounting rackand the sitting position of the leg mounting rack, the automatically retractable movable seat frame is in a critical position when the angle a is equal to 40°, and the driving elastic membercan pull the rotating rackto rotate counterclockwise by itself, so as to achieve the automatic folding of the leg mechanism. Further, the angle a can be adjusted according to actual needs, so the above angles can be less than or equal to such as 30°, 35°, 50°, and 60°.

Further, the restricting pinis snap-fitted with the restricting groovewhen an angle between the leg mounting rackin the present position and the leg mounting rackin the sitting position is greater than 40°. Specifically, during the forward unfolding of the leg mounting rack, the rotating mechanismdrives the rotating rackto rotate clockwise and drives the second linkage rodto move forward driven by both the fourth front linkand the driving elastic member, so as to drive the second linkage rodto pull the fourth linkage rodto rotate by the third linkage rod. The restricting pinis snap-fitted in the restricting groovewhen the angle between the current position of the leg mounting rackand the sitting position of the leg mounting rackis greater than 40°, so that the force provided by the driving elastic memberto the rotating rackis unable to drive the rotating rackto rotate. Referring to, with the rotation of the rotating rack, the force provided by the driving elastic memberto the rotating rackat this time is able to prevent the counterclockwise rotation of the rotating rack, so that the leg mounting rackcan be reliably stayed in the corresponding position, so as to provide a sufficiently large support force of the leg mounting rackto support the legs of the user.

Referring to, in some implementations, the seat mechanismincludes a seat mounting rack, the seat mounting rackis hinged to a rear end of the first front link, and the extension partof the fourth front linkis hinged to the seat mounting rack. In some implementations, the seat mounting rackmay be mounted with a seat pad. In some implementations, the seat mounting rackis located above the linkage rack. In some implementations, both the leg mounting rackand the front extension mounting rackcan be flipped upward or downward driven by the rotating rackwhen the stretching device is switched between the sitting position and the relaxing position, so as to adjust a slope between the footrest pad, extension pad, and the seat pad, thereby providing the user with a comfortable sitting position.

Referring to, in some implementations, the automatically retractable movable seat frame further includes a backrest mechanism, in which the backrest mechanismincludes a backrest mounting rack, a first rear link, and a second rear link, a front end of the backrest mounting rackis hinged to a rear end of the seat mounting rack, both an end of the first rear linkand an end of the second rear linkare sequentially hinged to the backrest mounting rackin a direction distal to the seat mechanism, an opposite end of the first rear linkis provided with a movable long groove, a sliding pin slides with respect to the movable long groove, and both an opposite end of the second rear linkand a rear end of the second linkage rodare hinged to the sliding pin. In some implementations, the backrest mounting rackis mounted with a backrest pad. Specifically, the second linkage rod, driven by both the fourth front linkand the driving elastic member, drives the sliding pin to slide along the movable long groovewhen the stretching device is switched from the sitting position to the relaxing position, so as to achieve that the backrest mounting rackremains unchanged when the stretching device is switched from the sitting position to the relaxing position. Further, the second linkage roddrives the first rear linkto rotate by the sliding pin when the stretching device is switched between the relaxing position and the lying position, so as to drive the backrest mounting rackto rotate backward or forward about the hinge point between the backrest mounting rackand the second rear link, which achieves the position adjustment of the backrest mounting rack.

Specifically, the rotating mechanismdrives the rotating rackto rotate clockwise when it is switched from the sitting position to the relaxing position, and the rotating rackdrives the fourth front linkto rotate upward about the hinge point between the fourth front linkand the seat mounting rack by the drag link. The third front linkextends forward driven by the fourth front linkand drives the first front linkto rotate upward about the hinge point between the first front linkand the seat mounting rack, and the second front linkextends forward driven by the first front link, so that both the leg mounting rackand the front extension mounting rackare flipped upward. Thus, the corresponding footrest pad and the extension pad are flipped upward, and the second linkage rod, driven by the fourth front link, drives the sliding pin to slide along the movable long groove, that is, the backrest mounting rackremains unchanged when the footrest pad is flipped upward. The rotating mechanismdrives the rotating rackto rotate clockwise when it is switched from the relaxing position to the lying position, the rotating rackdrives the leg mechanismto move forward by the drag linkand pull the second linkage rodto move forward, so that the second linkage roddrives the first rear linkto rotate by the sliding pin, and the backrest mounting rackis driven to rotate backward about the hinge point between the backrest mounting rackand the second rear link, so as to achieve the transformation from a chair to a bed.

Referring to, in some implementations, the automatically retractable movable seat frame further includes a seat link, the seat linkis hinged between a front end of the backrest mounting rackand a front end of the first linkage rod, and a middle of the seat linkis hinged to a middle of the seat mounting rack. Specifically, the seat linkis driven by the backrest mounting rackto rotate upward about the hinge point between the seat linkand the first linkage rod, so that the seat mounting rackis lifted upward during the rotation of the seat linkand the backrest mounting rack, which leads to a reduction in a height difference between the footrest pad, the seat pad, and the backrest pad, providing a better user experience.

Referring to, in some implementations, the rotating mechanismincludes a rotating link, and the rotating linkis fixedly connected to the rotating rack. In some implementations, the rotating linkmay be externally connected with a device such as a handle, whereby the user can manually rotate the rotating linkby means of a device such as a handle, so as to rotate the rotating rackand achieve the switching of the stretching device between the sitting position, the relaxing position, and the lying position. Further, in order to improve the structural strength and the stability of the automatically retractable movable seat frame, there may be provided with two stretching devices, two stretching devices are arranged in parallel, and two ends of one of the rotating linkspass through the seat mounting rackrespectively to be fixedly connected to the corresponding rotating rack, so that two stretching devices can perform position switching synchronously. In some implementations, the driving elastic member may be provided in any one of the stretching devices. The driving elastic member drives the rotating rackon the stretching device when the leg mechanismis automatically folded, at which the rotating rackdrives the rotating rackon the other stretching device through the rotating link.

Provided in the present disclosure is further a sofa, including the aforementioned automatically retractable movable seat frame. Specifically, the automatically retractable movable seat frame forms the main frame of the sofa, and therefore, the switch between positions of the stretching mechanism corresponds to the switch between positions of the sofa.

The technical means disclosed in the solution of the present disclosure are not limited to those disclosed in the embodiments mentioned above but also include technical solutions consisting of any combination of the above technical features. It should be noted that for those skilled in the art, a plurality of improvements and modifications may be made without departing from the principles of the present disclosure. These improvements and modifications are also considered to be within the scope of protection of the present disclosure.
