The plurality of support armsare provided between the support seatand the clamping seat, and the plurality of support armsare hinged with each other, so as to facilitate the mutual movement of the plurality of support arms, so as to facilitate the adjustment of the position of the plurality of support arms, and the plurality of support armscan adjust a spatial position of the heat-conducting housing. The support seatis connected to one support arm, and the clamping seatis connected to the other support arm, so as to facilitate the support seatto be movable relative to the clamping seatthrough the plurality of support arms, such that the position of the support seatrelative to the clamping seatcan be adjusted.

10 16 FIGS.to 14 51 14 51 14 51 14 53 53 53 53 53 52 53 51 52 51 53 Referring to, the backside connection portionis connected to the support seat, so that the backside connection portionis connected to the support seat, thereby facilitating the backside connection portionto be movable along with the activity of the support seat, to adjust a position of the backside connection portion. The clamping seatclamps the to-be-clamped member, so as to facilitate the connection of the clamping seatto the to-be-clamped member, and to ensure that the position of the clamping seatis adjusted relative to a position of the to-be-clamped member, thereby facilitating the clamping seatto be in a stationary state relative to the to-be-clamped member, such that the multi-angle holder is connected to the to-be-clamped member through the clamping seat, and when the plurality of support armsare movable with each other, the clamping seatdoesn't move, and a position of the support seatis adjusted along with the activity of the plurality of support arms, so as to realize the activity of the support seatrelative to the clamping seat.

51 52 56 51 52 56 561 561 52 51 In this embodiment, the support seatis connected to one of the plurality of support arms, and a locking structureis provided between the support seatand one of the plurality of support arms, the locking structureincludes a locking member, the locking memberis movably connected to the support armand locked or unlocked relative to the support seat.

51 511 561 5611 511 511 5611 At this time, the support seatis provided with a first locking portion, and the locking memberis provided with a second locking portion, which locks or unlocks with the first locking portionrelative to each other. Optionally, both the first locking portionand the second locking portionare engaged teeth.

56 562 562 52 561 51 562 Further, the locking structurefurther includes an elastic member, the elastic memberis provided between the support armand the locking memberand drives the locking member to be locked in the support seat. Optionally, the elastic memberis a spring.

56 563 563 52 561 561 52 563 561 52 51 52 51 52 Further, the locking structurefurther includes a key, the keyis movably provided on the support armand connected to the locking member, the locking memberis detached from the support armas the keyis pressed by human and the unlocking of the locking memberfrom the support armis realized, thereby realizing a free state of the support seatand the support armfor adjusting the position of the support seatrelative to the support arm.

563 563 562 561 561 51 561 52 51 52 51 52 50 54 55 54 55 54 52 51 52 55 51 52 10 52 52 51 55 52 51 55 54 55 53 When the user's hand is detached from the key, the keyis non-pressed state, and the elastic memberexerts an elastic force on the locking memberand drives the movement of the locking membertoward the support seat, thereby realizing the locking of the locking memberand the support arm, thereby realizing the locking state of the support seatand the support arm, in order to facilitate the maintenance of the position of the support seatrelative to the support arm. When the to-be-connected memberis a floor stand, the multi-angle holder is provided with a floor standand a support frame, the floor standis arranged on the ground, the support frameis connected to the floor standand supports a plurality of support armsand the support seat, the plurality of support armsare located between the support frameand the support seat, and the plurality of support armscan adjust the spatial position of the heat-conducting housing, at this time, the plurality of support armsare are articulated with each other, so as to facilitate the plurality of support armsto be movable with each other, such that the support seatcan move relative to the support framethrough the plurality of support arms, thereby facilitating the adjustment of the position of the support seatrelative to the support frame. Optionally, the floor seatand the support framereplace the clamping seat.

55 54 55 55 54 10 10 Further, the support frameis telescopically connected to the floor seat, and the height position of the support frameis realized by the telescopic structure between the support frameand the floor seat, thereby adjusting the spatial position of the heat-conducting housing, and adjusting the height position of the heat-conducting housing.
