14 144 145 146 143 144 143 144 143 111 144 15 144 15 145 1451 1453 1451 145 146 1453 144 1453 143 144 146 143 146 143 146 143 141 145 144 146 141 146 141 144 144 146 141 144 146 141 141 144 141 144 Specifically, the retractable cable modulemay include a second circuit board, a torsion spring, and a turntablethat are disposed in the casing, and positions of the second circuit boardand the casingare fixed relative to each other, for example, the second circuit boardis fixedly connected to the casingor the holding part. In addition, the second circuit boardis electrically connected to the first circuit board, for example, the second circuit boardis electrically connected to the first circuit boardthrough lead bonding. The torsion springmay be spiral, and has a first free endand a second free end. The first free endof the torsion springis connected to the turntable, and positions of the second free endand the second circuit boardare fixed relative to each other, for example, the second free endis fixedly connected to the casingor the second circuit board. The turntableis rotatably connected to the casing. For example, one of the turntableand the casingis provided with a rotating shaft, and the other is provided with a shaft hole, to rotatably connect the turntableto the casing. The cableis wound on a periphery of the torsion spring, one of the second circuit boardand the turntableis provided with a contact pin (not shown in the figure), and the other is provided with an annular conductor (not shown in the figure). The contact pin is in contact and conduction with the annular conductor, and the cableis electrically connected to the contact pin or the annular conductor on the turntable, to electrically connect the cableto the second circuit board. For example, the second circuit boardis provided with a contact pin, the turntableis provided with an annular conductor, and the cableis electrically connected to the annular conductor. Alternatively, the second circuit boardis provided with an annular conductor, the turntableis provided with a contact pin, and the cableis electrically connected to the contact pin, to electrically connect the cableto the second circuit board. Certainly, the cablemay alternatively be electrically connected to the second circuit boarddirectly through lead bonding, or the like.
141 146 141 146 143 143 141 15 145 146 10 145 141 143 143 The cablemay be clamped on the turntable. In a process of pulling the cableby a user, the turntableis driven to rotate relative to the casingin a direction, for example, a clockwise direction, to gradually extend out of the casing. In this process, the contact pin is kept in contact with the annular conductor, to ensure the cableto be electrically connected to the first circuit board. In this process, elastic potential energy is stored in the torsion spring, making the turntablehave a trend of rotating anticlockwise. When the user does not need to supply power to an external electronic device through the handheld fanagain, the elastic potential energy can be released by the torsion spring, and the cableextending out of the casingis driven to gradually roll into the casing.
5 FIG. 5 FIG. 14 147 143 146 1461 1463 141 143 146 141 1461 147 146 147 141 143 146 147 143 1463 141 143 146 146 146 146 1461 146 146 1463 a b a b a Refer to. In some implementations, the retractable cable moduleincludes a limiting memberrotatably connected to the casing. The turntablehas a stopping positionand an unlocking position. In a process of pulling the cableout of the casing, when the turntableis driven by the cableto rotate to the stopping positionfor corresponding to the limiting member, rotation of the turntableis limited through the limiting member. When the cableis continuously pulled out of the casingand is configured to drive the turntableto rotate, the limiting memberis rotated relative to the casingand moved to the unlocking position, to gradually wrap up the cableinto the casing.shows a limiting slotand a guide slotthat are correspondingly disposed on the turntable. A slot wall of the limiting slotmay be used as the stopping position, and a joint between the slot wall of the guide slotand a slot wall of the limiting slotis the unlocking position.
146 147 141 147 146 141 146 145 147 146 146 141 141 146 147 146 146 141 146 146 b b b a a b b a The side wall of the guide slotmay be configured to: guide and limit motion of a tail end of the limiting member. In a process of pulling out the cable, the tail end of the limiting memberis continuously moved along the guide slot. When the user no longer pulls the cableto extend out, the turntableis driven by the torsion springto rotate reversely (for example, clockwise), and the tail end of the limiting memberis guided by the side wall of the guide slotto enter the limiting slot, achieving stopping of the cable. When the user continuously pulls the cableto extend out, the turntableis continuously rotated in the original direction (for example, anticlockwise), the tail end of the limiting memberis withdrawn from the limiting slotand enters the guide slot, and therefore, the cablecan be continuously stretched outward. It may be understood that, depths and widths of the guide slotand the limiting slotcan be designed to achieve the foregoing functions. Details are not described in the present application again.
141 143 146 147 146 1461 141 145 147 146 146 141 141 143 146 147 143 146 146 146 1463 146 141 143 141 143 141 147 146 146 1461 1463 1461 1463 b a b b b When the user pulls the cableto extend out of the casingto drive the turntableto rotate, a clamping point at the tail end of the limiting memberis moved along the guide slotto the stopping position. In this case, if the user no longer pulls the cablecontinuously, under action of the torsion spring, the clamping point at the tail end of the limiting memberabuts against the slot wall of the limiting slot, and the turntableis no longer continuously rotated, in other words, stopping effect of the cablecan be achieved. When the user continuously pulls the cableout of the casingto drive the turntableto rotate, the limiting memberis rotated relative to the casingand is withdrawn into the guide slot, and can be switched to the guide slotto continuously move along the guide slot, that is, to reach the unlocking position. The turntablecan be continuously rotated, and the cableis continuously extended out of the casing, or the cablecan be gradually wrapped up into the casing. Effect of stopping and automatic wrap-up for the cablecan be achieved through fitting between the limiting memberand the turntable, thereby improving use convenience. In addition, the turntablemay be provided with two or more stopping positionsand unlocking positions. The stopping positionsmay be in a one-to-one correspondence with the unlocking positions.
147 141 10 147 111 15 147 141 111 147 141 141 111 Certainly, in some other implementations, the limiting membermay be replaced with another structure to achieve stopping effect on the cable. For example, the handheld fanmay include a limiting memberthat movably fits the holding partor the first circuit board, the limiting memberhas a first position and a second position, and the cableis capable of being pulled out of or withdrawn into the holding partat the first position; and at the second position, the limiting memberabuts against the cableand is configured to limit movement of the cablerelative to the holding part.
147 111 147 111 147 141 141 147 111 141 141 111 141 111 147 147 141 141 143 145 146 For example, the limiting memberslidably fits the holding part, and sliding between the limiting memberand the holding parthas proper damping, preventing the limiting memberfrom being easily drawn back. In a process of pulling out the cableby the user, when the cableneeds to be stopped, the limiting memberis pushed to slide relative to the holding partto a position abutting against the cable, namely the second position, achieving stopping of the cableon the holding part. When the user needs to withdraw the cableinto the holding part, the limiting memberis pushed to the first position in a reverse direction. After the limiting memberno longer achieves abutting effect for the cable, the cableis capable of being wrapped up into the casingunder action of the torsion springand the turntable.
147 111 147 147 141 141 147 147 141 141 111 141 111 147 147 141 141 143 145 146 For example, the limiting memberrotatably fits the holding part, and the limiting memberhas an eccentric wheel structure and proper damping, preventing the limiting memberfrom being easily drawn back. In a process of pulling out the cableby the user, when the cableneeds to be stopped, the limiting memberis rotated to the second position, making the eccentric wheel of the limiting memberabut against the cable, to achieve stopping of the cableon the holding part. When the user needs to withdraw the cableinto the holding part, the limiting memberis rotated to the first position in a reverse direction. After the eccentric wheel of the limiting memberno longer achieves abutting effect for the cable, the cablecan be wrapped up into the casingunder action of the torsion springand the turntable.
141 147 145 147 141 Effect of stopping the cablecan be achieved through the two limiting memberstructures, and automatic wrap-up effect can be achieved in combination with the torsion spring, improving user convenience. In another implementation, the limiting membermay alternatively be of another structural form, to achieve stopping effect for the cable.
143 14 10 10 14 145 146 111 15 1451 145 146 1453 145 15 141 145 15 141 15 It may be understood that the casingof the retractable cable moduleis not necessary, and may be omitted to simplify the structure of the handheld fanand improve structural compactness of the handheld fan. For example, the retractable cable moduleincludes the torsion springand the turntablethat is rotatably connected to one of the holding partand the first circuit board. A first free endof the torsion springis connected to the turntable, and positions of a second free endof the torsion springand the first circuit boardare fixed relative to each other. The cableis wound on a periphery of the torsion springand is electrically connected to the first circuit boarddirectly, or the cableis electrically connected to the first circuit boardthrough a contact pin and an annular conductor.
6 FIG. 7 FIG. 8 FIG. 146 148 141 148 141 148 15 151 151 148 141 15 148 151 148 151 14 146 141 141 15 151 148 151 148 141 146 141 146 111 111 146 141 15 145 146 10 145 141 111 111 Refer to,, and. The turntableis provided with a first conductive member, and the cableis electrically connected to the first conductive member. For example, a tail end of the cableis directly soldered to the first conductive member. The first circuit boardis provided with a second conductive member, the second conductive memberis in slidable contact and conduction with the first conductive memberto electrically connect the cableto the first circuit board, one of the first conductive memberand the second conductive memberis a contact pin, and the other is an annular conductor. In an example in which the first conductive memberis a contact pin and the second conductive memberis an annular conductor, the retractable cable moduleincludes a contact pin, the contact pin is disposed on the turntableand is directly electrically connected to the cable, for example, the tail end of the cableis directly soldered to the contact pin to omit intermediate circuit components, and the first circuit boardis provided with the annular conductor. A plurality of annular conductors and a plurality of contact pins may be provided respectively and be in contact and conduction with each other in a one-to-one correspondence manner. The contact pin may be implemented as a pogo-pin to achieve elastic contact between the contact pin and the annular conductor, that is, to achieve elastic contact between the second conductive memberand the first conductive member, thereby ensuring reliability of electrical contact between the second conductive memberand the first conductive member. The cablemay be clamped on the turntable. In a process of pulling the cableby a user, the turntableis driven to rotate relative to the holding partin a direction, for example, a clockwise direction, to gradually extend out of the holding part. During the rotation of the turntable, the contact pin slides relative to the annular conductor and maintains contact with the annular conductor, thereby maintaining the electrical connection between the cableand the first circuit board. In this process, elastic potential energy is stored in the torsion spring, making the turntablehave a trend of rotating clockwise. When the user no longer needs to supply power to an external electronic device through the handheld fan, the elastic potential energy can be released by the torsion spring, and the cableextending out of the holding partis driven to gradually roll into the holding part.
15 111 146 146 15 111 In this implementation, the first circuit boardor the holding partmay be provided with a protruding rotating shaft, and the turntablesleeves the rotating shaft, to rotatably connect the turntableto the first circuit boardor the holding part.

In some implementations, the holding partforms a mounting slotfor limiting the cableand the torsion spring. For example, the mounting slotmay be molded directly in an injection molding process of the holding part. The torsion springand the cableare capable of being wrapped up in the mounting slot, a first free endof the torsion springis connected to the turntable, and positions of a second free endof the torsion springand the first circuit boardare fixed relative to each other, for example, the second free endis fixedly connected to the first circuit boardor the holding part. The cableis wound on a periphery of the torsion springand may be clamped on the turntable. The turntableprovided with the contact pin is disposed corresponding to the mounting slotand is rotatably connected to the holding partor the first circuit boardthrough the rotating shaft, the contact pin is directly electrically connected to the cableto omit intermediate circuit components, the first circuit boardcovers the mounting slotand is fixed to the holding part, and the first circuit boardand the holding partcan form a receiving spacefor limiting the cable, the torsion spring, and the turntable. The contact pin is disposed corresponding to the annular conductor on the first circuit boardand is in contact and conduction with the annular conductor. That is, in a process of rotating the turntablerelative to the holding part, the contact pin maintains contact with the annular conductor, thereby ensuring the electrical connection between the cableand the first circuit board. Due to elimination of the casingand the second circuit boardin the casing, compactness of the internal structure of the handheld fanis enhanced, enabling a more miniaturized design of the handheld fan.

In some other implementations, the casingmay be provided with a through holecorresponding to the turntable, the turntableis rotatably disposed in the casing, the first free endof the torsion springis connected to the turntable, for example, the first free endis clamped on the turntable, positions of the second free endof the torsion springand the casingare fixed relative to each other, for example, the second free endis clamped on the casing, and the cableis wound on a periphery of the torsion spring. The contact pin is exposed outside the casingfrom the through holeand abuts against the annular conductor on the first circuit board, to ensure the electrical connection between the cableand the first circuit boardduring the rotation of the turntable. The retractable cable modulemay still be fabricated as a modular component, facilitating assembly into the holding partand electrical connection to the first circuit board, thereby enhancing assembly efficiency of the handheld fan.

For example, one of the turntableand the surface coveris provided with a rotating shaft, and the other is provided with a shaft hole, to rotatably connect the turntableto the surface cover. An end portion of the rotating shaft may be configured as a compressible and deformable structure, with a width in a normal state greater than that of the shaft hole, such that the rotating shaft can be extruded into the shaft hole and, after recovery of deformation, prevent detachment of the turntablefrom the casing. A diameter of the through holemay be slightly greater than that of the turntable, or the through holeand the turntablemay be in clearance fit, to prevent easy entering of dust, liquid droplets, or other foreign matters into the casingthrough the through hole, thereby ensuring operational reliability of the retractable cable module. This structure can also limit the turntableduring the rotation of the turntablethrough a hole wall of the through hole, thereby preventing poor contact between the contact pin and the annular conductor due to an excessive inclination angle of the turntable.
1431 143 146 1431 143 146 143 146 1431 14 146 146 144 143 146 143 15 14 144 143 10 10 a a a a A thickness of the portion of the bottom coverdefining the through holeis no greater than that of the turntable, that is, a thickness of the bottom coverat an edge of the through holeis no greater than that of the turntable, to reduce a contact area between the hole wall of the through holeand a circumferential surface of the turntableduring the rotation, thereby reducing possible frictional resistance. The bottom coverwith a relatively smaller thickness may also make the structure of the retractable cable modulemore compact in an axial direction of the rotating shaft, while the turntablewith a relatively greater thickness has better structural stability and may enhance rotational stability by utilizing inertia of the turntable. Since the second circuit boardinside the casingis eliminated, at least one of the turntableand the contact pin passes through the through hole, and the annular conductor is disposed on the first circuit board, an overall thickness of the retractable cable modulecan also be reduced compared to the solution of disposing the second circuit boardinside the casing, resulting in a more compact structure, thereby improving compactness of the internal structure of the handheld fanand realizing a miniaturized design of the handheld fan.
15 146 146 141 15 It may be understood that the contact pin may be disposed on the first circuit board, and the annular conductor may be disposed on the turntable. During the rotation of the turntable, this structure can also maintain the electrical connection between the cableand the first circuit board.

The turntablehas a stopping positionand an unlocking position. In a process of pulling the cableout of the holding part, when the turntableis driven by the cableto rotate to the stopping positionfor corresponding to the limiting member, rotation of the turntableis limited through the limiting member. When the cableis continuously pulled out of the holding partand is configured to drive the turntableto rotate, the limiting memberis moved relative to the turntableto the unlocking position, to gradually wrap up the cableinto the holding part. For a stopping principle, a structure, and an unlocking principle of the limiting memberfor the cable, refer to the foregoing content. Details are not described herein again. Effect of stopping the cablecan be achieved through fitting between the limiting memberand the turntable, and automatic wrap-up effect can be achieved in combination with the torsion spring, thereby improving use convenience.

The contact pin is in contact and conduction with the annular conductor, and the cableis electrically connected to the contact pin or the annular conductor on the turntable. The cableis configured to pull the turntableto rotate relative to the casingto gradually extend out of the casing. The turntableis configured to drive the cableextending out of the casingto gradually roll into the casing. A plurality of annular conductors and a plurality of contact pins may be provided respectively and be in contact and conduction with each other in a one-to-one correspondence manner. The contact pin may be implemented as a pogo-pin to achieve elastic contact between the contact pin and the annular conductor, thereby ensuring reliability of electrical contact between the contact pin and the annular conductor. The cablemay be clamped on the turntable, and in a process of pulling the cableby a user, the turntableis driven to rotate relative to the mounting partin a direction, for example, a clockwise direction, to gradually extend out of the mounting part. During the rotation of the turntable, the contact pin maintains contact with the annular conductor, thereby maintaining the electrical connection between the cableand the first circuit board. In this process, elastic potential energy is stored in the torsion spring, making the turntablehave a trend of rotating anticlockwise. When the user no longer needs to supply power to an external electronic device through the handheld fan, the elastic potential energy can be released by the torsion spring, and the cableextending out of the holding part is driven to gradually roll into the mounting part.

That is, in a process of rotating the turntablerelative to the mounting part, the contact pin slidably maintains contact with the annular conductor, thereby ensuring the electrical connection between the cableand the first circuit board. Due to elimination of the casingand the second circuit boardin the casing, compactness of the internal structure of the handheld fanis enhanced, enabling a more miniaturized design of the handheld fan.
20 FIG. 21 FIG. 22 FIG. 243 243 246 246 243 2451 245 246 2451 246 2453 245 243 241 245 243 243 25 241 25 246 24 2133 25 20 a a Refer to,, and. In some other implementations, the casingmay be provided with a through holecorresponding to the turntable, the turntableis rotatably disposed in the casing, the first free endof the torsion springis connected to the turntable, for example, the first free endis clamped on the turntable, positions of the second free endof the torsion springand the casingare fixed relative to each other, and the cableis wound on a periphery of the torsion spring. The contact pin is exposed outside the casingfrom the through holeand abuts against the annular conductor on the first circuit board, to ensure the electrical connection between the cableand the first circuit boardduring the rotation of the turntable. The retractable cable modulemay still be fabricated as a modular component, facilitating assembly into the mounting partand electrical connection to the first circuit board, thereby enhancing assembly efficiency of the handheld fan.

For example, one of the turntableand the surface coveris provided with a rotating shaft, and the other is provided with a shaft hole, to rotatably connect the turntableto the surface cover.
2431 243 246 2431 243 246 243 246 2431 24 246 246 244 243 246 243 25 24 244 243 20 20 a a a a A thickness of the portion of the bottom coverdefining the through holeis no greater than that of the turntable, that is, a thickness of the bottom coverat an edge of the through holeis no greater than that of the turntable, to reduce a contact area between the hole wall of the through holeand a circumferential surface of the turntableduring the rotation, thereby reducing possible frictional resistance.
25 246 246 241 25 It may be understood that the contact pin may be disposed on the first circuit board, and the annular conductor may be disposed on the turntable. During the rotation of the turntable, this structure can also maintain the electrical connection between the cableand the first circuit board.
243 24 247 2133 25 246 2461 2463 241 2133 246 241 2461 247 246 247 241 2133 246 247 246 2463 241 2133 241 247 246 In this implementation, when the casingis omitted, the retractable cable modulemay include a limiting memberrotatably connected to one of the mounting partand the first circuit board. The turntablehas a stopping positionand an unlocking position. In a process of pulling the cableout of the mounting part, when the turntableis driven by the cableto rotate to the stopping positionfor corresponding to the limiting member, rotation of the turntableis limited through the limiting member. When the cableis continuously pulled out of the mounting partand is configured to drive the turntableto rotate, the limiting memberis moved relative to the turntableto the unlocking position, to gradually wrap up the cableinto the mounting part. For a structure and a principle for stopping and unlocking of the cablethrough fitting between the limiting memberand the turntable, refer to the first embodiment. Details are not described herein again.
20 247 2133 25 247 241 2133 247 241 241 2133 247 2133 241 2133 241 241 241 2133 Certainly, in this implementation, the handheld fanmay include a limiting memberthat movably fits the mounting partor the first circuit board, the limiting memberhas a first position and a second position, and the cableis capable of being pulled out of or withdrawn into the mounting partat the first position; and at the second position, the limiting memberabuts against the cableand is configured to limit movement of the cablerelative to the mounting part. The limiting memberand the mounting partmay adopt a slidable fitting structure, or a rotatable fitting structure. For details, refer to the description in the first embodiment. Details are not described herein again. Certainly, the structure for stopping and unlocking the cableon the mounting partmay also have another form, to achieve stopping of the pulled-out cable. When the user does not require stopping the cable, the cablemay be conveniently withdrawn into the mounting part. Details are not described herein again.
243 248 243 24 247 243 20 247 2133 25 241 a When the casingemploys the solution of exposing the first conductive memberthrough the through hole, the retractable cable modulealso includes a limiting memberrotatably connected to the casing, or the handheld fanincludes a limiting memberthat movably fits the mounting partor the first circuit board, to stop or unlock the cable. Details are not described herein again.
23 FIG. 213 211 241 21 241 213 213 241 21 241 241 213 241 20 213 211 20 213 20 20 241 21 21 213 211 241 241 21 Refer to. In some implementations, at least one of the air outlet partand the holding partis provided with a clamping structure (not shown in the figure), the clamping structure is configured to clamp with one end that is of the cableand that is extended out of the housing, namely, the free end of the cable, to form an annular structure suspended to a human body. For example, the air outlet partmay be provided with a clamping slot (not shown in the figure), and a clamping plate (not shown in the figure) that slidably fits the air outlet part. After the user pulls out of the cablethat is withdrawn into the housing, the free end of the cableis capable of extending into the clamping slot, and then the clamping plate is pushed to cover the clamping slot to clamp the cableto the air outlet part. Therefore, the cableforms an annular structure suspended to a human body. The user suspends the handheld fanon the neck through the annular structure, or a hand of the user gets through the annular structure. After the air outlet partrotates to a specific angle, for example, 85 degrees relative to the holding part, the user can suspend the handheld fanon the neck through the annular structure. In this case, the air outlet partcan still be configured to blow air to the face, and the hands of the user can be free to do other rings. Therefore, use convenience of the handheld fanis improved, and a usage scenario of the handheld fanis expanded. After the clamping plate is drawn back by the user, the free end of the cablecan be unlocked from the housing, so as to be normally wrapped up into the housing. The clamping structure may have another form. For example, the air outlet partor the holding partis provided with a hasp capable of being opened and closed. After the hasp is opened, the free end of the cableis capable of being placed in. After the hasp is closed, the free end of the cableis capable of being clamped on the housing, to form an annular structure suspended to the human body.
21 241 21 20 Certainly, in the first embodiment of the present application, a clamping structure may alternatively be disposed on the housingto fix the free end of the cableto the housing, to form an annular structure suspended to the human body, thereby facilitating carrying of the handheld fan. Details are not described herein again.
24 FIG. 213 211 21 213 211 21 241 21 21 213 211 241 21 21 241 21 241 21 241 211 211 a a a a a a a a Further, refer to. In some implementations, at least one of the air outlet partand the holding partis provided with a shaft hole, and an axis of rotation of the air outlet partrelative to the holding partpasses through the shaft hole. The cableis configured to extend out from one end of the shaft hole, and extend out and stop from the other opposite end of the shaft hole, to form an annular structure suspended to the human body. Through a rotation structure of the air outlet partrelative to the holding part, the cablecan be configured to extend out from one end of the shaft hole, and extend in and stop from the other opposite end of the shaft hole, to form a reliable annular structure. Stopping of the cablein the shaft holeis not limited to a button, an eccentric wheel, a sliding block, or the like. Details are not described herein again. In this implementation, the cablepenetrates the shaft hole. When the annular structure of the cableis suspended to the neck of the human body, the holding partmay be basically attached to the human body in a vertical direction, and is stable in stress, thereby preventing a vertex angle of the holding partfrom frequently colliding with the human body due to tilting relative to a direction of gravity, and improving use comfort level.
25 FIG. 213 211 21 21 20 27 21 27 20 27 20 20 20 a a a a a Certainly, refer to. In an implementation in which at least one of the air outlet partand the holding partis provided with the shaft hole, and the housingmay alternatively be not provided with a clamping structure. The handheld fanmay include a lanyardthat penetrates the shaft hole, and the lanyardis provided with an annular structure suspended to the human body. Use convenience of the handheld fancan also be improved through the lanyard, and a usage scenario of the handheld fanis expanded. In addition, a complex clamping structure can be prevented from being disposed, thereby simplifying a structure of the handheld fanand reducing manufacturing costs of the handheld fan.
