In particular, the invention relates to pharmaceutical composition comprising an antigenic peptide, particularly an antigenic phospho-peptide mimicking a major pathological phospho-epitope of protein tau, for the therapeutic and diagnostic use in the treatment of tauopathies including Alzheimer's Disease.
