Plain English Translation

A touch panel includes a pixel array with sets of scan lines and sets of data lines arranged perpendicularly. Each pixel is connected to a scan line set and a data line set. The data line sets are of two types, kept separate from each other. A scan driver circuit activates each scan line set sequentially.
